I am a warm and energetic therapist who believes in a holistic path to growth and balance for all. I believe healing involves the whole person-mind, body, and spirit-and I love helping people discover their strengths, reconnect with themselves, and find more balance in daily life. Whether that is in the therapist office, on the basketball court and/or other sports arenas for youth.

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our sessions, you can expect to gain practical tools and strategies for navigating challenges, a deeper understanding of your thoughts and emotions, and greater confidence in your ability to cope and grow. By drawing from an eclectic mix of approaches-including CBT, CPT, DBT, and other integrative methods-I tailer therapy to your unique needs and goals. My hope is that you leave each session feeling supported, empowered, and better equipped to create meaningful and lasting change in your life.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

As a therapist, my greatest strengths lie in my ability to create a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where clients can feel genuinely seen and understood. I bring warmth, energy, and authenticity into my sessions, allowing clients to feel comfortable exploring even the most difficult emotions. My eclectic approach—drawing from CBT, CPT, DBT, and other evidence-based and holistic methods—enables me to tailor therapy to the unique needs and goals of each individual or family I work with. What makes my practice unique is my balance of structure and empathy: I help clients build practical coping skills while also encouraging deep emotional healing and self-discovery. My experience working with individuals, couples, and families navigating relationship struggles, trauma, ADHD, grief, and reunification challenges has taught me the value of patience, flexibility, and collaboration. I see therapy as both a place for growth and reconnection—with oneself and with others—and I’m deeply committed to helping clients find clarity, balance, and renewed purpose in their lives.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

My ideal clients are individuals, couples, families, soldiers, and athletes navigating personal and family challenges but ready for support in creating positive change. Many come to therapy seeking help with relationships, ADHD, Depression, PTSD, family court/DFAC mandated reunification cases and other needs. I am here for you who fell stuck, overwhelmed, and/or uncertain, yet you carry the hope of building stronger connections for healing. As your therapist you will have a safe space to be heard/understood while learning practical tools to manage struggles, improve communication, and foster resilience where you are with clarity. This was my first time ever talking to a therapist. Mr. Williams made me feel comfortable which allowed me to lower my guard and not have so much anxiety about the session. Looking forward to my plan and future sessions.
