I'm skilled in techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Crisis Interventions, Psycho-education and Coping skills. That means I believe you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to provide a safe, supportive space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences without judgment. I’ll focus on understanding your perspective, being genuine in our conversations, and accepting you as you are. You're in the driver’s seat here, and I am here to walk alongside you.

Hello! My name is Leticia Graham. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) based in Southeast Georgia. I received my Bachelor of Science in Health with an emphasis on Substance Abuse in 1995 from the University of North Florida in Jacksonville, Florida. I later decided to return to the University of North Florida and received my Master of Science in Health with an emphasis on Health Education/Health Promotion and my Master of Public Health. I worked as a substance abuse counselor for 15 years with both adolescents and adults in Jacksonville, Florida. Many of these clients were dual diagnosed clients (also suffering from mental health issues). In November 2013, I was laid off due to the grant I worked under ending and not being renewed. During this time, I have found that I would like to continue working in the counseling field on a part-time basis while my daughter is in school. It was at this time that I decided to pursue my Master of Professional Counseling from Grand Canyon University. Christ led me to this career.
I am a husband, father and business owner who enjoys traveling, sports, music and chess. I grew up in Fort Myers, Florida and I have 2 children age 14 and 9. I became a therapist after pursuing different career paths in music and sports. I also spent a few years as a medical sales rep before 2020 and discovered a true passion for helping others improve their quality of life within online virtual therapy.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Georgia. I have a Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology and enjoy working with couples and individuals. I have over 25 years of experience helping clients seeking to be a better version of themselves. My goal is to help you identify your needs, gain insight through processing, and make the necessary changes with the appropriate tools. My approach is gentle, supportive, and collaborative.
Sometimes in our lives, we will have experiences that will require some form of intervention. Together, let's explore healthy interventions.
Trauma doesn't have to mean catastrophic.
My goal is to provide a safe space. To assist with the development or refinement of skills that will allow you to explore opportunities for change.
The ability to motivate someone requires patience, understanding, and listening skills; truth and honesty. These are traits that I am empowered to bring to therapy.
My name is Juanita. I would love to be able to help and emotionally support you through your grief process. "As a mother of two, a wife, and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), I understand firsthand the challenges of balancing relationships, family, and personal growth. Providing therapy has been my dream since childhood, and I’m passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s complexities. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs, drawing from evidence-based practices like Emotionally Focused Therapy and Solution-Focused techniques. Whether you’re feeling stuck, struggling in your relationships, or seeking clarity and growth, I’m here to guide and support you on your journey toward healing and fulfillment."
I’ve enjoyed working with clients who are looking for change in their lives and are willing to take an honest look at patterns and behaviors that have historically led to conflict or unhappiness. The amazing aspect of working with these clients is that they often already know what needs to be done. Having a nonjudgmental space to explore behavior patterns that oppose what they say they want to accomplish, helps to bring these behaviors into the light and enable self-identified changes needed for success. As a counselor, I feel it is my job to act as a mirror so that clients can see themselves more clearly, and not to give advice, that, on some level, they already know needs to happen. My goal is to be the client's most avid cheerleader.
I have over 20 years of experience working in the mental health and substance abuse field. My passion lies in helping individuals, couples, and families navigate their challenges and achieve meaningful, lasting change.
I am most effective in working with adolescents, children aged 6 and older, individuals struggling with addictions, and couples seeking support. These are the clients I am passionate about serving and where I can offer the most impactful guidance.

I'm someone who experienced many adverse childhood experiences and academic challenges to be where I am in life requires determination, faith and relentless hope. For clients who desire it, biblical principles are thoughtfully integrated with evidence-based therapeutic practices to support meaningful growth and healing.
