Hello! I’m Tara Melvin Jr (she/her/hers), a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and the therapist behind Clio Pathways LLC, a fully remote therapy practice serving adults (18+) throughout Florida. If you are standing at a threshold in your life where the old story no longer fits but the next one has not yet formed, this work may resonate with you. I work with people navigating transitions such as endings, burnout, pattern repetition, identity shifts, and moments of deep reconsideration about how they are living their lives. Together, we explore what you are ready to release, what is emerging, and how to begin building a next chapter that feels more aligned and intentional. At its core, this is a space where you can pause, take stock, and begin consciously shaping what comes next, rather than repeating what came before. If you are in a season of transition and ready to begin building your next chapter, I invite you to reach out by phone, text, or email to schedule a consultation or book directly on my schedule. You do not have to write this chapter alone.
I'm a licensed mental health counselor dedicated to helping individuals navigate challenges such as substance abuse, trauma, depression, and other emotional or behavioral challenges. I work with adults who may feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of how to move forward, and I provide a supportive space to explore new ways of thinking and coping. My goal is to help you build healthier habits, strengthen connections, and create lasting and meaningful change.
Hello. I am a caregiver by nature and have worked in many roles in healthcare. I love helping and healing. I often use art therapy techniques in therapy that heal by putting things on paper to make thoughts and feelings tangible, so we can see them, touch them and wrap our mind around it and what heals. I was born into a musical family and see how music can be a powerful tool to heal, to manage and to cope. My practice is grounded in proven strategies and most of my clients do get better. Therapy works. I have seen it thousands of times at this point in my career. I can only hope that what has helped others will help you meet your therapy goals too.
Hello, I am a therapist that provides treatment in a few different areas. I treat relationship/ family conflict, anger issues, major life transitions such as going choosing a career or attending college, and trauma processing. I primarily work with adults but I am open to working with teenaged clients as well. If you are experiencing difficulty in any of the areas listed, please reach out to me!

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida providing virtual therapy, specializing in trauma and anxiety. I work with individuals who are often used to pushing through life’s demands—managing work, responsibilities, and daily stress while putting their own needs last. Over time, this can lead to burnout, anxiety, and feeling emotionally overwhelmed or disconnected from yourself.
I offer a warm, grounded, and supportive space where you can slow down, feel heard, and begin to make sense of what you’re experiencing. My approach is both compassionate and gently challenging, helping you explore patterns, thoughts, and behaviors that may no longer be serving you.
Hello. My name is Mandy and I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) in Oklahoma and a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) in Florida. I have worked extensively with adolescents in a group home setting providing individual, group and family therapy to address issues including depression, anxiety and trauma. I have also worked with at-risk youth in a partial-hospitalization setting. I also have been working closely with members of the LGBTQ+ community, those struggling with Substance Abuse Disorders and those living with HIV and AIDS. To me it is very important that your identity is respected in our sessions and I strive to offer a compassionate, safe space for all. I am offering that to you as well.
On a more personal side, when I am not seeing clients, I am out roller skating, spending time with my pets or planning an adventure. I also love music so if that is something you want to bring into our sessions, I am excited to do so.
I bring over 20 years of experience working with individuals across all ages—adults, young adults, teens, and children. Throughout my career, I’ve supported people navigating a wide range of challenges, including trauma, faith-related concerns, chronic illness, anxiety, depression, substance use, men’s issues, self-esteem struggles, decision-making difficulties, and grief and loss.
My path into counseling began with a master’s degree in pastoral counseling. Over time, I felt called to serve a broader community, which led me to pursue a second master’s degree in counseling psychology. This training allows me to integrate both clinical expertise and a deep respect for each person’s lived experience.
At the heart of my work is the therapeutic relationship. I believe healing happens when you feel genuinely heard, supported, and safe. My primary goal is to create a space where you can talk openly about the parts of your life that feel heavy, confusing, or painful—without judgment or pressure.
I draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches, tailoring them to your unique needs and goals. Together, we’ll identify what feels most helpful for you and build a path forward that supports your growth, clarity, and well-being.

