My name is David Patrick, LCSW. I have 14 years of experience dealing with a wide array of topics that bring people to therapy. I view the therapeutic relationship as a partnership. I see myself and my clients as friends on a journey of discovery about themselves. I do not lead, nor allow myself to be led, I believe we are equals. I listen intently and make suggestions and sometimes assign homework when appropriate. Remember, there are 168 hours in a typical week, and most people only see their therapist for one hour, leaving 167 hours outside the weekly session to practice and explore questions and see if the new results are present. I see us as equals and occasionally I will make suggestions, but ultimately this is a time of discovery for the individual and it is a privilege to walk alongside you on your journey.

Helping Women Heal from Betrayal, Reclaim Their Identity, and Rebuild Trust in Themselves
I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who is passionate about helping women who feel like they’ve lost themselves find their way back to who they truly are. My background includes working with individuals navigating anxiety, trauma, and complex relationship experiences. I specialize in supporting women who are healing from betrayal, emotional wounds, and identity struggles—especially those who appear “strong” on the outside but feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or uncertain within.
I take a warm, down-to-earth, and compassionate approach to therapy. I believe you shouldn’t have to filter yourself or have it all together to be supported. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe enough to be honest, process what you’ve been carrying, and begin rebuilding your sense of self with clarity and confidence.
As a Christian, I understand the importance of faith in the healing journey and can incorporate spiritual reflection in a way that feels supportive and empowering—if that aligns with your values.
I hold a Master’s in Clinical Mental Counseling, and my work is rooted in evidence-based practices while also honoring the emotional, relational, and (if important to you) spiritual parts of your healing.
Starting therapy can be a difficult process. I make this process as easy for you as possible. Therapy starts with us getting to know each other and for me to understand your needs for treatment. I want to make sure that I can meet your requirements and help you work on what you came into treatment for or find you someone who can. As a therapist, I help you become the best version of yourself. My job is to give you the skills to manage difficulties when they occur. Situations occur that you may not feel equipped to handle. Let me support you to help you get through and gain insight about yourself and your ability to handle things in the future. I provide a comfortable and non-intrusive environment. I work with people to help them develop a strong sense of self, learn to have healthier relationships, learn mindfulness, distress tolerance skills, and other ways to regulate their emotions, reduce anxiety, and learn to be less impulsive. If you have moments when you think you should reach out for help or support, even if the thoughts are fleeting, I encourage you to reach out to me for support.
I believe therapy should be a space where you feel comfortable, heard, and supported. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), wife, and mother, I understand that life can be both rewarding and challenging. Through my own life experiences, I have gained insight into the complexities of relationships, family responsibilities, career demands, and personal growth. I work with adolescents, adults, and couples facing concerns such as anxiety, stress, grief, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. Clients often describe me as warm, approachable, and easy to talk to. My goal is to help you gain insight, develop practical tools, and move toward meaningful growth and healing while feeling supported every step of the way.
I specialize in working with people struggling with eating disorders—anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorder, and related challenges. I recognize these aren't simply about food; they're deeply intertwined with emotional complexity, cognitive patterns, and questions of self that demand thorough, empathetic treatment. Through my specialized Modified DBT training, I help clients navigate overwhelming feelings while building healthier ways of coping.
I also frequently work with those facing debilitating anxiety—whether it shows up as persistent worry, panic attacks, or avoidance. My practice includes young adults in transition, working professionals dealing with performance stress, and adolescents managing social and academic demands.
Beyond this, I support people experiencing depression who want active, goal-oriented approaches to confront negative thinking and rediscover purpose. I work with trauma survivors prepared to work through painful experiences, individuals with mood disorders seeking greater equilibrium, and those navigating identity questions tied to life changes, relationships, or core values. What my clients have in common is readiness—they're committed to actively participating in their healing. They're looking for more than a listening ear; they want actionable tools, collaborative exploration, and proven methods that lead to real transformation. If you're willing to engage fully and commit to your own development, I'm ready to partner with you on that journey.Claude is AI and can make mistakes. Please double-check responses.
I love helping people and I am so excited for you that you are considering engaging in services! I believe in an integrative approach to therapy which means focusing on the whole person rather than one problematic behavior which is most often only a symptom of underlying issues. In order to most effectively address your emotional or mental well-being we must also address your physical, biological, social, and psychological functioning. If you are ready to make changes to allow you to more fully enjoy your life then I am eager to assist you towards your goals.

