I incorporate mindfulness techniques and play therapy to create an engaging and effective therapeutic environment. With a deep commitment to fostering resilience and personal growth, I strive to make a meaningful impact on the lives of those I work with, equipping them with the tools they need to thrive.

Healing is a Journey—Let’s Walk it Together
I believe everyone deserves a life defined by more than just their struggles. As an LCSW with 14 years of experience, I’ve dedicated my career to helping adults move through the fog of anxiety and depression toward a place of clarity and purpose.
My approach is deeply rooted in the outpatient model, as it allows us the time and space to observe your progress in the "real world." Whether you are facing a long-standing challenge or a new season of difficulty, I am here to offer a steady hand and clinical expertise to help you build a future you’re excited to live in.
Hi. I am an experienced Masters Level social worker who returned to train for my LCSW in my late 40's early 50's. Prior to that, I was a 35 year veteran of hospital based, social work and crisis intervention. This combined experience, forged a professional style based upon helping people cope with unspeakable suffering, loss and drastic life changes. This has helped shape how I approach psychotherapy in that I have seen time and time again that no pain is too great to be lessened and that there is always a solution, even small, that can help transform a life into something better. I believe that therapy works best when there is a working combination of insight and action and much of my work will involve helping you identify a next right step in addressing the challenges you face.
I’ve had the privilege of working with clients facing a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, healing from trauma, coping with grief, financial struggles, relationship challenges, career/work hurdles, adjustment to life changes, family or interpersonal conflicts, parenting struggles, and coping with general life’s stressors. I assist clients with achieving the profound benefits of working toward one’s authentic self, strengthening one’s internal dialogue and building a resilient wellness kit to navigate life’s ups and downs. A strong and healthy sense of self is the foundation for effective emotional well-being, personal growth, and maintaining healthy connections with others.

Licensed Psychotherapist | Culturally Sensitive | Trauma-Informed
Welcome, I’m Nubia.
Healing doesn’t happen overnight — but with the right support, it absolutely happens. Whether you're working through trauma, betrayal, anxiety, divorce, or simply feeling emotionally stuck, I’m here to help you move forward with clarity, strength, and care.
I work with adults navigating life transitions, stress, or emotional wounds that have been hard to process alone. Many of my clients come to me feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, or unsure of how to break free from patterns that no longer serve them. Together, we explore the deeper “why” behind those patterns — and create space for healing, resilience, and growth.
My approach is grounded in evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT). These methods help us understand how your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are connected — and how to gently shift the beliefs that keep you feeling stuck. But beyond technique, I lead with authenticity, compassion, and cultural awareness.
In our sessions, you’ll find a space that feels safe, honest, and judgment-free. Whether this is your first time in therapy or you’re returning to it, you are welcome exactly as you are.
Clients often tell me they feel more centered, more empowered, and more hopeful after working together. I offer flexible scheduling, including evenings and virtual sessions, because healing should fit into real life.
If you’re ready to begin your journey — whether you’re clear on your goals or still figuring them out — I’d be honored to support you.
Let’s take the first step, together.
Warmly,
Nubia Anacius , MS,NBCC,LPC

Hi, I am Georgia and I am of Caribbean heritage. I initally began my career in technical problem-solving in the fields of Environmental Science and Engineering, but my deeper calling was always in helping people navigate their own challenges. While working as an engineer, I served my church community as a lay counselor and intercessor, which sparked a growing passion for more meaningful, people-centered work. That calling led me to pursue a degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, and I haven’t looked back since. Today, I serve as both a private practice clinician and a workplace mental health consultant and trainer. This work allows me to blend my analytical skills with a deep commitment to emotional wellbeing—and I truly feel I’ve found my purpose.
I’m a therapist dedicated to helping individuals and couples navigate life’s challenges and build more meaningful connections. I work with adults facing anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, life transitions, and self-esteem concerns, as well as couples seeking to improve communication and strengthen their bond. My goal is to create a safe and supportive space where you can better understand yourself, develop new tools, and move toward the life and relationships you truly want. Together, we can work toward healing, growth, and lasting change.

I am a licensed mental health counselor with six years of experience who believes that healing begins with connection. My approach is grounded in authenticity and the cultivation of a genuine therapeutic relationship.
I enjoy supporting individuals who are navigating life transitions, experiencing emotional overwhelm, or seeking a deeper connection with themselves, others, or their purpose. Whether you’re feeling stuck, burnt out, or simply ready for change. I offer a calm, supportive space where you can slow down, reflect, and reconnect with your inner strengths.
My person-centered approach blends Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Solution-Focused techniques to support sustainable, meaningful growth. I see therapy not as a process of “fixing,” but as one of deep understanding, alignment, and empowerment.
My style is direct but compassionate. The impact I aim to leave is more than symptom relief; it’s about helping you build resilience, clarity, and confidence that lasts beyond our sessions. I hope that you leave each conversation feeling more grounded, more seen, and more capable of creating the life you want.

