Hello! I’m Jennifer Wasik, a bilingual (English/Spanish) Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida and a Licensed Professional Counselor for the state of Texas, with over 20 years of experience working with children, teens, and adults. Do you feel confused, misunderstood, or lost? Are you struggling with your friends, family and/or work relationships? Do you lack confidence or feel overwhelmed? Are you dealing with childhood trauma that was never addressed?
I help with identifying obstacles that can get in the way of living a productive life. I strive to connect, understand, and support my clients through the healing process by providing a safe environment to build a trusting relationship.
Growth, Relationships, Abundance, Balance, Peace and Harmony. These elements often contribute to a fulfilling and meaningful life.
I use a person-centered approach while integrating mindfulness and developing skills that can be used to last a lifetime.
I use evidence-based techniques to help overcome what’s holding you back.
Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship or parenting issues, I’m here to help.
Many Black men learn early how to manage responsibility, emotion, and expectation — often without being given space to process what they’re carrying. Over time, this can show up as stress, anger, disconnection, anxiety, or feeling worn down by holding it all together. I provide individual therapy for Black men and for children and adolescents who need a space where they are understood in context, not pathologized.

Hi! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Florida. I received my Masters from Florida International University and have been practicing for 12 years. I support adults to navigate through life transitions and challenges guiding them toward a sense of wholeness and stability. I have experience with helping clients struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, self-esteem, and life transitions.
Hello, I'm Amber, a dedicated and compassionate trauma-informed therapist committed to providing a safe and empathetic space for individuals on their healing journey. With a background in psychology and extensive training, I bring a holistic approach that integrates psychodynamic, person-centered, mind-body approach and cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) techniques to support clients in their path to recovery.
Incorporating a mind-body approach in therapy involves recognizing and addressing the interconnectedness of mental and physical health. This approach may include techniques such as mindfulness, deep breathing, or progressive muscle relaxation to help clients become more aware of how their thoughts and emotions influence their physical sensations. By integrating practices that focus on bodily awareness and self-regulation, therapists can help clients manage stress, reduce anxiety, and improve overall well-being.
My psychodynamic orientation allows me to help clients delve into the unconscious aspects of their psyche, understanding how past experiences shape current thoughts and behaviors. Through this exploration, we work together to identify patterns, gain insight into unresolved conflicts, and promote long-term personal growth.
In addition to the psychodynamic approach, I integrate person-centered therapy principles, emphasizing the importance of the therapeutic relationship. I believe in the inherent goodness and resilience of individuals and strive to create a space where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered to navigate their unique healing process.
Furthermore, my practice incorporates elements of cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), focusing on identifying and challenging negative thought patterns and behaviors. This approach allows us to develop practical strategies for coping with the impact of trauma, fostering resilience and promoting positive change.
With a commitment to ongoing professional development and staying informed about the latest advancements in trauma treatment, I am dedicated to providing evidence-based and client-centered care. I am here to support you on your journey towards healing, personal empowerment, and a more fulfilling life.
Is something inside of you saying that it’s time for a change? Personal growth and development start with a desire and a willingness to try something new. I often tell my clients that the most important part of therapy is the relationship between them and their therapist. Sometimes it takes a few tries but don’t give up before the magic happens; the best investment you can make is in yourself.
I survived childhood cancer and have overcome many obstacles in my life which left me with a unique perspective that emphasizes post-traumatic growth. As a second-generation meditation practitioner, with a Bachelor’s degree in Contemplative psychology, a Master’s degree in social work, and an almost 20-year background as a licensed nurse, I emphasize a holistic approach and understand the importance of the mind-body connection. I bring a deep sense of presence to my work and I will hold a safe and sacred space for you to be fully seen, heard, accepted, and supported just as you are.
My philosophy is that people are the experts in their own lives and that therapy is not so much about giving advice, but more so about acting as a mirror to gently guide individuals to find what they are seeking from within. Together we will identify your dreams and goals and work through any blockages so that you can learn how to take care of yourself and thrive. I invite you to experience this state of being by beginning the journey of self-worth, healing, and exponential growth.
Welcome to the start of a new chapter in your life; Having the vulnerability to begin this journey is a huge step in the right direction, and I am proud of you!
While working together, my approach will be warm and collaborative. I believe YOU are the expert on your own life, and in our work together, I’ll provide a supportive, non-judgmental space to help you tap into your inner strength and build a toolkit for lasting change.

