Hey! I’m D’Alma!
Do you have a hard time saying no? Are you the "strong" friend? Do you feel stuck? Are you having a hard time moving through and past the emotional turmoil? If you answered yes to any of these questions then you have found the right place.
Life isn’t always easy. Sometimes, even the strongest people amongst us need a little bit of help to work through some of life’s more challenging problems. I am here to help you. Therapy is a partnership. We will work together to achieve your goals.
You have done the hard part, reaching out for help. Let me help you through the rest.
I work with adults who are navigating depression, relationship struggles, substance use and co-occurring disorders, complicated family dynamics, academic or career stress, life transitions, and the impact of trauma. Whatever brings you to therapy, my goal is to meet you where you are and create a space that feels supportive, steady, and real.
In our work together, I bring curiosity, reflection, and a bit of humor into the room. I draw from approaches like cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness, and I tailor our sessions to what feels most helpful for you. Therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all, and we’ll figure out what works best—together.
I aim to offer a safe, nonjudgmental space where we can look at patterns that may be keeping you stuck, make room for difficult emotions, and practice being a little kinder to yourself along the way. Therapy doesn’t have to feel intimidating or overly clinical—it can be thoughtful, engaging, and even relieving.
Clients often describe me as both compassionate and direct. You don’t have to do this alone. I’d be honored to be on your team as we take it one step at a time.
I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor. I am passionate about helping clients reach their treatment goals. Outside of behavioral health care and in my free time, I enjoy being a homebody and all of the peace that comes with it, activity nights with my family, and listening to music.
In Therapy, I operate with the belief that my clients are the experts in their life and I am the professional. We work together to maximize clients reaching their goals in therapy. I rely on the client's expertise in their life experiences as much as they rely on my professional knowledge, compassion and skill sets in therapeutic sessions. I know my clients possess an inner strength and resiliency that promotes the groundwork for therapy. My welcoming, compassionate, and relaxed counseling style creates an environment where patients feel understood and valued, and where they can be their authentic selves without fear of judgment.
Hello, I'm Wanda,
Are you embracing the present, dwelling on the past, or focused on the future? Does this leave you feeling confused and unbalanced? Are you feeling stuck? I am here to provide an environment where true healing can be fostered. I believe you can unlock your true potential by exploring various aspects of your "being.”
I will assist you with identifying and utilizing your strengths and exploring your weaknesses as we travel along your path to a healthier well-being. My approach is holistic; focusing on spiritual(for those that desire), mental, and physical aspects of your “being.” Wellness can be achieved when you are true to yourself and transparent with your therapist. It takes courage to embark on such a journey. You have that courage. Lets embark upon your journey together.

I was a school psychologist for more than ten years and I do educational assessments as well as therapy for adolescents. I find teenagers are some of the most challenging and rewarding to work with.
My work is very emotionally rewarding which is why I've been in practice for so many years. Therapy begins with me getting to know you and for you to feel comfortable with me. I strive to create a safe and welcoming environment because therapy works when we have a positive connection which I hope we will have.

My career has afforded me opportunities to build trust with LGBTQ+, Black, Indigenous, Latina/o/x, and Refugee communities across the nation. Hello! My name is Jessica Hallman and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Professional Counselor Supervisor in the state of Georgia. Many of us go throughout life having to be different versions of ourselves, whether that’s being different versions at work, with friends or with family. We get into this mode where we compartmentalize, hide ourselves and our experiences for various reasons which can include shame, pain, anxiety, anger, or fear of not being accepted. This often leaves us feeling lost, tired, unfulfilled, or unhappy.
Whether you are experiencing symptoms related to anxiety, depression, self-esteem, problems with relationships, or a general sense of disconnectedness, I will work alongside you to promote inner healing, self discovery, and acceptance while allowing you to feel fully seen. I’m committed to creating a space that is safe, supportive, and non-judgmental where you can gently put down the “mask” and bring your whole self.
I believe in having an individualized approach to meeting your needs. With the use of Person-Centered, Cognitive Behavioral, and Solution Focused Therapy, I will support you in gaining strength and finding joy. My belief is that we are each uniquely the captains of our own lives and at times, just need a new or different perspective on how to navigate our experiences.
Let’s partner together, with you leading the way at your own pace (mask off), and begin the process of restoring your inner peace.

As a Therapist/Life Coach and owner of Journeys of Life Therapeutic Resources, I'm passionate about helping individuals transition into their best selves. I approach my work as a "transitioner," rather than a traditional therapist, guiding and supporting clients through life's challenges and towards personal growth. That's where I come in - I stand by your side to assist you on your journey, providing the guidance, tools, and support needed to transform into the most beautiful version of yourself imaginable. At Journeys of Life Therapeutic Resources, I understand that every person's journey is unique. I offer a customized, holistic approach to therapy, meaning we tailor our services to fit your individual needs. We focus on developing a deep understanding of your goals and work together with you to craft a plan that helps you achieve them. Using therapeutic techniques, I help you navigate the complexities of life and tap into your inner strengths.
