My name is Samantha McGirt. I am licensed in NC and GA. I am an integrative therapist and my therapeutic approach includes Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mind-Body Therapeutic Approaches, and others to provide my clients with effective coping skills. I specialize in providing therapy to those experiencing or have experienced trauma/high levels of stress, PTSD, anxiety, mood disorders, life/workplace stress, life transitions, etc. My client base includes but is not limited to First Responders/Medical Professionals, Educators, Women Dealing with Hormonal-based Mood Disorders or Perinatal concerns, Parents, Corporate employees, military personnel, military spouses, and anyone simply in need of therapy.
