I bring a well-rounded and integrative perspective to my practice, supported by a robust academic background that includes a PhD in Christian Counseling, an MA in Communications and Training, and an MS in Counseling Psychology.
With over 18 years of clinical experience, I have worked with individuals facing a wide range of challenges, including personality disorders, trauma, depression, anxiety, and grief. My therapeutic approach is grounded in compassion, authenticity, and respect.
