I have 6 years of experience as a Clinical Social Worker where I have been able to utilize my bilingual skills specifically with adolescents and their families. Along with acquiring skills in expressive therapies, therapy outdoors, as well as superhero therapy to utilize fandom and creativity to help clients reach their Better Tomorrow. Currently I am an MSTI Florida Certified Sex Therapist.

There is one thing I am gifted at and that’s touching the lives of others through therapy. A wise man once said, “Mental strength is not the ability to stay out of the darkness; it’s the ability to sit present in the darkness knowing that the light will shine again”. I am an influencer of change and a strong believer that your perspective will take you as far as you can see.
My name is Keisha Williams. I am human, and I understand that challenges occur in our lives when we least expect it. I am a firm believer that everyone goes though "ups" and "downs"/"negatives" and "positives" at different times in their lives. It is natural to experience these feelings; however, please know that you don't have to stay "down". You can and will bounce back and be better than you were before.
Making the decision and moving forward with seeking therapy is a huge step and usually, it's the biggest challenge in therapy. From the moment you walk through my door, you've already got someone in your corner. I take pride in offering a supportive, calm, accepting, and safe environment for my clients. We will work together to identify thought patterns and behaviors, process your emotions, and explore your values and beliefs. We'll build healthy coping skills together. It may not be easy, but it will certainly be worth it.
My education and experience has given me the ability to provide counseling in multiple areas such as depression, anxiety, trauma and PTSD, family issues, teen/adolescent issues, child issues, ASD, ADHD, among others.
Taking the first step toward feeling better can be difficult, especially when you have been carrying emotional struggles on your own. You may feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of how to move forward. Therapy can provide a safe place to slow down, better understand what you are experiencing, and begin making changes that feel meaningful to you.

I provide a warm, compassionate, and nonjudgmental environment where you can speak openly and feel heard, respected, and understood. My approach is person-centered, trauma-informed, strengths-based, and solution-focused. Because everyone’s experiences and needs are different, I draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches and tailor our work to your individual concerns, strengths, and goals.
Together, we can explore the thoughts, feelings, experiences, and patterns that may be keeping you from living the life you want. We will work to identify your existing strengths, develop healthy coping skills, improve communication, strengthen relationships, and create practical strategies that can make everyday life feel more manageable.
I believe therapy is a collaborative process and that you are the expert on your own life. My role is to support and guide you as you build confidence, resilience, and a greater sense of balance. Whether you are seeking healing from the past, support with a current challenge, or hope for the future, you do not have to face it alone. Together, we can work toward meaningful and lasting change.
As a woman of color and Army combat veteran, I understand how difficult it can be to ask for help. I know from personal experience that seeking support can feel vulnerable, and at the same time, it can be one of the most supportive and life-giving steps a person can take.
As a clinician, I prioritize my own wellness and healing because I believe it helps me remain present, grounded, and effective in holding space for my clients. It is an honor to be invited into someone’s healing and growth journey, and I do not take that responsibility lightly.
Outside of my clinical work, I enjoy watching football (go Chiefs), attending festivals, and engaging in arts, crafts, and DIY projects. I also enjoy trying new food spots and taking time to rest and recharge. I view my work as a calling rather than just a job, and I am deeply grateful to do what I love.
As a therapist, I am dedicated to helping individuals navigate their emotional challenges and achieve personal growth. I work with a diverse range of clients, including those facing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions. My goal is to provide a safe and supportive environment where clients feel heard and understood. I presently most consistently work with clients who have OCD and/or anxiety-related disorders, a history of developmental (complex) trauma, and/or high-achieving professionals, especially healthcare and other service workers. Meeting you where you are at, my aim is to provide a safe and confidential environment in which we can collaboratively explore factors that may be impeding your ability to live an engaged and meaningful life on your terms, as well as ways to overcome them. My responsibility as a clinician is to help you feel seen, heard, and understood after every session and more deeply connected to your mind, body, and heart.
Recognizing that healing does not occur in a vacuum, I approach my clinical work through an inclusive liberation-focused lens that acknowledges systems of oppression, validates their impact on you, and champions your identities with respect to gender, sexuality, race, ethnicity, religion and spirituality, neurodivergence, body expression and body size, and dis/ability. Navigating the intersection of our respective individual identities through open dialogue, with careful consideration of privileged and historically marginalized identities, is of the highest importance to me.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I have over 20 years of experience helping adolescents, adults, couples, and older adults facing life challenges. I employ a wide range of therapeutic techniques, that include but are not limited to Cognitive Behavioral, Client centered and Solution focused therapies. Appreciation of the brain body connection helps to bring about change in a substantive way. To begin this change process, I encourage the use of mindfulness for the purpose of calming brain and body. There is no person who is deserving of living in pain, therapy and support can make a difference in how a life is lived.
"Support for the woman who constantly cares for others. If you feel overwhelmed and stretched thin, I’m here to help you regain your balance and well-being."
My calling to this work comes from my own experience of holding everything in, carrying the weight of caring for others, and hiding my own exhaustion. For a long time, I understood what it meant to keep going even when I needed a break, to put others' needs before my own, and to believe I had to handle everything on my own.
Through my own growth and continued practice, I have learned the importance of self-care, self-compassion, and giving myself permission to slow down. I've learned that asking for help is not a sign of weakness, and that taking a break does not mean I'm falling behind. These experiences have deepened my passion for helping other women who find themselves caught in the same cycle of giving, doing, and carrying-while quietly putting their own needs last. I believe you can care deeply for the people you love without losing yourself in the process.
