My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) has strengthened my therapy practice by providing a clear, structured approach to helping clients understand and change unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors. It empowers clients with practical tools they can use in daily life, making progress more measurable and collaborative. CBT allows us to focus on what’s happening in the present while building long-term skills for managing emotions, stress, and challenges more effectively.

Trauma-Focused CBT

Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) has enhanced my therapy practice by giving me a structured, evidence-based way to support children and adolescents who have experienced trauma. It combines trauma-sensitive interventions with cognitive and behavioral strategies, helping clients process their experiences safely while building coping skills and resilience. TF-CBT has also deepened my work with families, allowing caregivers to play an active role in the healing process. Additionally, I hold a certification as a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. This certification qualifies me as a professional with the knowledge and skills to treat individuals with trauma-related disorders effectively.