You're exhausted, wondering if anyone is going to reach your teenage son with ADHD. I was that kid and found my way through.
Your son is struggling the same way I did. ADHD, too much homework, too little interest, too many people telling him to just try harder. I didn't get real support until the end of high school. Treatment changed the trajectory of my life.
I went from community college to the University of Florida, then to a Master of Social Work from Florida State. My bachelor's was in Education Sciences with a specialization in Educational Psychology, which means I understand how ADHD plays out in a classroom, where so much of your son's pain probably lives. School is hard enough for these kids already, which is why I see clients in the evenings and on weekends. Therapy shouldn't add to what school is already taking from him.
Welcome! My name is Nicole Mare and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I have been working in the mental health field for several years, supporting people of different walks of life in finding healing and/or learning how to become the best versions of themselves. I value creating a safe and warm space for individuals to express themselves. I currently specialize in the treatment of depression, anxiety, life stressors, and trauma.
In therapy I welcome you into this sacred space, the space to unfold slowly, where humor, tears, and everything in between can be embraced and explored together. I like to approach therapy with a lens of co-creating the therapeutic alliance, and guiding you back to your emotions and body, to uncover and rediscover your strengths and story. I tend to draw from different therapy approaches to meet your needs, such as mindfulness, somatic, solution-focused, emotion-focused, and cognitive therapy.
I have an eclectic approach and believe that you are your own expert who needs evidence-based tools. I will walk through deep waters with you, promising to provide a judgment-free zone. I have a background in family systems, child development and couples therapy. This background supports individual therapy as many people present to therapy with relational issues. I am so glad you are here!

Hello, my name is Takiyah Thomas Licensed Mental Health Counselor based in Florida with 5 years of experience. I want to start affirming you by saying "You are improving your mental health symptoms every day." I'm stating this because you made the healthy choice to seek therapy. As your therapist I will always be on the lookout for strengths and empowering tools that I can use to keep you motivated to stay the course. Why? Because many times our maladaptive responses to our mental health symptoms form habits that require motivation and practice to unlearn. I will be there every step of the way to encourage you to keep moving forward. You got this, but it's nice to have your own personal cheerleader encouraging you and believing in you.
Healing is a Journey—Let’s Walk it Together
I believe everyone deserves a life defined by more than just their struggles. As an LCSW with 14 years of experience, I’ve dedicated my career to helping adults move through the fog of anxiety and depression toward a place of clarity and purpose.
My approach is deeply rooted in the outpatient model, as it allows us the time and space to observe your progress in the "real world." Whether you are facing a long-standing challenge or a new season of difficulty, I am here to offer a steady hand and clinical expertise to help you build a future you’re excited to live in.
Hi! My name is Shalom Adler ,and I am excited to be a part of the Grow Therapy team. We all want to live a meaningful and stress-free life, and while I cannot guarantee that you will not experience stress (we all do), I can help you navigate and cope with all that life throws at you. As the great psychiatrist Viktor Frankl says, “There is nothing in the world … that would so effectively help one to survive even the worst conditions as the knowledge that there is a meaning in one's life.”
I have over thirty years of experience in helping, guiding and counseling individuals, couples and families. I treat everyone the way I would like to be treated, with respect, compassion, dignity and empathy. I have faced my own mental health challenges over the years, and this gives me a unique perspective that will help me help you. I will not attempt to model you in my image, but I will work as hard as I can to help you reach your fullest potential and overcome your own challenges. I will meet you where you are and evaluate your strengths and needs. We will work collaboratively to achieve your goals and aspirations.

For over 26 years, I have been privileged to guide individuals toward freedom from limiting beliefs, empowering them to live confidently, boldly, and free from fear, anxiety, and self-doubt through the transformative power of God's Word.
My Personal Journey
Having faced my own share of personal traumas—experiencing insecurity, anger, depression, and feelings of inadequacy I understand what it’s like to feel trapped by doubts that challenge your sense of identity and purpose. At one point, I was held captive by these barriers, but through faith, perseverance, and God's Word, I was able to transform my life. My journey of overcoming personal challenges fuels my passion to help others do the same. My success story and healing process inspire my work—reaffirming that hope and restoration are always within reach.

