I am licensed in Georgia with more than 20 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with self esteem issues, depression, anxiety and anger issues. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity and compassion. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process.
Our first session would be about laying a comfortable foundation and getting to know one another. The initial meeting would be a collaborative conversation where you and I would discuss what brings you to therapy. We would explore your current goals and review essential logistics such as confidentiality and scheduling. My sessions are always a safe, judgment free space designed for you to share your story at your own pace and to determine if my style feels like a supportive, trusting fit for your personal growth journey.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I often utilize CBT to assist my clientele with identifying negative, irrational or automatic thoughts with replacing them with realistic and positive one. This modality sounds simplistic but it is not easy for most to execute. However once a client learns how to be mindful of their negative thoughts and/or self talk it is a tool for life.
Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)
I often utilize EFT during couples therapy. It assist couples to build strong positive relationships by exploring and changing emotional dynamics to enhance a feeling of oneness and closeness.
Humanistic
When utilizing Humanistic therapy I create a safe judgement free empathetic space for my client to explore their feelings and choices. The goal is to build self acceptance and naturally grow towards their full potential.