HI! I'm April, a Licensed Marriage and Family therapist passionate about helping individuals and couples navigate life's challenges with compassion, honesty and support. My approach blends evidence-based techniques like CBT & EFT with genuine human connection to help clients feel understood, empowered and capable of lasting change. I strive to create a warm, collaborative space where healing begins and growth blooms-helping clients move toward the person they were always meant to be!!
Anxiety, depression, and relationship issues are experiences that many of us encounter at various times in our lives. If you are feeling overwhelmed by negative emotions or believe you are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, or any combination of stressors affecting your peace of mind and relationships, "you don't have to keep feeling this way." You are not alone in your struggles, and you deserve to regain the peace of mind and joy that seem to elude you right now. "Let's find a way forward together - with compassion, clarity, and lasting change." My primary goal is to help you transition from merely feeling good to truly living well.
Whether you are facing a specific crisis or a slow accumulation of challenges that has left you feeling unlike yourself, my clinical work offers a safe, judgment-free space to begin moving toward greater clarity and well-being. I draw on a carefully integrated blend of evidence-based frameworks, selecting and tailoring techniques based on each client's unique needs, history, and goals.
My therapeutic approach combines Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Process-Based Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with mind-body techniques. This approach is grounded in the belief that lasting change requires attending to the whole person — mind, body, and the relational world we inhabit. Through ACT, you will learn to be more psychologically present, connect with your values, and make space for life’s inevitable pain. You will also discover how to take actionable steps despite emotional discomfort and cultivate an appreciation for each moment in your life.
While my specialty is brief therapy, some situations may require an extended therapeutic relationship, which can be beneficial for adults and parents dealing with complex mental health challenges and navigating difficult child-rearing adjustments at home.
Every client is unique and is facing their own distinctive challenges. Therefore each treatment plan should be personalized and individualized. An ideal client is one who comes to counseling with an open mind and is ready to try new approaches and coping skills. Each person will benefit differently from a wide variety of approaches. Together we can and will find the right strategies that work best for you. There is not a "normal" or "standard" cookie-cutter path. It is a journey! I have experience working with issues as grief, anxiety, anger, mood, neurological, trauma, relationship issues, substance use disorders, and more.
I am dually independently licensed and passionate about providing the utmost quality of services to people struggling with mental health, substance use disorders and dual diagnoses. I have over 10 years of practice, including a wide array of experience, working with clients of all age groups individually, with couples and in groups.
The therapeutic environment is a safe place for clients and their families to experience their vulnerabilities while sharing their stories. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, existential, EMDR, and Person-Centered treatment interventions and I have found that when using these interventions, people begin to realize the strength to overcome challenges.
As a licensed mental health counselor and lead analyst with extensive experience since 2017, I specialize in behavioral therapy, employing evidence-based techniques to address a wide range of mental health concerns. Throughout my career, I have honed my skills in various settings, including private practice, outpatient clinics, and inpatient hospitals, gaining invaluable insights into the complexities of human behavior and the nuances of therapeutic interventions.
My dedication to providing comprehensive support is underscored by my commitment to tailoring interventions to meet the unique needs of each client. Through empathetic listening and collaborative exploration, I strive to create a therapeutic alliance built on trust and mutual respect. By incorporating elements of cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and other modalities, I work alongside clients to develop personalized treatment plans aimed at fostering resilience and facilitating meaningful change.
Whether guiding individuals through the process of self-discovery, assisting couples in navigating relationship challenges, or supporting families in enhancing communication and cohesion, I am deeply invested in helping clients navigate life's complexities and achieve their therapeutic goals. My approach is characterized by compassion, authenticity, and a steadfast commitment to empowering clients to lead fulfilling and meaningful lives.
Whether this is your first time exploring the options for therapy or you are seeking to return to the "therapy couch" to work on something different, know I'm proud of you for taking that step!
I recognize that therapy can be a struggle all within itself due to our beliefs, preconceived notions, and busy daily lives. My goal is to meet you where you are and walk beside you with compassion and empathy to achieve your goals.
As a therapist, I have worked in a range of areas, including outpatient substance abuse treatment, with individuals involved in intimate partner violence (survivors and perpetrators), in addition to education-based interventions for anger management & substance use.
Additionally if you decide you would like to meet with me, feel free to reach out if a time slot you would need is not available. I am more than willing to accommodate with advance notice for specific days/times you may need.

Hi! I'm Ashley and I'm a licensed therapist providing virtual therapy in Florida. A little about me... I'm a first-generation Latina and Miami native. As the daughter of immigrant parents, I understand the unique pressures that can come with balancing family expectations, cultural values, achievement, independence, and figuring out who you are outside of what others expect from you. When I'm not in the therapy office, I'm usually training in MMA or spending time with the people I care about most. These parts of my life keep me grounded and balanced. I specialize in helping young adults and adults who struggle with anxiety, overthinking, relationship difficulties, people-pleasing, low self-worth, and the impact of past experiences. My clients often leave therapy with a stronger sense of self, healthier boundaries, greater confidence in their decisions, and the ability to navigate life with less fear and more trust in themselves. I try to create a space that feels genuine, supportive, and real. My promise to you: I’ll show up as your therapist and will be in your corner. Email me to schedule your first session (:

