Hello, and welcome. I’m so glad you’re here. I look forward to working with you and your family. I believe communication—even when it is limited to a single word or gesture—is the foundation of all relationships. In fact, research shows that much of our communication is nonverbal. My goal is to help individuals and families understand their relational patterns, navigate conflict more effectively, and become more congruent and intentional communicators. I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, substance use concerns and relapse prevention, grief and trauma, and bipolar disorders. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in helping clients feel safe, understood, and empowered as they move through life’s challenges. Additionally, I specialize in autism-related family dynamics, caregiver burnout, and identity transitions. I am the author of Dear Single Mother: A Journal of Autism, Isolation, and Self-Discovery, a reflective work that explores resilience and meaning-making through lived experience. While my writing reflects personal insight, my clinical work is rooted in systemic, trauma-informed care that honors both evidence-based practice and each client's unique experiences in the therapy room.

I’m a Licensed Therapist. I knew I wanted to be a therapist when I finally connected with my purpose. Therapy truly is my heart job. Even before becoming a therapist, I was the person my friends would call when they needed someone to talk to, someone to listen, or someone to help them work through a difficult situation. I’ve experienced my own trauma and difficult seasons, so I understand that sometimes life can feel heavy, overwhelming, and confusing. Becoming a teen mom was a turning point in my life. I knew I wanted more for myself and my family, and I wanted to create a different future. I went to college with the goal of healing, growing, and learning how to help others do the same. Today, I’m passionate about helping people find their purpose, work through the things that have been holding them back, reach their goals, and build healthy and supportive relationships. I want my clients to feel comfortable being their real, authentic selves without fear of judgment. I believe in **practicing what I preach**. If I’m asking you to try something, challenge yourself, set a boundary, or look at something differently, it’s because I believe in the process and understand that change can be uncomfortable. Most importantly, I believe **we all have answers within us**. Sometimes life, trauma, fear, or circumstances make it difficult to see them. My role is to help you uncover those answers, recognize your strengths, and find your way forward. You don't have to have it all figured out. We can figure it out together.

My philosophy towards Therapy is the following: "The nice thing about things that are urgent is that if you wait long enough they aren’t urgent anymore.” --Dr. Amos Tversky The demands of modern society have created an environment in which every moment of every day seems to be urgent. This constant sense of urgency leads to stress, which in turn makes you feel overwhelmed and unfulfilled. You may feel like each day is no more than a series of crises and that you can’t keep up with everything. Finding your way out of this loop requires stepping outside of your daily routine and figuring out what really matters to you. It takes a great deal of courage to seek help for oneself. I commend you for taking the first step towards improving your life and will stand by and encourage you along this journey together.

Greetings. My name is Lekisha Glenn. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with a deep commitment to supporting individuals and families through life’s most challenging moments. My passion for helping others began as a teenager while volunteering with children in foster care, and has since evolved into over a decade of dedicated service across various settings. I specialize in treating ADHD, anxiety, anger management, autism spectrum disorder, depression, trauma, grief, domestic violence, DMDD, and other adjustment-related issues. Clients describe me as warm, relatable, and highly supportive—someone who truly meets you where you are. My therapeutic approach is integrative and client-centered, drawing from evidence-based modalities such as Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Art Therapy, and Talk Therapy. I believe in helping clients identify root causes and build practical tools for emotional well-being and personal growth. With a strong background in working with children and adolescents who struggle with discipline, anger, attention, anxiety, trauma, and depression, I feel that I have a natural ability to connect and guide young clients in a way that fosters trust, empowerment, and change. “It’s not the load that breaks you down, it’s the way that you carry it.” I am ready to walk beside you on your journey toward healing. I've been a mental health counselor longer than I was a person and when I discovered such I realized how to turn my life journey and passion for wellness and identity into a way of helping others find meaning, relief, and direction during life transitions and challenges. I am a psychotherapist and wellness expert who enjoys being a support and open ear for those in need of a safe space and change within their lives. With a diverse background in providing therapy and counseling services, I like to start with meeting you where you are at and seeing the path that you desire. I enjoy helping you find ways and strategies that support movement towards your goals or healing. I have a bag of tricks and skills to offer if that is what is necessary. I'd rather connect as persons navigating this big thing called 'life' by offering perspective through a lens of individualized strengths, personality preferences (e.g. MBTI), emotional regulation/stress management, and the dimensions of wellness.

