She deeply understands that we must care for ourselves at the soul level. To facilitate this personal soul-care and growth movement, Michele created the motto “ME In Detail.” When you embrace this philosophy, you are declaring to yourself and the universe that you are ready to own your life completely, because you are worth it.

My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, heard, and supported from the very beginning. My individualized and pro-active approach helps create a supportive environment where clients can feel comfortable addressing life’s challenges through a strength based, solution focused and change oriented approach. It also helps people of all ages and ethnic backgrounds develop self-awareness, self-confidence and see life from a different perspective in order for them to believe in themselves and cope effectively with emotional, behavioral and stress-related problems. My therapeutic approach involves understanding how the patient’s past impacts their current level of functioning and then through this self-awareness, help them make healthier decisions today in order to reach their full potential and live mentally, physically and spiritually healthier lives.
I specialize in working with adults and young adults navigating anxiety, ADHD, trauma, addiction and recovery, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. Whether you've recently moved across the country, started a new career, stepped into a leadership role, gotten sober, or are trying to figure out what's next, therapy can provide a space to slow down, gain clarity, and move forward with confidence.
I also enjoy working with individuals navigating both traditional and non-traditional relationships, including ethical non-monogamy. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 5 years of experience in the Mental Health Counseling and Rehabilitation fields. My experience is varied as I have worked with veterans, women, children, victims of abuse, couples, families, and teenagers. I use a client-centered approach that focuses on increasing the clients' insight and giving them the tools so that they can navigate life's problems on their own.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Florida with over 10 years of experience as a therapist and a proud U.S. Army veteran who served in Afghanistan, where I achieved the rank of Sergeant (E5). My military background gives me firsthand insight into discipline, resilience, stress, transitions, and many of the unique challenges faced by boys, men, service members, veterans, fathers, and families.
I primarily work with boys, teenage males, and adult men who are experiencing behavioral challenges, anger, emotional regulation difficulties, trauma, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, grief, relationship concerns, and major life transitions. As both a clinician and a father, I understand the importance of helping boys and men build confidence, increase emotional awareness, strengthen communication, and develop healthier ways of coping with life's challenges.
My approach is calm, supportive, practical, and straightforward. I work to create a safe and nonjudgmental space where you can speak openly about what you are experiencing without feeling criticized or pressured. Together, we focus on understanding the patterns that may be holding you back and developing practical tools you can use in everyday life.
I am especially passionate about helping boys, young men, fathers, service members, and veterans strengthen emotional resilience, improve relationships, manage difficult emotions, and become more confident in how they handle challenges at home, school, work, and in their personal lives.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I use dogs in my office while doing therapy. Please schedule telehealth or advise in advance if you are not comfortable in an office with animals. They do provide therapeutic support to clients and have been part of my practice for some time. I hold licenses in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Connecticut, Florida and specialty certification as a Certified Advanced Drug & Alcohol Counselor and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. I am a firm believer in everything that happens creates the person. I am a whole life counselor and work with people to explore what it would take to move past the difficult times in life.
I take the time to get to know my clients and have many clients who have been with me for years. That doesn't mean someone will see me every week for the rest of their life. It means client know I am available when they have need. I do have clients who have seen me weekly for years not because they are dependent on me but because they have found benefit in processing their life regularly.
I have had a successful personal practice for years and can offer clients the space and reverence to unpack the most unpleasant things to reorder them in a way they no longer can cause harm as they once did. There is no perfect childhood and it is likely families do the best they can and it may not have filled the needs of their child.
I am happy to take as much time as needed to work through the problem as you understand it.

Hi, I’m Abby, and I love supporting individuals who seem to have it all together on the outside, yet internally are navigating anxiety, overwhelm, stress, or a sense of disconnection. I believe therapy is about more than learning coping skills—it’s about understanding yourself on a deeper level and creating meaningful, lasting change. Together, we’ll explore the underlying patterns shaping your experiences and work toward greater emotional clarity, resilience, and self-understanding.
I have specialized training in Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, and other evidence-based approaches. I view symptoms like anxiety not as something “wrong” with you, but as meaningful signals that deserve curiosity and compassion. My name is John A. Llauget. I hold a Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology from Stephen F. Austin State University and an Educational Specialist Degree in Counseling from University of South Florida. My career in mental health in 1977 working in a psychiatric hospital; and later as a outpatient therapist in a community mental health center working with children, adolescents, families, and adults. I was licensed in Florida in 1986 as a Mental Health Counselor and have maintained my license since that date. Also I have worked as an employee assistance counselor, school counselor, associate professor at an international university, and court evaluator for guardianship cases. For 20 years I worked as a cancer counselor with oncology clients helping them cope with illness, stress, and emotional distress.
Additionally I have maintained a practice and interest in Traditional Okinawan Uechi-Ryu, earning a Masters rank in that system of training. I have used martial training with children & adolescents to develop self-control and self esteem. Later when I began working with an elderly population and clients dealing with physical limitations, I taught Qigong and Mindfulness Meditation as a way to improve their health, well-being, and cope with stress. My therapeutic style centers around getting to know a client, develop trust, and talking more explicitly about issues before making any recommendations. I am a strong advocate of evidence-based treatments and teaching ‘tools’ to cope with stress and emotional difficulties. I have gained training in trauma treatment because we now know that it is prevalent in our life experiences. I value compassion, persistence, and patience in working towards change. I look forward to working with you. I also value your time and want to use it productively in assisting you to reach your therapeutic goals.
I am Teri, a licensed professional counselor (LPC) and licensed substance abuse treatment practitioner (LSATP) with extensive experience in behavioral health, having worked in the field since 2018. My dedication lies in supporting individuals who are navigating mental health challenges and substance use disorders. I believe in the power of education, helping my clients understand how their behaviors and past experiences shape their present circumstances and future potential. I am now accepting clients in the State of Florida and Tennessee.
My approach to therapy is rooted in empowerment. I work collaboratively with my clients to uncover the how, when, what, and why of their struggles, so they can better understand the underlying causes of their issues. By addressing these root causes, I believe individuals can begin to break the cycle of unhealthy behaviors and make meaningful changes in their lives.
If you are struggling with emotional or behavioral challenges, I am here to help you gain clarity, learn new coping strategies, and create a path toward lasting change. Together, we can work toward understanding and healing so you can live a more fulfilling life.

Sometimes in life we are faced with unique challenges, problematic relationships, burnout and instability. Perhaps you have tried to overcome these struggles before, without success. Whether it's in your relationship with others or in your relationship with yourself, I can help. I assist individuals in building the courage to face their fears and cope with overwhelming stress while providing a safe and welcoming environment.
