Hi! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) based in Georgia. I received my Masters from Brenau University and have been practicing for more than 7 years. By working from a person-centered approach and being committed to supporting and guiding my clients, I apply various modalities in our sessions. My intention is to provide a safe and accepting space where you are truly heard and seen.
In our first session together, I would like to start with introductions, then determine your therapeutic needs, which will help me tailor a plan for follow-up sessions.
I am ready to help you, your child, and/or your family. By providing “tools” to facilitate change, I focus on supporting each client, and/or family system, in their journey to learn new perspectives and skills. I am committed to helping clients cope with their specific life challenges.
I work with clients across the lifespan who are experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, and school related concerns. My focus is on supporting each client, and/or family system, in their journey to learn new perspectives.
