I believe that mental health issues come in myriad forms, and it is our duty to provide support, unburdened by negative stereotypes and judgment. Hello! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Florida with a Master of Social Work from the University of Southern California. Over the past five years, I’ve had the privilege of working closely with adolescents, young adults, and their families. My approach is strength-based, and I love helping clients recognize their own abilities, resilience, and potential as we work toward their goals together.
I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Clinical Hypnotherapist, but more than that, I work with people who feel stuck in patterns they understand but still can’t seem to break. Maybe it shows up in relationships that feel familiar but painful, putting others first so you don’t lose them, or slipping back into old habits when emotions become overwhelming. You’re not broken. You are repeating a pattern that once kept you safe but now keeps you stuck.
I help clients who look strong and “put together” on the outside, but internally feel disconnected, unseen, or like they’re always fighting themselves. You might know why you do what you do because you’ve read the books, tried therapy before, told yourself you’d choose differently, and yet something still pulls you back.
My approach is real, honest, and compassionate. We won’t just talk about the surface problem. We’ll work with the deeper beliefs and emotional wiring underneath it. Together, we identify what keeps you abandoning yourself, and begin rebuilding from a place of self-trust, worthiness, and grounded clarity.
In my private practice, I work with individuals and couples. Treatment is unique for each client and depends on your needs and goals. The philosophy that guides my practice is the unwavering belief that people have a limitless potential to heal and grow. It is my goal to help you recognize and realize your abilities. Positive change occurs through the collaborative therapeutic relationship between therapist and client.
Therapy is a unique process for each client. It begins with a comprehensive evaluation during which I learn about you, your situation, and your goals. You also get the chance to learn more about me and get a feel for how we will work together. During the course of therapy, we will continue to evaluate and make changes to your treatment to reflect completed goals and new challenges. Services offered: Biofeedback, Depression/Anxiety/Stress, Childhood Abuse and Trauma, Family and Relationship Issues, Grief and Loss, GLBTQ Concerns and Issues, Parenting, Divorce, and Eating Disorders.

There’s no denying that life isn’t always a walk in the park. While I’m sure you can relate to this as an adult, the same goes for kids, teens, and college-age students. Don’t forget, they’re going through this life without a manual, just as you are.
But life is also spectacularly beautiful.
Unfortunately, the trials faced during any phase of life can often dim that beauty and hold your child back from living the life they deserve. Anxiety, depression, and self-doubt can creep into anyone's life at any age. Mental health challenges can rob them of happiness, self-confidence, and life-fulfillment.
I get it. I’ve been in their shoes. As an experienced, understanding, and caring counselor for teens, children, and young adults. I can help support your child, whether they are elementary-school-aged, in the turbulent teenage years, or college-aged.
And, because I value being an advocate for kids and an ally for parents, I can support you, too.
You may have spent your life showing up for everyone else, navigating spaces where you have to work twice as hard to feel seen. You deserve a space where you don’t have to translate your experience or explain the weight of 'the hustle'—a space where your culture and identity are honored, not just acknowledged.
I provide expert, culturally-attuned support through evidence-based therapy to help you work through barriers and live fully. Vulnerability isn’t a weakness; it’s your greatest tool for change. You’ve got the vision—let’s build the path to get you there.
I work with high-functioning adults who feel stuck in cycles of anxiety, emotional pain, or self-sabotage—even after years of traditional talk therapy. My approach integrates trauma-informed, somatic, and nervous system-based practices with subconscious reprogramming. Together, we’ll gently uncover and shift the deeper beliefs and survival patterns held in your body, creating healing that is not only insightful, but embodied and lasting.

However, there are times that we might feel too stuck, too lost, and too overwhelmed to do anything. Life doesn’t have to stay this way. I can help you turn things around and move toward living your absolute best life ever!

Whether you or your loved one is facing an emotional, social, or behavioral challenge, I am here to help. I want to support your capacity to “respond”, rather than “react”. It is time to transform suffering into opportunities for growth. Let’s bring health & harmony back into your life and home!
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the State of Florida. I moved to Florida from Nashville but have roots in Mississippi and Virginia. I graduated from the University of Phoenix in April of 2014 with a Bachelors of Science in Health Administration. I used that degree to enroll at Capella University where I earned a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in March of 2021. My passion for counseling started when I was very young. In my teenage years I participated in groups that worked to prevent teen suicide. This interest eventually worked its way into my adult life as a career in the mental health field.
My first position after graduating with my Masters was assisting individuals whose substance abuse lead to involvement in the criminal justice system. Building on that, I also have experience with Veterans' issues, grief and loss, eating disorders, LGBTQ+, relationships, depression, anxiety, social fears and many other mental health diagnoses.
I don’t believe that there is a one size fits all approach to an individual’s mental health. I use a wide range of techniques to best help my clients to achieve the goals they set forth during their time in treatment by developing strategies and coping skills to achieve optimal mental health.
It's often said that if "life gives you lemons, make lemonade". But what if you never receive the lemons, what if you have no pitcher, no sugar or water? My specialty is Trauma-informed care where I assist in helping to manage anger, self-injurious behaviors, anxiety and depression associated with negative experiences that life throws your way. I will work with you to recognize your trauma symptoms and help you to strategize and obtain the tools necessary to improve those symptoms.
I am an advocate for clients with limited resources and tools to be successful in life and will help to identify treatment goals and work with you to overcome barriers to achieving those goals.
We all need a little help sometimes when we feel as though we have fallen. Let's work together to find clarity and build resilience to overcome life's hurdles.

I am a Licensed Mental Health Professional in the state of Florida with over six years of professional experience providing compassionate and client-centered mental health services. I have a passion for helping young adults and adults navigate life’s challenges and develop the skills needed to live healthier, more fulfilling lives.
My areas of experience include helping clients cope with life stressors, anxiety, depression, anger management, relationship challenges, and other emotional difficulties that may impact their overall well-being. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to explore their concerns and work toward meaningful change.
I believe that every individual has the ability to grow, heal, and move forward, even during difficult seasons of life. My approach focuses on meeting clients where they are, identifying their strengths, developing practical coping strategies, and supporting them as they work toward their personal and therapeutic goals.
Throughout my years of professional practice, I have received numerous positive testimonials and feedback from clients who have successfully achieved their goals, overcome challenges, developed greater self-awareness, and experienced more fulfilling lives. These outcomes continue to strengthen my passion and commitment to the work I do.
It is my privilege to walk alongside individuals during their journey toward emotional wellness, personal growth, and a more meaningful and fulfilled life.
