I started this journey of helping others in 2004 when I decided to make Mental Health a career choice. After earning a master's degree, I accepted my first paid position at Phoenix House of Brandon, FL and fell deeper in love with helping people emerge from whatever darkness they were experiencing in their lives. My passion is counseling those who struggle with various addictive behaviors (substance use, problem gambling, etc.) and co-occurring lifestyle issues.
