"Do you feel overwhelmed, anxious, challenged with life transitions? Anxiety, stress management, and life transitions are interconnected aspects of our lives that can significantly impact our well-being. I help you identify triggers and patterns of thinking that hold you back from being the best you. Together, we will use various strategies such as mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy and integrate spirituality if desired to manage triggers and help transform negative thinking to propel you forward. Whether you're dealing with being overwhelmed, relationship issues or cycles of anxiety and depression, I'm here to help. Seeking therapy can feel pretty scary but you're making the right choice. You deserve a safe space to heal and grow. In our sessions, I'll meet you with compassion and evidence-based techniques that will empower you to move forward and win in life.
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
