Theresa Brannigan
Welcome to your healing journey! Do you struggle with anxiety, depression, past trauma, or lack of motivation? Do you wonder why you are not where you want to be in life or how to achieve your life goals? Or perhaps you feel unproductive, unhappy with your current relationships, or job and feel overwhelmed. I attended Nova Southeastern University and have been practicing psychotherapy for 20 years. I have experience practicing in Psychiatric Hospitals and outpatient settings. I empower clients to overcome trauma, depression, anxiety and grief. I offer a therapeutic approach that combines evidenced-based protocols with advanced and effective holistic healing practices. Mind, body and spirit have a healing approach. I have found that, when combined, these two approaches strengthen and deepen the healing process, allowing for a more full and transformational experience. My specialties include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
