I am a licensed therapist who is passionate about helping clients navigate burnout. I am passionate because I have been there and was tired of getting unhelpful answers from people who meant well but did not seem to understand. Advice like ‘sleep it off’ and ‘take a deep breath’ we're common and it felt like I was putting a bandaid on a gaping wound. I promise, life does not need to be a constant cycle of burning out and starting again. Through our work together we will explore ways to ‘stitch’ the gaping wound so you are actually able to heal and move towards a more balanced life.
Through our work together I will use imagery and analogies to help you better understand how and why your body and mind is reacting the way it is. Like a birds eye view, I am able to see some of the signs that are right in front of you but are too zoomed in to see clearly. In a non-judgmental space I use education and a bit of humor to help you see the full picture and move towards a healthier balance.
Hi, I’m Lucy! I’m a bilingual (English/Spanish) Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 8 years of experience helping adults navigate anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and major life transitions.
I’m especially passionate about supporting women through the emotional challenges of motherhood, including balancing personal identity, relationships, family responsibilities, and their own well-being.
I understand that life can sometimes feel overwhelming, especially when you’re trying to meet everyone’s needs while neglecting your own. My goal is to provide a welcoming, judgment-free space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to make meaningful changes.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical, helping you develop the tools to manage stress, build confidence, establish healthy boundaries, and create greater balance in your life.
Hello there! I am so happy you took the first step in reaching out. A little about me, I am first and foremost here for you. You drive how we work together. I am a gentle therapist in the way that we work together. I do not feel making anyone cry is necessary and feeling safe is of utmost importance. This does not mean you are not going to learn and improve. We will work hard and you will know I am here to work with you and not make you feel any worse than you may already feel.
I have years of experience working with individuals, couples and partners. I am also a Veteran and understand that lifestyle. I have worked with non-traditional families, taught parenting courses, worked in the schools with children, specialized for 9 years in terminal illness and end of life issues and much more. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is the approach I base most of my work on with you. This approach works well with many situations such as managing ADHD, depression, anxiety, partner/family communication and relationships, etc. Many times changing the way we think about a situation and how true our beliefs on the situations are, it will make changes in our beliefs and in turn change the way we feel (as a positive). Granted, we will ultimately work the way that fits your needs best. If you just need someone to listen, I can do that. If you are ready to dive into your current situation(s) and make them feel better, I will walk with you on that journey as well. Together we will find the answers you are searching for. I look forward to working with you. Let's take the next step together!
I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who believes therapy should feel supportive, comfortable, and collaborative. I work with adults who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, relationship challenges, or major life transitions. Many of my clients are people who have spent a lot of time taking care of others and are ready to make space for themselves.
My approach is warm, practical, and individualized. I want you to feel comfortable being yourself in therapy without fear of judgment. Together, we’ll explore what’s contributing to how you’re feeling while also developing realistic tools you can use in your everyday life.
I have experience in both inpatient and outpatient mental health settings and specialized training in trauma-focused care. I provide therapy in both English and Spanish and enjoy working with clients from diverse backgrounds and life experiences.
Congratulations on taking the first step towards healing, despite feeling worried or unsure, perhaps even hopeful, despite misgivings. Choosing to change is difficult, and you are doing it!! With 26 years of practice, I bring professional expertise, personal understanding, sincerity, warmth and caring to your healing journey. Whether you’re navigating life solo or in a relationship, unresolved childhood trauma can quietly shape your patterns, reactions, and relationships. I help individuals and couples uncover those early wounds and start healing—through psychotherapy grounded in neuroscience and mindfulness. Because healing isn’t just talk; it’s nervous system deep. The body keeps the score, but you get to rewrite the story. Let’s create the life you were always meant to live. Not all therapies or therapists are created equal, as you know if you are still struggling with the same issues. Time for a change.
If you want to feel better about yourself, confident, excited about life, build healthier relationships, and become your best self, welcome to creating your best life. Together, we'll integrate Mind/Body/Spirit approaches with classical therapeutic interventions tailored to your unique needs.
You look like you're holding it all together—but inside, you're exhausted. A comment, a change in tone, or a moment of silence can send your mind racing. You replay conversations, overanalyze everything, and hold everyone else together while quietly losing yourself.
Hi, I'm Eva Chocron, LMFT. I specialize in helping anxious, high-functioning individuals who seem confident on the outside but feel overwhelmed, disconnected, and stuck in painful relationship patterns on the inside. Maybe you've been told you're "too sensitive"—or you've just gotten very good at hiding it.
I work with relationship anxiety, overthinking, people-pleasing, low self-esteem, and unhealthy relationship patterns. Together, we'll help you stop second-guessing yourself, calm your nervous system, build boundaries without guilt, and strengthen emotional resilience.
You don't want perfection anymore. You want peace. You want to trust yourself again. You want relationships where you can express your needs without feeling guilty, "too much," or afraid you'll push people away. You want to feel safe—not only in your relationships, but within yourself.
I also work with couples navigating communication problems, recurring conflict, emotional disconnection, trust after betrayal, and rebuilding intimacy—helping both partners feel heard, understood, and valued.
I provide online therapy for anxiety, relationship issues, and couples across Florida and Virginia, in English and Spanish.

