As a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 20 years of experience, I help clients navigate anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I provide compassionate, evidence-based counseling in a safe and affirming space. Beyond clinical work, I’m passionate about advocacy and education—helping clients and communities understand mental health and access resources. It brings me joy to witness clients discover resilience, navigate challenges, and live more authentic, fulfilling lives. In your first therapy session, the focus will be on getting to know you, understanding what brings you to therapy, and exploring your goals for change. Using Adlerian and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy(CBT) approach, we will begin identifying patterns in your thoughts , beliefs, and experiences that may be influencing how you feel and respond to challenges. This session is also an opportunity for you to ask questions, feel comfortable in the process, and begin building a collaborative plan that supports meaningful growth and change.
With a background spanning community mental health, correctional services, and education, I bring a holistic, client-centered perspective to therapy. I’m passionate about empowering clients to heal from past wounds, build resilience, and live more authentic, balanced lives.

I work with clients to identify strengths, challenge unhelpful thinking pattens, and develop greater self-awareness and personal responsibility.