My name is Miguel Lopez, a Hispanic male (He/Him/His) and U.S. Army combat veteran who brings a unique perspective to my work as a therapist. Fluent in Spanish and passionate about guiding people through life’s challenges, I hold a Master’s in Social Work from Walden University, a Bachelor’s in Criminal Justice from Colorado Technical University, and an Associate’s in Criminal Justice from Pikes Peak State College. With over a decade of experience as a caseworker, substance abuse counselor, and therapist, I’ve had the privilege of working with diverse clients facing real-life struggles and in need of daily support.
Life can be tough, and we all face difficult moments—whether it’s a breakup, divorce, grief, the loss of a loved one or pet, or even a job loss. In these times, having an unbiased person to offer support can make a world of difference. I see trauma as an unexpected part of life that is often hard to process, but with the right help, it can be managed and overcome healthily. I’ve personally experienced more than my share of trauma, grief, loss, sadness, depression, and substance use, and I sought help to work through them.
My approach to therapy is centered on helping people in the best way possible, always with an open mind. I often use Maslow’s hierarchy of needs as a guide, because I believe mental health is hard to prioritize when physical needs aren’t met, or issues like homelessness or substance abuse are present. I enjoy working with clients from age 5 to older adults who face Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, PTSD, Mood Disorders, Personality Disorders, and other mental health or substance use challenges. It’s easy to fight battles alone and suffer in silence, but you don’t have to anymore—together, we can work toward healing and a better future.
I’m a trauma-informed therapist and founder of Roots Healing Alliance, where I support individuals and couples in deep, integrative healing that connects mind, body, and lived experience. My work is rooted in both clinical training and lived experience, I’ve been drawn to understanding people and emotional depth for as long as I can remember, and I bring that lifelong curiosity into the therapy space. I specialize in helping clients make sense of anxiety, trauma, and relationship patterns through a blend of psychodynamic, somatic, attachment-based, and interpersonal approaches. I also incorporate Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Critical Memory Integration (CMI), and brain-based strategies to support emotional processing and nervous system regulation. Clients often describe my style as direct, warm, and authentically human, with a sense of humor that helps make heavy work feel more approachable. I don’t show up with a “therapist mask,” but as a real person who can sit with struggle while also helping you move through it. I work especially well with therapists, healers, and high-insight clients who are ready for meaningful, lasting change.
Welcome to my page! I am glad you have taken this important step in your healing journey and are considering me to be a part of it. I understand that seeking support is not always an easy decision and may come with hesitation or uncertainty.

I am compassionate, patient, and dedicated to helping you build insight, develop effective coping strategies, and create meaningful change. Life can be hard, and I know that not only from my professional experience, but from my own personal journey. I’ve been working in the mental health field for over six years, but my perspective as a therapist has also been shaped by growing up in a multicultural family, with a Mexican mother and British father, experiencing poverty, becoming the first in my family to attend college, and having the opportunity to experience many different cultures and parts of the world. Those experiences have taught me that no matter how much or how little we have, we are all human. There are no perfect parents, perfect relationships, or perfect people—we’re all imperfect people trying to make sense of life, navigate challenges, and become better versions of ourselves.
My approach to therapy is solution-focused, compassionate, and centered on helping clients build lasting skills. Rather than simply helping someone get through the current crisis, I want to equip them with the tools they need to navigate future challenges with greater confidence and independence.
I focus on identifying and addressing the underlying issues that drive recurring patterns, whether that's unresolved childhood trauma, deeply held negative beliefs about oneself, or other core experiences. My goal is to help clients process those experiences, challenge unhelpful cognitions, and develop healthier, more adaptive beliefs about themselves.
While it's important to acknowledge and address what's happening in a client's life right now, I believe lasting change comes from understanding and working through the deeper patterns that contribute to those challenges. I strive to balance supporting clients through present-day concerns with helping them create meaningful, long-term change.
I have over 25 years experience working to resolve mental health concerns. I have a Master's degree in Counseling, and am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in FL. I have specialized training in resolving trauma, military/veteran issues, anxiety, depression, stress, and strategies for elevating your life experience. I enjoy working with adults 18+ from all walks of life. If you’re ready to gain tools that will help ,you stay grounded, present, and fully engaged in your life.

My wife and I have seven children (five from birth and two from adoption). We will look at life as a classroom and use every experience for growth and strengthening for one's self and others. We will learn to regulate our emotions, develop genuine love for others, and follow a path of freedom and purpose. Our hope is to gain a passion for life and hope for the future.

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and goal-oriented, helping you build resilience, strengthen relationships, and move forward with greater confidence, purpose, and emotional well-being.
If you're used to being the one who has it together for everyone else, but lately you've been running on empty, you don't have to keep carrying it alone! I work with adolescents, college students, young adults, and women navigating anxiety, burnout, perfectionism, people-pleasing, identity shifts, and life transitions. Many of my clients are dancers, athletes, performers, helping professionals, and high-achievers who look successful on the outside while quietly struggling on the inside.
Before becoming a therapist, I spent years in high-performance coaching, fitness, and behavior change. Today, I blend that background with evidence-based therapy to help clients understand themselves more deeply while building practical skills for lasting change.

Hey! I'm Jasmine.
Are you ready to embark on a journey of self-exploration, healing, and recovery to cultivate a fulfilling life for yourself? Well, if this describes you, then welcome! The foundation of therapy encompasses the following tenets : safety, collaboration, authenticity, vulnerability, and willingness. Together, we will take these tenets to explore what's keeping you stuck in your life and work on achieving a healthy balance of self.
I have collaborated with many individuals to meet their personal goals and address their concerns that are hindering them from living their most healthy and optimum lives. I am trained in ART (Accelerated Resolution Therapy) and am passionate about assisting individuals to reprocess their traumatic and distressing memories and experiences so they can recover and take control of their lives once again. I am passionate about supporting individuals to explore healthier ways to cope with depression, stress, anxiety, phobias, and PTSD. My therapeutic approach is warm, authentic, and individualized, and I believe in tailoring my approach to you. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Somatic techniques, Gestalt, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Mindfulness approaches to guide individuals to meet their treatment goals.
Many of us struggle with engaging in unhelpful and destructive ways of coping due to the unresolved wounds and pain from our childhoods and traumas, and I am a firm believer in exploring one's story to gain insight into the 'why' that shapes us to be the way we are so we can heal and be our most authentic selves and behave according to what we value most.
If you're ready to live your most authentic life, I would consider it a privilege and honor to be apart of your recovery journey.
I look forward to collaborating with you to be your favorite self.