My name is Kevin Crabtree, and I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor in Georgia. I wanted to be a therapist from the time I saw Deanna Troi on Star Trek: The Next Generation, because I knew even then that feeling truly heard and understood could change everything. Since 2008, I've worked with at-risk children and families, federal and state prisoners, and military service members and their families, and that range has given me a deep and practical understanding of how human beings actually navigate hard times. I am solution-focused and strength-based, and I work to reduce the stigma around mental health by helping clients build support, expand coping skills, and find language for what they're experiencing. I have a particular focus on men's mental health, especially for Southern men who may have grown up with the message that asking for help is a weakness. I believe getting support sooner makes everything else, relationships, career, daily life, more manageable, and I try to make that process feel as straightforward and judgment-free as possible. In our first session, I'll share a bit about my background, give you a tour of the Grow platform, and then we'll start talking about what brings you in and what you're hoping to get out of our work together. I takes a special interest in overcoming the barriers to mental health care for Southern men, aged 20-50.

Hi, I’m Ashley Smith, and I’m so glad you’re here. Reaching out for therapy can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to navigate life’s challenges alone. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, OCD, relationship or intimacy concerns, past trauma, or simply feeling stuck, I’m here to provide a safe, supportive, and judgment-free space where healing and growth can happen. One of my favorite moments as a therapist is when something finally “clicks” for a client — that moment when they begin to understand why they think, feel, or react the way they do. Even more rewarding is watching them learn how to break free from patterns that have been holding them back and begin creating the life they want. There is nothing more fulfilling to me than seeing people discover their own strength and realize lasting change is possible.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I have been counseling clients dealing with a variety of mental, emotional, and relational issues for a number of years. I have counseled adolescents, adults, families, couples and groups. I decided to pursue a doctorate in Marriage and Family Therapy because I realized the impact that our families, and society as well, have on our mental and emotional development. The impact is both positive and negative and may manifest as depression, anxiety, grief, low self-esteem, a lack of a sense of self and other mental and emotional disorders. In counseling, I help clients explore those influences and the impact on their life. My specialties then center around helping clients gain insight into those influences, become more empowered, develop a stronger sense of self, and take steps to become who they really are; thereby addressing mental and emotional health issues. It's important to note that many times, experiences unfortunately include trauma and loss. It may be childhood or other trauma. Identifying, acknowledging and processing trauma and loss is therefore often a part of the process of becoming more empowered and developing that strong sense of self described above. .

My work also focuses on boundaries, challenging thoughts, and improving communication skills. I integrate role plays, affirmations, accountability, and direct introspection exercises to aid clients in quieting the noise of societal norms to embrace their true joy. All sessions are client-focused, I don't come with my own agenda. I'm excited to help you live life with confidence on your own terms. I look forward to working with you.

Then later obtained a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Georgia. When I am not scrapbooking, sewing or creating in my craft room, you can find me volunteering in the community, spending time with friends or traveling.

I believe in offering a space where you can simply be yourself — no performing, no shrinking, no pretending you’re okay when you’re not. The work we do together is collaborative and deeply human. It’s a space where your emotions are met with respect, your questions are taken seriously, and your growth unfolds at a pace that feels steady and safe. I support people who are navigating anxiety, depression, major life changes, relationship stress, women’s issues, and those heavy seasons where everything feels confusing or stuck. Together, we move toward clarity, emotional balance, and a more grounded connection to the version of you that’s been hard to access under the weight of it all. My approach is shaped by the years I spent navigating different backgrounds and environment of living situations. Those experiences broadened my understanding of identity, culture, and the many ways people learn to cope, survive, and make meaning. My experiences have taught me to honor the values and perspectives each person brings, and to approach every story with genuine curiosity and respect and to listen to understand and seek clarity. That awareness is woven into my work — steady, culturally attuned, and deeply aware of the complexity of individual's challenges.
