If you’re feeling overwhelmed, constantly overthinking, or emotionally drained—you’re not alone. I help individuals who are struggling with anxiety, burnout, self-doubt, and relationship stress learn how to feel more in control and confident in their daily lives.
Many of my clients are high-functioning but feel stuck in patterns of overthinking, people-pleasing, or emotional exhaustion. They’re used to carrying everything on their own and don’t always have the tools to slow their thoughts or regulate their emotions.
In our work together, we focus on what’s actually keeping you stuck—and more importantly, how to change it. You’ll learn practical skills to manage anxiety, quiet overthinking, set healthy boundaries, and respond differently in situations that usually overwhelm you.
My approach is structured, supportive, and goal-oriented. I use evidence-based methods like CBT, DBT, ACT, and solution-focused therapy to help you create real, lasting change—not just temporary relief. If desired, I also offer a Christian, faith-based perspective.
If you’re ready for therapy that is both supportive and practical, I’m here to help you build clarity, confidence, and a stronger sense of control.

I have been in the mental health field since 2007. I was informed when I first started in this field that the average time for people to stay in the field is two years. I am still in the field because helping others is more than a career choice for me, it is my passion in life. Helping others is a personal goal of mine. I look forward to the opportunity. I enjoy seeing people make positive changes in their lives. I have worked with families, couples, children, adolescents and teens, from various cultures and backgrounds. Each case and each client is unique in their way and each client is important.
My particular areas of expertise are depression, anxiety, substance abuse, marriage counseling and family counseling. I refer to myself as a "simple-minded therapist" which means we will explore simple ways to address the presenting concerns because many times the solutions are so simple they can be easily overlooked. I am a firm believer that holding a conversation is more productive than expounding on theoretical approaches.
Do you feel stuck and don’t know what else to do? Are you seeking change to help reclaim your joy, health, and well-being? I will help you to genuinely access what exists inside you to help you become clear and confident in yourself and therefore make effective choices aligned with your true self. Hi, I’m Kim, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Addiction Counselor (CAC) with over 15 years of experience supporting adults through trauma, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, substance use concerns, and difficult life transitions. I am trained in EMDR and have a particular interest in helping clients process painful experiences and move toward healing at a pace that feels safe and manageable.
My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, compassionate, and individualized. I believe meaningful therapy begins with feeling safe, heard, respected, and free from judgment. Together, we can explore how past experiences, relationships, thoughts, emotions, and patterns of substance use or other coping behaviors may be affecting your life while developing healthier ways of coping and responding.
I integrate EMDR with evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), person-centered therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Therapy. My work emphasizes emotional regulation, self-awareness, healthy boundaries, communication, self-compassion, and practical coping skills. When addressing substance use, I provide a nonjudgmental space to explore triggers, motivation for change, underlying emotional needs, and healthier strategies for managing stress and difficult emotions.
I recognize that trauma, grief, mental health concerns, and substance use can be interconnected. Painful experiences may influence how we see ourselves, relate to others, and cope with distress. I approach this work with careful attention to emotional safety, preparation, stabilization, and readiness.
Therapy does not need to be rushed. I value building a genuine therapeutic relationship where you can feel comfortable exploring difficult experiences, recognizing your strengths, and making meaningful changes that feel realistic and sustainable. My goal is to meet you where you are, help you better understand what you are carrying, and support you in building greater confidence, resilience, healthier coping strategies, and trust in yourself as you move forward.

Greetings,

I help people between the ages 18 and 90 year old struggling with daily life stressors and difficulties to better manage mental health issues. I work with them in a process of guidance and accompaniment to become their best version of themselves.
I am a licensed clinical social worker currently based in Florida, with an MSW degree from New York University. I have 30 years of experience providing mental health services in community mental health clinics, psychiatric hospitals, and criminal justice facilities. Hello, my name is Patricia. Life inevitably presents us with various challenges, both significant and minor. My objective is to support clients in effectively addressing the burdens that may arise from these difficulties. I take a holistic approach to therapy, recognizing that life’s complexities can impact multiple aspects of an individual’s well-being. I am committed to integrating physical, mental, and emotional considerations into my therapeutic practice.
Services are offered within a confidential, secure, compassionate, and supportive environment. I am attentive to the unique ethnic, religious, economic, and social backgrounds of each client. Together, we can work towards overcoming the obstacles you are facing.
Sustainable change isn't a matter of willpower; it’s a matter of design.
Most people who feel "stuck" aren't lacking motivation—they are simply operating within a system that wasn't built to support their unique brain or their highest goals. As an LMHC and BCBA with over 20 years of clinical experience, I specialize in the science of behavior to help you move past trying harder and start building smarter. I define my approach as Behavioral Architecture. Together, we identify the environmental friction—procrastination, anxiety, or digital distraction—and replace self-blame with structural solutions. Through the Masterpiece Framework, we audit your daily systems to ensure they align with your core values and the identity you are intentionally cultivating. We aren't just changing habits; we are clearing the path so you can live with the clarity and intention of a Masterpiece in progress.
As a bilingual clinician, I offer a practical perspective that honors the challenge of navigating diverse cultures. I help you bridge the gap between your heritage and your future, ensuring the systems we design together are both culturally resonant and personally meaningful.

