I’m Jennifer Haynes, a Florida Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Qualified Supervisor, and Founder and Clinical Director of Fr33 Mind LLC. I specialize in trauma, anxiety, grief, emotional regulation, relationship concerns, life transitions, and helping clients understand patterns that may be keeping them stuck. My approach is integrative, trauma-informed, and increasingly focused on the connection between the mind and body. I believe therapy is not only about understanding what happened or identifying why we feel the way we do. Healing can also involve learning how stress and trauma show up in the body, strengthening emotional awareness, developing practical coping skills, building healthier relationships, and reclaiming a greater sense of choice and agency. My advanced credentials and training include CCTP, C-DBT, CAMS-II, CAGCS, Parent Training Specialist II, and additional education in neuropsychotherapy/neurotherapy, mental health and nutrition, and personality disorder treatment. I am also currently completing certification in Trauma Center Trauma Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY), anticipated in March 2027. Through Fr33 Mind, my work continues to expand beyond traditional talk therapy into intensives, groups, embodiment-focused healing, clinical supervision, and wellness experiences. Most importantly, I want therapy to feel like a place where you can be honest, feel understood, learn, challenge yourself, and gradually build a life that feels more aligned with who you are.

Hi, I'm Nic, founder of Revision Therapy. Many people come to therapy because they want to know themselves better, improve relationships, navigate life transitions, or become more intentional about how they live. I work with anxious overachievers, LGBTQ+ folks, and anyone mid transition wondering how they got here. Maybe it's the anxiety that never fully turns off, the one that's been running in the background so long you forgot it wasn't supposed to be there. Maybe you're looking for someone who won't need to explain your identity to. Maybe you're in the middle of a transition, a breakup, a move, a new job, a version of your life you didn't sign up for, and you feel weirdly behind for something nobody actually prepares you for. Wherever you're starting from, you don't need to have it figured out before you walk in. Together, we'll explore the beliefs, patterns, and experiences that have shaped you, then focus on building practical strategies that create real change in your daily life. Therapy isn't about endless processing, but about understanding yourself while building the life you want to live. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, welcomed, and comfortable enough to be honest about what's working and what isn't.

Hello! I work with people who want help finding ways to live a more fulfilling life. As a therapist, I help people recognize their strengths as we work together to overcome difficulties. Almost all of us struggle with many of the same questions. "Am I good enough?" "Why do I feel like I don't matter?" "Will I ever be truly happy when I seem to make the same choices over and over again?" Do you want to manage anxiety? Do you feel depressed? Have you experienced a trauma? Do you find yourself unable to finish projects or find your car keys? Are the kids struggling? Whatever is going wrong, a safe place to talk, knowing your trust will never be compromised, is a wonderful gift you can give yourself. During the first visit, we'll talk about what you want to see happen. Together will come up with a plan. Lasting change is possible. You can create a happy and fulfilling life.

Hello! I’m Kenneth Todd, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over a decade of experience helping individuals, couples, and families move toward the lives they truly want. I earned my degree from the University of West Florida and have worked across diverse settings, always guided by one core belief: you are the expert on your life. My approach is rooted in Solution Focused Therapy (SFT) — a dynamic, forward-looking method that emphasizes your strengths, your vision, and your capacity for change. SFT is built on four pillars: • Description: What does your best life look like? • Difference: What’s already working, even a little? • Change: What small steps can build momentum? • Outcome: What will life be like when things improve? Together, we’ll explore your goals, uncover your inner resources, and build a path toward meaningful outcomes. Whether you're navigating a life transition, seeking clarity, or simply want to feel more like yourself again — I’m here to help you discover who you are at your best. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the State of Florida since March 2007. I have over 20 years of experience providing psychotherapy and assessing adults, families and children in multiple settings. I consider myself skilled using a variety of clinical interventions (expressive arts with cognitive-behavioral, client-centered and trauma-informed approaches) in three languages: English, Spanish and French. I am a Colombian born immigrant who came to the US to further my education and practice as a psychotherapist. During my years of experience in psychotherapy I learned to incorporate the creative side of the human brain to facilitate expression and better flow the emotional communication. I have helped many people work through coping with life changes, stress, depression, anxiety, trauma and other multiple issues... I thrive in connecting with the person and developing trust, hope and faith in the therapeutic -and creative- process. My main focus is to provide a safe space for open conversations -via TeleHealth or in office- that allow the person to find their own path towards growing and healing. It takes courage to face our psychological challenges AND to take the first steps towards change, if you are ready to take that step I am here to support and empower you all the way! Hello, I am Viktoria. Life doesn't always go as planned, and transitions, illness, and trauma are rarely anticipated. Are you struggling with self-defeating patterns that are causing depression, anxiety, and /or a feeling of being stuck? Do you want to make changes in your personal and professional life? Do you have challenges in your relationship? Individuals have unique and individual needs, which should be recognized. Most of the time, you will be able to handle the situation with the help of your friends and family or on your own. There are times when you might need professional guidance and support to learn specific techniques to help you manage your thoughts and feelings. An important aspect of therapy is the opportunity to explore feelings of loneliness, anxiety, depression, grief, and shame, and to begin the process of creating positive and lasting changes. This takes place in a non-judgmental, therapeutic relationship based on empathy, trust, safety, and compassion. My style is calm, warm, and relaxed, and I believe in creating a safe environment for you in which compassion, support, and humor can flourish. Together, we can gain insight and understanding of the relationships between emotions, core beliefs and behaviors in order to find solutions to the problems you are facing.
