I can also facilitate coaching sessions, using goal setting, visualization and sensory techniques to help you achieve a new you, whether personally or professionally.

Guilt is associated with having done something wrong and the guilt is the glue that holds these relationships together. My name is Nikki Caravella and I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the State of Florida. Since that time, I have had the privilege of working with a diverse group of clients. Each of them came into service bringing a unique history and presenting with equally distinct needs and expectations of counseling. As a therapist, I treat a wide range of mental health issues and life adjustment challenges. I am experienced in helping clients relieve anxiety using various techniques, including neuro-linguistic programming. For those who have suffered past traumatic events, we can use cognitive/behavioral tools to help reconcile the emotions connected to the events.
