First session
We will start our first session with a brief introduction and obtain basic background information. Then we will discuss the specific challenges you want to work on. This will help me tailor a treatment plan for us to work on to improve your situation.
Strengths
I practice what I preach and don't tell clients to do things I'm not willing to do myself. I have successfully dealt with issues like anxiety, depression, abuse and addiction myself. I use my knowledge and experience to help my clients.

I have used Cognitive Behavioral Theory for years. With this method, I can help you identify problems, recognize negative thinking, challenge negative thinking, practice new behaviors, use relaxation techniques and other stress-reducing techniques, and practice problem-solving
