Hello, I’m Dr. Clover,
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Doctor of Social Work dedicated to helping individuals build strength, heal, and grow. With over a decade of experience, I provide a supportive and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, and challenges openly.
My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, combined with a person-centered focus that respects your unique experiences and goals. I tailor therapy to each client, helping you develop healthier coping strategies, overcome obstacles, and create meaningful change in your life.
I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship difficulties, and substance use. I believe therapy should be collaborative, empowering you to not only manage symptoms but also understand the deeper patterns that may be holding you back. Together, we work toward resilience, self-compassion, and lasting personal growth.
My goal is to meet you exactly where you are, offering practical tools, emotional support, and a space where real healing can happen.

Hi! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with over a decade of experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and older adults. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, relationship challenges, and stress-related concerns, with particular experience supporting individuals in high-stress roles, including first responders.
Feeling overwhelmed, burned out, or emotionally exhausted can make even daily life feel heavy. You may be struggling with anxiety that never fully shuts off, low mood that’s hard to explain, unresolved trauma, or difficulties with focus, motivation, or relationships. If this sounds familiar, you’re not alone and you don’t have to navigate it on your own.
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then further explore challenges you're facing. My approach is collaborative, supportive, and person-centered. Together, we’ll work to understand what’s driving your symptoms, develop practical tools to manage emotional distress, and address deeper patterns that may be keeping you stuck.
I have experience working with high-profile athletes and clients. Additionally, I have worked with veterans, first responders, couples, and adolescents from diverse populations. My specialties include life changes, relationship issues, LGBTQ, self-esteem, and substance abuse. I also have extensive experience working with individuals and their families struggling with addiction, as addiction is a family disease. I am also an independent clinician practicing as part of the Major League Baseball Players Association (MLBPA) Mental Health Directory.
I served for 10 years in the United States Marine Corps and specialize in working with active and reserve members, veterans, and their families of the armed forces. If you are a veteran or active duty member having trouble reintegrating with your family, or struggling with substance abuse look no further! Help is here!
I work extremely hard to provide a safe, supportive, and judgment-free environment where my clients can feel comfortable expressing themselves. My approach is direct and honest, and I hold my clients accountable while providing feedback that fosters personal growth. My goal is to help you navigate life’s challenges with confidence and clarity
Hi, I’m Dr. Catherine T. Revak, DSW, LCSW—but please, call me Cate. My path to becoming a therapist wasn’t a traditional one, and each chapter of my life has shaped how I show up for clients today. I served in the United States Air Force and spent many years in the financial services industry, experiences that taught me how to navigate complexity, hold difficult conversations, and remain present during times of stress and uncertainty.
Later, I returned to school at the University of Pennsylvania, where I studied Gender, Sexuality, and Women’s
Studies, and completed both my master’s and doctoral degrees in social work. My clinical training focused
on veterans’ mental health, grief, loss, and bereavement. My time working at the VA and in hospice care
deeply influenced my approach to therapy, reinforcing the importance of compassion, attunement, and the
healing power of being truly witnessed.
In therapy, I strive to create a space where you feel safe, seen, and supported. I draw from psychodynamic,
narrative, and trauma-informed approaches, but at the heart of my work is the therapeutic relationship
itself. Whether you are navigating grief, transition, or uncertainty, I walk alongside you as you find meaning,
connection, and a way forward that honors your experience.
Let me guess: You've been thinking about therapy for a while now. Maybe months, maybe years, but something kept stopping you. Too busy, too expensive, "it's not that bad yet," or maybe just the fear of opening up to a stranger who might judge you or not really get it.
Here's what I want you to know: You're already doing the hardest part by being here, you don't need to wait until things get worse, you don't need permission to ask for help, and you definitely don't have to figure this out alone. That's literally what I'm here for.
As a board-certified bilingual therapist (MS, LMHC, LPC, NCC) licensed in Florida, Texas, and New Jersey, veteran, and founder of Time to Talk Therapy, I've spent over 10 years supporting more than 3,000 clients through trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions that once felt impossible. I've worked everywhere from crisis units and corrections facilities to refugee shelters and quiet therapy rooms, supporting people through chronic mental illness, personality disorders, abuse, trauma, ADHD, OCD, addictions, and some of the hardest moments of their lives. Here's what I know for sure: healing doesn't require perfection, it requires honesty and someone who actually gets it. You're not broken, you're dealing with hard things, and you deserve help that feels supportive, not cold, not judgmental, not like one more thing you're supposed to "fix" about yourself.
Every client should feel like they found exactly the right person. If your main concerns involve grief, substance use, divorce, or couples therapy, you will find someone here who is a better fit. For everything else life has thrown your way? I'm right here.
📣Life can get busy, so I offer weekend availability, early-morning/after-hour sessions (6:00AM–10:00PM EST), along with self-pay options ($110) to give you a little more flexibility.
Since becoming a counselor, I have worked in a variety of community counseling settings. I have worked with clients from ages 3 through 80 and with individuals, couples, and families. With that breadth of experience, very little shocks or surprises me and I have gotten a pretty good sense of where the types of counseling that play to my strengths as a counselor overlap with the types of counseling that are helpful for my clients. This sense (along with learning about lots and lots of research into what helps people find and maintain mental health) has led to the following guiding principles that shape all the counseling I do:
1) The client is always in charge. I know a lot of things but you will always be the one who decides what you want to get out of counseling, how we work towards that goal, whether or not what we’re doing seems to be working, and when we’re done.
2) Change and health happen through relationships. No matter what you come in for, there are always relational implications of change and relational factors that contribute to whatever it is that you came to counseling to change.
3) Counseling should be efficient. Counseling has significant costs in time and money. I think the benefits far outweigh the costs but if I can give you the benefits while helping you save on the costs then I want to do that.

I work hard to help my clients create positive and healthy change in their lives and sustain that healthiness. Sometimes people experience emotional problems (e.g., anxiety, depression), behavioral problems (e.g., overeating, smoking), or relationship problems (e.g., excessive arguing, poor communication) that interfere with their daily functioning. These difficulties result from the interaction of biological, learning, behavioral, and environmental factors, which influence patterns of thinking and behaving. Negative life events can contribute to the development of self-defeating patterns of thinking and behaving, which some people can have difficulty changing. In my work, which I have been practicing for 42 years, I help people identify these self-defeating patterns and develop strategies for dealing with them. I emphasize the importance of practicing these strategies consistently, with the goal of handling emotions more effectively and behaving in more responsible and healthy ways. I focus on life pattern changes with respect to relationships, depression, anxiety, anger control, impulse control, and stress management.

I believe therapy should feel like a supportive partnership where you not only feel understood but also empowered to create lasting change.
The work I do with clients is centered on providing first and foremost, a safe space to be seen and heard. I then provide life tools, education, and promote enhancing qualities that bring meaning and value into my clients’ lives. I have worked with a wide-range of individuals ranging from crisis intervention and stabilization to professional development.