If you are grieving, I welcome the stories, memories, and love you carry for the people you have lost. My mission is to inspire others to live their purpose. For over 30 years, I have counseled individuals, couples and families with their relationships. The #1 relationship problem goes beyond communication. It is learning to resolve conflict and becoming stronger through it. It is about accepting differences as different and not wrong. Whether you just want a stronger relationship or you are in a crisis and do not know which way to turn, the only thing holding you back holding right now is probably fear. Ask yourself: What would love do?
It is important for us to have conscious relationships so that our children will have a better chance of being successful in their own relationships. Otherwise we will watch them repeat our mistakes.
Do it for you; do it for them.
My education is in psychology, counseling psychology, spirituality and hundreds if not thousands of hours in continuing education on multiple additional topics.
I believe that each person is the expert on themselves and my role is to guide you toward a life based on choice and self-acceptance. I work with all ages and specialize in neurodiversity, eating disorders, LGBTQ, anxiety, depression, and learning difficulties. I help parents balance their responsibilities and individual needs. I am always happy to hear about your special interests or passions and encourage self-expression and creativity.

Many of my clients are women and teen girls (12 and up) who are high-functioning on the outside but feel exhausted, anxious, or disconnected on the inside. You may be managing work, school, relationships, or caregiving while internally feeling overwhelmed, stuck in overthinking, or like you’re running on empty.
If you’re someone who’s tried to “figure it out” on your own or learned coping skills in therapy before but still find yourself falling into the same patterns, you’re not alone. Many of the women I work with come in feeling frustrated that insight hasn’t translated into real change.
In our work together, we focus on getting to the root of what’s keeping you stuck in cycles like burnout, over-functioning, people-pleasing, and difficulty setting boundaries. Instead of just managing symptoms, we work to understand and shift what’s driving them so the change actually lasts.
A key part of this process involves working with your nervous system—not just your thoughts. You may already understand what’s going on logically, but still feel it in your body and day-to-day life. We focus on helping your system feel safer, more grounded, and less reactive so you can begin to break those automatic cycles and respond in new ways.
I integrate EMDR, somatic approaches, attachment-based therapy, TF-CBT, and experiential work to support both emotional processing and practical change. The goal is to help you move from insight into real, sustainable shifts in how you feel, relate, and show up in your life.
Sessions are collaborative and paced so you don’t feel rushed or overwhelmed. The goal is to help you feel more grounded, emotionally steady, and connected to yourself and your relationships.
I also offer trauma intensives for self-pay clients who want deeper, focused work in a shorter period of time.
I have always been empathetic towards others and have a passion for providing a helping hand to those in need. I understand that unfortunate situations in life can sometimes be unexpected. The hardships that we experience can make it difficult to cope, without the proper support.
I am able to relate to the community I serve and understand that we all have difficulties that may require the support of others. I believe that my life experiences have given me the compassion and dedication needed to make a difference in the lives of many.
Hi, I’m so glad you’re here! I’m a San Francisco native, a military veteran, and a lifelong art lover who finally found the courage to answer my truest calling during the whirlwind of 2020. I haven’t looked back since. I am deeply passionate about bridging the gaps in mental health care and destigmatizing therapy—because taking care of your mind should be as normal as taking care of your body.
When I’m not in the therapist chair, my life is beautifully full. I’m a homeschooling mom to six incredible girls (yes, six!), married to my childhood sweetheart, and a big fan of making meals from scratch and catching a double feature at the drive-in movie theater.
My Approach
I bring that same blend of heart, dedication, and real-world chaos into my practice. I take a direct, down-to-earth approach, and I love working with people who are truly ready to show up, connect, and do the work. My space is for teens and adults navigating messy transitions, trauma, PTSD/CPTSD, bipolar disorder, and personality disorders.
Whether you are running on fumes or struggling with a loud inner critic, my goal is to provide a warm, judgment-free space where you can drop the mask, laugh, cry, and be totally honest. Together, we’ll unpack the heavy stuff so you can finally learn to love, see, and choose yourself.

Being a therapist allows me to witness and support the incredible resilience of the human spirit. It is a privilege to guide clients toward clarity, healing, and a renewed sense of purpose.