Somewhere along the way our intuition is often turned down and replaced with self-limiting beliefs- a result of messages from childhood, traumatic experiences, and exposure to stressors in our environment. I believe that the disconnection from our true self is the root of much of our pain and leads to relationship challenges, low self worth, poor boundaries, and the influx of depression and anxiety we see in our modern world.
I believe that all of the strengths and resources we need to do this work are within us, and I view my role as a therapist to support and witness you in discovering and embodying these resources.
My background is rooted in community-based social work, addiction treatment, and the intersection of therapy and spirituality. I've worked extensively with clients struggling with anxiety, depression, PTSD/C-PTSD, addiction, and family systems. In my practice I work to integrate the mind, body and spirit into the therapeutic process. I am a student of astrology, yoga, and somatic practices, and can integrate these modalities into sessions as well.
I am licensed clinical social worker (LCSW), based in South Florida. I received my bachelors degree in psychology, and masters degree in social work, both from Florida International University, with over 5 years of experience. As a

Hi my name is Amy, and I first want to acknowledge how difficult and scary it feels to begin the process of therapy, either for the first time or starting with a new therapist. I take very seriously the enormous strength that takes and I work very hard to ensure that you feel safe and heard as we begin the therapeutic relationship. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with 15 years of experience providing counseling in both inpatient and outpatient centers. I received my Master’s degree in counseling in 2008, from Webster University. I had the privilege of working in an inpatient eating disorder facility for five years and have continued that work in outpatient settings.
I have a passion for connecting with teenagers, college students and career women to build a safe place with an adult where they can voice their feelings and experiences without fear of judgement. I have experience with a variety of issues, including depression, anxiety, eating disorders, and general women’s issue. I am especially passionate about working with CPTSD and PTSD. Trauma survivors need validation, belief, compassion and acceptance first and foremost before a trusting relationship can be established. I have working with women exiting a toxic relationship, having endured narcissistic abuse and/or infidelity (betrayal trauma) which is many times misunderstood by well-intentioned people. My approach is warm, compassionate and highly empathetic as I work to establish a safe environment for healing to take place.

I believe therapy should be a space where you feel heard, supported, and free from judgment. My goal is to provide a safe, compassionate environment where you can explore your thoughts and emotions while developing the tools needed to heal and grow.