What typically surprises people is that I am the 11th of 13 children - all from the same parents. Growing up with so many siblings has given me a great opportunity to learn about family dynamics and effective discipline. My parents did a great job of maintaining a safe and well-behaved home, and I use their example as a template while also incorporating my own experience as a parent for working with families today.
As for my approach to therapy, I use several different theories depending on the need of the client; however, my primary mode is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). It just fits my personality. If you are looking for a therapist who focuses solely on your emotions and how you're feeling on any given day, then I will not be a good fit for you. On the other hand, if you're looking for a therapist who not only does all that but who will also listen to everything you say (as well as the meaning behind what you say) and then challenge your thinking habits to help you find more effective and productive thinking patterns, then I'm on board for that. I learned a long time ago that many clients do not want things "Sugar Coated", but rather prefer their therapist to be respectfully bold and blunt. If this is who you are looking for in a therapist, then let's get to work.

Hi, I'm David Hobbs. I’ve been practicing as a licensed psychologist for more than 25 years, primarily utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy as an effective tool to treat anxiety and depression. As these can be emotionally debilitating conditions, addressing these issues can improve one’s sense of well-being, and thus their lives in general, dramatically. For the past 5 years, I have incorporated spirituality into my treatment regimen, thus addressing that aspect of one's personality in relation to improving their overall sense of emotional well-being. I have recently authored a book, "God is Love, Revelations From Spiritually Transformative Experiences," to help enlighten others who have questions about God and spirituality, and incorporate these lessons into their everyday lives.

I enjoy working with clients from all stages and walks of life, including those going through life transitions, relationship difficulties, difficulty adjusting to parenthood and those having emotional difficulties related to being adult content creators.
Every client is unique and is facing their own distinctive challenges. Therefore each treatment plan should be personalized and individualized. An ideal client is one who comes to counseling with an open mind and is ready to try new approaches and coping skills. Each person will benefit differently from a wide variety of approaches. Together we can and will find the right strategies that work best for you. There is not a "normal" or "standard" cookie-cutter path. It is a journey! I have experience working with issues as grief, anxiety, anger, mood, neurological, trauma, relationship issues, substance use disorders, and more.
I am dually independently licensed and passionate about providing the utmost quality of services to people struggling with mental health, substance use disorders and dual diagnoses. I have over 10 years of practice, including a wide array of experience, working with clients of all age groups individually, with couples and in groups.

Hello there, I am a Florida Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with 9+ years of experience who is dedicated to providing a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where individuals can feel heard, understood, and supported. I specialize in helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, emotional regulation, trauma and everyday stressors.
My therapeutic approach is collaborative, person-centered, and tailored to each individual’s unique needs. I incorporate evidence-based approaches, including ACT, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused techniques, to help clients develop healthier coping strategies, gain self-awareness, and create meaningful, lasting change.
I believe therapy is not about having all the answers but about creating a space where individuals can explore their experiences, recognize their strengths, and work toward becoming the best version of themselves.

Welcome! I am Carolyne Cole, a marriage and family counselor. I specialize in marriage and family therapy. I also work with young adults and seniors who are bravely taking steps toward bringing positive change into their lives. My approach to therapy is pretty eclectic. I use principles of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Narrative Therapy. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy will help you shut down unhelpful distortions about yourself and provide personal coping strategies that will support problem-solving in your life. Narrative Therapy will help you identify your values and skills so that you can use them to confront current and future challenges. I also offer spiritual counseling if you are seeking to explore or solidify your spiritual beliefs. I am also a Certified Grief Therapist. I began my calling in mental health following my retirement from a 35 year career in education. I am a published author and I hold a master’s degree in American Studies, and I have earned the distinguished National Board Certification in English Education. I have taught in public and private schools, community colleges, and universities in both Florida and Eastern Europe. All these experiences have widened my understanding and make it easier to relate to a variety of people and cultures. It also makes it easy for me to connect with you.
I am a native Floridian, married for 44 years to a former University of South Florida professor, so I understand what it means to live life and overcome challenges in the Sunshine State.
