Hi there, I am Charly.
As a clinical therapist, I admire your willingness to seek therapy support. I want to offer understanding, and empathic emotional support to assist anyone experiencing emotional distress.
Most people tend to suffer silently in their heads, or minds, due to conscious or subconscious, self-blame, shame, or guilt feelings as they seem to feel helpless. Individuals experiencing acute emotional distress due to mental health conditions often fail to realize that unresolved, deep internal pain or heartache is silently triggering their emotional distress.
One school of talk therapy called, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), proposes that the lack of the capacity for "Psychological Flexibility" and our brain's default, or Survival Mode functioning the instinctual responses of "Flight or Flight," as required for human survival.
As, your therapist, I am willing to support you in exploring your difficulty or distress and examine the mental barriers or psychological blinders causing you to feel internally conflicted and stuck. Some of my past and current clients tell me that "my ability to relate to them with an open mind and withholding personal judgment and a solution-focused perspective," helps them to feel at ease and connect with me and my style of therapy.
I follow an eclectic approach to therapy, drawing from academic learning, experiential knowledge, and over 30 years of practicing experience using evidence-based treatment modalities based on scientific literature and up-to-date neuroscience research. I have training and experience in the following major treatment modalities such as CBT, REBT, SFBT, ACT, Mindfulness, and specifically to deal with trauma, a newer form of Rapid Eye Movement Therapy (Accelerated Resolution Therapy).
I’m Dr. Monica Rodriguez, a bilingual licensed psychologist with over 14 years of experience helping clients heal, grow, and reconnect with their inner strength. I specialize in supporting clients struggling with low self-esteem, anxiety, and emotional wounds, offering a compassionate, empowering space where you can feel seen, heard, and supported. My goal is to help you build a more loving relationship with yourself and create a life that feels aligned and meaningful.
Welcome! I am glad you took the time to devote and invest in your mental health. Kudos to you! This is a huge step and not be taken lightly. Thank you for believing in yourself to seek additional support.
I live in the beautiful sunshine state, Florida. I am licensed in the states of FL, D.C., MA, and MI. As a Christian, I believe in the gift of freedom. If you would like to incorporate Biblical principles within our sessions, we most definitely can. My therapeutic approach involves compassion, care, and understanding.
You may have heard things like, “Just move on,” “let it go,” or “that’s in the past.” But if the pain is still there, if your heart feels heavy, if it affects your daily life, if you have to pretend everything is fine, or if it takes great effort just to get through your responsibilities, you may be experiencing trauma-related responses.
Therapy offers a safe and supportive space where you can process what you’ve been through, validate your emotions, and develop healthy ways to heal and move forward. A trauma-focused approach allows us to work gently and effectively with your experiences while strengthening your emotional stability and sense of control.
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), bilingual in English and Spanish, with extensive experience providing trauma-focused individual therapy. I earned my Master’s degree from Nova Southeastern University in Miami, Florida, and have been practicing as a mental health professional since 2017. Prior to working in the United States, I obtained my Bachelor’s degree and practiced as a Psychotherapist in Cuba for eight years.
Hi! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) licensed in both Louisiana, Florida, and Georgia. I received my Masters from Southern University at New Orleans and have been practicing for 17 years. Hi, my name is Samantha. I am a licensed therapist and have been working in the field for more than 15 years.
I strive to create a safe and welcoming environment that allows clients to explore obstacles related to a wide variety of concerns including but not limited to substance abuse, anxiety, depression, chronic health conditions, perinatal and post partum depression.
I use various therapeutic approaches to help get you to your goals. Some of those include solution focused therapy, strength base therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for ten years now. You will always know yourself better than I can or will.
From a philosophical and theoretical standpoint. I am overwhelming more of an attachment theorist, and have been known to use existentialism from time to time to help make sense of something. I guess the question that remains though is; can a butterfly flap it's wings in Brazil and cause a tornado in Kentucky, or are we all simply just products of our childhood and mirrors of our parents traumas?
The duality of life.