I am a master’s-trained clinician with over a decade of hands-on clinical experience. My work encompasses individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, ADHD, depression, manage or improve addictive behavior, emotional dysregulation and life transitions (including women's issues). My work is informed by formal training in EMDR as well as, traditional talk therapy with a strong foundation in CBT and DBT—but therapy with me isn’t about rigid techniques or worksheets for the sake of it.
I focus on helping clients understand why patterns exist, not just how to manage symptoms. EMDR allows us to work at the root level and utilize the integration of traditional talk therapy with CBT and DBT. Cognitive and Dialectical behavioral therapies provide practical tools for navigating daily life such as, mindfulness practices and working to defeat cognitive distortions that impact our relationships. I integrate these approaches thoughtfully, adapting the work to the person in front of me rather than forcing a one-size-fits-all model.
Clients often describe my style as direct, solution focused, collaborative, and grounded. The bond that is created between us is the most important, and I believe meaningful change happens when therapy feels both safe, person centered and honest—where insight leads to action, and healing is something we actively build together.
Hi there, I'm Renita.
I'm happy that you have landed here in search of doing some very important work to improve your life! Mental health plays such an important role in how we advocate, manage and show up for ourselves and the way we navigate our world. I help support individuals and couples who feel overwhelmed by constantly trying to balance and grab a hold of the many responsibilities of their day to day that impacts their relationships, work and/or health. With so many responsibilities to manage, I know it can be hard to prioritize the (much needed) time to incorporate self care and engage in hobbies that you once enjoyed. I am skilled in exploring and strategizing with those looking to be held accountable for positive lifestyle changes by using their strengths to encourage growth.
I help individuals and couples learn effective strategies to combat anxiety, depression, extreme stress and communication difficulties. Together, we can identify your strengths and challenges and utilize both to work towards bringing balance into your life. We'll use a person centered approach, addressing the needs of your mind, body and spirit while taking into account your current environment and life experiences both past and present.
Whether you're dealing with overwhelm, relationship issues or cycles of anxiety and depression, I'm here to work with you throughout the journey to empower you and equip you with useful tools and resources. Seeking therapy may seem scary if you dont know what to expect but you're making the right choice. In each of our sessions, you will have an opportunity to feel seen and heard allowing you to process your thoughts and feelings in a safe, non judgemental atmosphere to promote healing and growth at a pace that works for you. Let's work together!
I’m Dr. Maria Mejia, a licensed therapist who works with individuals who feel overwhelmed by life, stress, and the constant pressure to “hold it all together.” Many of the clients I support are millennial parents and young adults who are navigating major life transitions while trying not to lose themselves in the process.
My work is rooted in a trauma-informed, holistic approach that honors the mind, body, and nervous system. I believe symptoms like anxiety, burnout, emotional exhaustion, or feeling disconnected are not personal failures—they’re signals that something within you needs care, support, and understanding.
I specialize in helping millennial parents manage stress, identity shifts, and emotional overload while parenting in a fast-paced, demanding world. I also work closely with young adults who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of how to navigate adulthood, relationships, and expectations.
Therapy with me is collaborative, compassionate, and practical. I strive to create a space where you feel safe, seen, and supported—while also gaining tools to feel more grounded, confident, and connected to yourself. My goal is not just symptom relief, but helping you build a life that feels more aligned, sustainable, and authentic.
Hello potential client! You are hurting in some way if you are here reading this. Maybe you feel like you are getting more and more stressed out and just one more stressor would be too much for you to handle. Maybe you worry all the time about everything and can't stop. Maybe you are sad all the time and don't enjoy doing things that used to be fun. Maybe you are feeling helpless or hopeless about what to do. Maybe you have been through a traumatic experience or are grieving. Maybe you are thinking the way you have been using substances is causing you problems. You have tried your best to help yourself but nothing has worked the way you hoped it would. You don't know what to do but you do know you can't keep going the way you have been.
This is where I come in! I help people who are ready to change for the better! My heart is for helping hurting people and I strive to treat all of my clients with the compassion and respect I believe they deserve. The most important part of positive change in a therapeutic relationship depends on just that - the relationship between the therapist and the client. I also use a variety of resources to help my clients. These include evidence-based types of therapy, worksheets and measurements. I also offer Christian counseling to those who are interested and am also happy to work with people of other spiritual beliefs.
I offer free consultation calls so we can both decide if working together would be a good fit for both of us. I look forward to hearing from you if I sound like I would be your kind of therapist!
Because sleep quality is critical to physical and mental health I am passionate about helping people get good sleep.
I received my PhD from Duke University and have been a practicing psychologist for many years. I work primarily with behavioral sleep medicine because sleep problems are so widespread and there are not enough specialists to meet the need. I continue working with people with anxiety, depression, and couples issues. The methods I use are evidence-based and trauma-informed. I am also an ordained member of the clergy (rabbi) and consider one's spirituality an important part of treatment for many, though not all, people.
I’ve practiced telehealth exclusively since early 2020. Most people like working this way because of convenience. Therapy is not adversely affected and I am even able to do hypnosis via telehealth.
Hi! My name is Katie. I am passionate about experiential therapies, client centered care, and holistic healing. I have worked with individuals, couples, groups, and families of all ages in a variety of clinical settings facing mental health struggles, trauma, and addictions.
I have been a Registered Yoga Instructor since 2018 and find benefits with pairing yoga, mindfulness, and meditation with therapy. I also love scuba diving, my rescue dog, and anything related to being immersed in nature!