My approach is structured, practical, and collaborative, combining evidence-based therapies with clear goals to help clients develop effective coping skills, process difficult life experiences, and create meaningful, lasting change.
Before becoming a therapist, I spent more than two decades in competitive corporate environments where long hours, high expectations, and constant pressure were the norm. After earning an MBA from George Washington University and postgraduate work at Emory University, I witnessed firsthand how chronic stress, burnout, relationship difficulties, and unresolved trauma can affect every aspect of a person's life. That experience allows me to connect naturally with professionals, executives, entrepreneurs, and others navigating demanding careers while also supporting adults from all walks of life.
Over the past seven years, I have provided psychotherapy in psychiatric hospitals, residential treatment programs, specialized treatment settings, and private practice. Much of my clinical experience has focused on trauma recovery within a court-supervised treatment program, helping individuals process unresolved trauma, build solid recovery programs, develop healthier coping strategies, improve emotional regulation, and design personal development plans that focuses on growth and execution.
Whether you are feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, carrying the effects of trauma, navigating a difficult relationship, or searching for a renewed sense of purpose, my goal is to provide a supportive, structured environment where we can identify the patterns keeping you stuck and build practical strategies that move you toward the life you want to create.
I work to create an environment where clients feel safe enough to discuss the experiences they've carried for years while also providing a structured, goal-oriented process that translates insight into meaningful change.
Hi! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Florida with a Master's degree from the University of North Florida and four years of practice experience. I am dedicated to challenging the stigma surrounding mental health. I support men and women as they navigate the challenges of adulthood and embark on their journey to wholeness by improving their mental, emotional, and physical well-being.
I think one of the most important parts of therapy is finding the right "fit". That relationship is key in helping grow, trust and meet any goals that you might have going into the therapeutic process. Let me give you a glimpse of who I am!
I'm Amy, a LMHC, who has been in the counseling world for over 15 years and love what I get to do. I started my career in the community health sector which I learned so much and worked with diverse groups of people with an array of various needs. I have worked in school settings as well as in homes. I have been deep within the community in many of my roles along the way.
I have developed many techniques along the way as not one intervention will work for everyone. Some of the modalities I use are EMDR, CBT, Motivational interviewing, solution-focused techniques as well as a combination of these.
I meet people where they are, maybe having to learn how they are even feeling let alone how to cope with that feeling. Maybe we have a tool, but if no one ever took the time to teach us, then what good is that tool?

Overwhelmed? Trouble saying "no" to people? Do you sometimes feel like you're making decisions based on other people's opinions/wants/needs/expectations over your own? Are your feelings and needs getting neglected? Or maybe talking about feelings is just really difficult for you, as it is for most people. It's common to avoid communication all together because it just feels like conflict.
I am an openly a queer person, running a private practice since 2021, but practicing therapy full-time since 2018. I focus on trauma work, anxiety, shame, identity exploration, and boundaries/setting limits!
When I say trauma work, sometimes people always assume the most extreme - but with all clients I find it beneficial to reflect on impactful or very painful past experiences and how it shapes our relationships and present-day life. I can offer you a better understanding and education of your body's nervous system, because the mind and body are connected, and trauma is held within our bodies. My goal is to work with you on improving self-awareness, understanding your automatic reactions, and having direct coping tools based on your specific experiences and mental health symptoms, so you can enjoy the present and feel more free and in control. I’ll help you identify your unmet needs and your emotions, and practice better communication and conflict-resolution often, too.
However as educational, direct, and action-oriented I try to be, I also work from a place of compassion. Therapy is very vulnerable! I am ultimately giving you the space and time to get any current worries off your mind, and I try to always work from a place of patience, empathy, and flexibility, too. I've been in the client's chair many times, and I know exactly how important it is to feel free to talk without being judged.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I have over 20 years of experience helping adolescents, adults, couples, and older adults facing life challenges. I employ a wide range of therapeutic techniques, that include but are not limited to Cognitive Behavioral, Client centered and Solution focused therapies. Appreciation of the brain body connection helps to bring about change in a substantive way. To begin this change process, I encourage the use of mindfulness for the purpose of calming brain and body.
Hi, I'm Shae, a Black non-binary Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with over six years of experience supporting individuals and families in their healing journeys. My work is rooted in affirming care, with a focus on serving LGBTQ+ folks, BIPOC communities, neurodivergent individuals, and mothers and babies. I bring a trauma-informed, culturally responsive lens to therapy, blending modalities like CBT, mindfulness, and person-centered approaches to meet each client where they are. Let’s take the next step therapy doesn’t have to feel heavy.
Hi Everyone,
I am a Licensed Counselor in Central Florida for the last 3 years. I have worked and volunteered in a variety of settings over the years including a crisis hotline, private practice, and mentor to homeless teenage girls. I also worked with at-risk male youth and young fathers in East Harlem. I volunteered with incarcerated men in New York and on a Native American Reservation in Arizona. I am specialized in substance abuse treatment settings helping clients to explore triggers for their behaviors as well as coping skills for maintaining sobriety. I now work with adults and my areas of focus are anxiety, addictions and trauma. However I work with a wide range of conditions and populations.