Attachment Theory vs. Chaos Theory. Both have value. I digress.
My goal is to provide a petridish in which you can explore your self. Safe. Contained. Yet completely in your control. The paradox being, you likely already have what you need. I'll sit with you while you find it. I can give you my clinical opinion, or diagnosis, and recommendations along the way as well if you'd like that. I can just sit and listen. I can play devils advocate. My job is to listen, empower, observe, and provide feedback when requested.
I graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with my Masters in Social Work in 2011. Since then, I've primarily focused on working with individuals struggling with anxiety and traumas. My trainings include Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing Therapy. I also have my 200 hour Certification in Yoga, which I believe adds another level of body awareness and somatic work.
Do you feel bogged down by events/experiences/memories that occurred in the past, that you thought you had "dealt with" but somehow continue to show up? I am passionate about helping clients learn more about how those earlier experiences impact their world-view today about themselves and others. To do this effectively, I use a combination of cognitive and body- based theories, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.

"You are your best thing"-Toni Morrison. Growing through this journey we call life will unfortunately bring things you can't control & it's not always easy to cope & it's not always easy to talk to someone. Going to therapy doesn't "fix" you. It enhances you, it helps you to better understand why you struggle with certain patterns & behaviors & why you feel stuck at times. So, pat yourself on the back for choosing yourself, right now in this moment & for making the right decision to strive beyond where you are. Know you don't have to walk this journey alone.
I'm a diverse & creative therapist who is passionate about helping people rise above unfortunate obstacles to help them reach a potential they didn't know they had within them. Yes, you have the potential to be a better version of yourself. It has always been there. It's the inner strength you haven't tapped into yet.
Some of my specialties are helping individuals who struggle with: low-self esteem, relationship issues, PTSD, over-thinking, boundary setting, codependency, low-confidence, self-worth & perfectionism, high achiever's.
Ask yourself this one question in this very moment, what's holding you back? Let's walk this journey together. You got this!

Hello there! Take a deep breath. It's not easy finding the right therapist. I have been on the other side of the therapy desk and know how hard it is to open up to a stranger. It's okay if you are anxious about it, I understand this. I have provided therapy for almost 20 years and have been in the mental health field for over 25 years in a multitude of settings - schools, prisons, outpatient and inpatient facilities. I've been in private practice for about 8 years. If you need just a few sessions to gain just a few tools to help over a rough patch, we can collaborate on that. Or, if you are ready for a major change in your life to address some serious problems, we can work on that, as well. My approach is collaborative, meaning, you and I are a team to work towards a solution for your current challenges.
Hi there, I'm Betty.
Are you struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, or major life changes? Maybe you're experiencing a lack of healthy boundaries in relationships or aren't living the life you were meant to lead. Whatever your needs, I am an experienced licensed mental health counselor who works with those struggling with relationship issues, grief, trauma, mood disorders, boundaries, anxiety, depression, daily life struggles etc. Therapy is a process of growth and self-discovery. Transformation and healing are obtained by developing a positive outlook and the adoption of new attitudes and responses.
My purpose as a therapist is to help you along the path to a functional and fulfilling life. Whether the obstacles to achieving this goal are habits and behaviors you want to change, relationship issues, or present and past traumas. We will work together to develop a comprehensive plan to alleviate or minimize stressors and struggles. The goal is to move in positive directions while establishing healthy coping skills.
There are many reasons that a person may seek counseling. Facing hardships in life can be very difficult, especially when trying to navigate them alone. Letting others into our pain and circumstances can be scary. It can also be a time for immense growth. Therapy can provide both support and hope as you work towards a greater sense of wholeness and healing.
I enjoy helping people gain a greater sense of identity and purpose through a creative, emotionally focused, and experiential approach to therapy. Whether dealing with overwhelm, relationship issues or cycles of anxiety and depression, I'm here to help. Seeking therapy can feel scary but you're making the right choice. You deserve a safe space to heal and grow. I'll meet you with compassion and evidence-based techniques so you can overcome any challenges and barriers holding you back.