Hello there, my name is Mariana, and I am here to help you reach your goals. Working in the Mental health, and substance use field for the past 14 years has taught me healing does not necessarily come from one path. Based on the positive outcomes and feedback with those I have treated, I use an integrative healthcare approach, I assess the whole person including body, mind, and spirit in the context of community, considering lifestyle and habits; I work by looking at the whole person, not just symptoms. This leads us to being able to identify and to work on the challenges experienced through a lifetime.
I believe that wellbeing is a general state of "contentment" with life and the way things are. In this state of contentment, we experience a sense of balance and connection to a purpose. In my practice I explore with you the main areas of wellbeing and the blockages that have been impeding you to reach your best. I see therapy as a teamwork between you and me in where you share your own experiences and I provide my clinical expertise to implement an individualized plan that works for you.

I will always provide a safe space of acceptance and non-judgement for you to share your emotional pain, grow to love and be kind to yourself, and find the peace you deserve to heal. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have been a social worker for 15 years. I've worked with active duty, veterans, aging adults, kids, adolescents, couples and individuals over the course of my career. One thing that has remained constant regardless of who I've worked with, is that we all have had to combat anxiety or depression at some point. For some it has been a life long struggle, while for others there was life situation that brought those feelings on. I enjoy working with clients who are seeking strategies to manage their anxiety and depressive symptoms, because I've seen when they learn these strategies they're able to use them consistently for the other issues life brings.
Clients my training and background would most benefit are those experiencing difficulty in their relationships with their children, parents, spouses, co-workers or other significant people in their lives; those whose anxiety or depression is holding them back, and those who are willing to work to reach their true potential.
I earned my MSW from the University of Illinois at Chicago concentrating in mental health and have helped people in complicated and difficult situations ever since.

As a licensed mental health counselor, I am dedicated to supporting individuals, couples, and families as they navigate life’s challenges with compassion, understanding, and care. My goal is to help you find balance, strengthen your emotional well-being, and develop healthy tools and strategies to navigate life’s difficulties. I provide a safe, welcoming, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported. Together, we will work through challenges at your own pace, build on your strengths, and find meaningful ways to create a life that feels more manageable, balanced, and fulfilling.
I am currently accepting new clients for individual sessions via teletherapy.
I have been practicing as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida for the past 25 years and am also a Licensed Therapist in Virginia, largely with a focus in the areas of trauma, depression, anxiety, emotion regulation, relationship conflict, and self-esteem. I feel many of the responses we struggle with are connected to a traumatic event (or perceived trauma) from the past. Currently, my primary focus has been in the individual realm, with a focus on relationship growth.
I will encourage you to prioritize the areas you wish to address in therapy and tailor my approach on an individual basis. I believe in client autonomy so the areas that are addressed are the areas you want to address.
I draw on several treatment modalities (including, but not limited to, EMDR, Internal Family Systems, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy) to allow you to further develop your strengths and help you meet all of your treatment plan goals at a speed that works best for you. I also have completed training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy as well as the Developmental Model for Couples and integrate both of these approaches into my relational therapy practice.
Overall, I help you to see that managing the stressor is more important than just managing the stress as it will allow you to cope with anything that comes your way.