Hi, I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Florida and am also licensed in Maine (LCPC). I received my masters in Rehabilitation and Mental Health from the University of South Florida. I work with my clients on their mental health struggles (trauma/PTSD, depression, anxiety, mood disorders, addiction, and coping skills to name a few) to enable them to manage their mental health so it is not interfering with their daily functioning and they can be the best version of themselves.
I believe in the power of connection and provide a warm, comfortable environment where you can explore your thoughts and emotions freely. That said, I also know that growth often requires us to face hard truths and step outside our comfort zones. Together, we’ll work through difficult topics and push past barriers, with compassion and the insight needed to build healthier patterns and more meaningful relationships.
Hi, I’m a therapist who believes therapy doesn’t have to feel intimidating or clinical to be effective. I help people sort through stress, self-doubt, relationship tension, and life transitions—with clarity, compassion, and a healthy dose of humor. My clients often tell me they chose me because I feel relatable and real, and because I’m not afraid to laugh with them even when things are tough.
I’m straightforward and down-to-earth. I’ll meet you where you are without judgment, help you challenge what’s keeping you stuck, and walk alongside you as you make sense of what’s working—and what isn’t. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, burnout, relationship struggles, or just trying to feel more grounded in your life, I’m here to help you reconnect with your strength, your clarity, and your sense of possibility.
You don’t have to be perfect or polished. Just bring yourself—we’ll take it from there.
Howdy y'all! I’m Kendra, your friendly Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over five years of experience dedicated to helping people navigate life's challenges. Holding a degree in Psychology and a Master’s in Social Work from Florida State University, I’ve had the privilege of supporting the vibrant people of Florida.
I'm a therapist who believes healing doesn't have to be stiff, serious, or done on a strict timeline. Sometimes, it looks like rolling in on two wheels to make it "just on time," venting about your day, and finally saying outloud "I'm really just tired of holding it all together." I work with adults who are overwhelmed, anxious, or burnt out and being "fine" all the time just isn't working anymore. Whether you're navigating the mental load of motherhood, trying to find yourself again after a major life shift, or stuck in that loop of overthinking and self-doubt, I'm here to help you slow down, breathe, and feel human again.
My style is warm, laid-back, and trauma-informed meaning, we go at your pace - no pressure, no judgment. I offer a supportive space where you don't have to have it all figured out; you just bring your whole, real self to therapy (messy feelings, messy bun, and all) and I'll bring curiosity, compassion, and a few solid tools to help you feel more grounded.
My name is Magalis but you may call me Maggie. I have been trained in Anger Management and have worked with individuals who have legal involvement and are mandated to treatment, in addition to individuals who are on a personal journey seeking growth and change.

I'm a queer Chicana licensed therapist in FL and I have been in the mental health field since 2016. This is truly my passion! I work with adults who are neurodivergent, the LGBTQ+ community, infertility/loss/birthing trauma, adult children of immigrants (1st/2nd gen), cultural adjustments/assimilation, and trauma. You could say I'm a liberation therapist.
I enjoy working with individuals who can be honest with themselves, want to be challenged, and are motivated for change and improvement. I believe in providing a safe, non-judgmental, supportive space. I like to meet my clients where they are and help them figure out how to live their best life. I'm not here to tell you what you're thinking or feeling as I believe the therapist-client relationship should be a collaborative experience. My goal is to help you figure out how to live your most authentic life.

Hi, my name is Vijaya Siddalingappa also known as VJ. I am a licensed clinical psychologist PhD, and currently practice in Florida. I have been in the mental health field for 25 years. I speak 2 additional languages( Hindi and Kannada) and I am currently offering telehealth appointments. I am very happy to be a part of the Grow community!
I have a holistic approach with a non judgmental stance as I believe each individual is unique. So I tailor interventions to client's needs and not use "one size fits all" approach. I have an unconditional approach and appreciate diversity in each person accentuating their strengths. I use passive approach (providing space for venting their feelings) and an active approach by teaching cognitive behavioral skills which clients can easily learn and use these skills when needed.
I like to cook, exercise, watch football and volunteer at community events for the less fortunate. I maintain a healthy balance with work, recreation and self- care. I work hard and play hard!
My experience includes working with adults, geriatrics, children and women in outpatient and inpatient settings. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, (CBT); Dialectical Behavioral therapy (DBT); Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT); and Trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TFCBT). I am also passionate about individual differences and multicultural studies.
My expertise is working with addictions (dual diagnosis), trauma, depression, anxiety, bipolar, Obsessive compulsive disorders, schizophrenia, domestic violence and sexual abuse, stress management, loss and grief, and adjustment disorders.
We never arrive! I learn something new and grow every day. Look forward to working with you!
