Healing begins when you feel truly heard. I specialize in helping adults heal from difficult relationships with emotionally immature, narcissistic, or critical parents, overcome anxiety, build healthy self-esteem, and create lasting emotional change. Many of my clients struggle with people-pleasing, boundaries, perfectionism, childhood wounds, or feeling “not good enough,” and together we work to break those patterns. My goal is to help you find confidence, develop healthier relationship, and create a more balanced life. I also work with couples and individuals experiencing relationship challenges, communication difficulties, conflict, trust issues, life transitions, and emotional disconnection. Clients often leave sessions feeling relieved, understood, and with greater clarity about the steps they can take moving forward. Together, we focus on strengthening your relationships, building confidence, and developing practical tools that create lasting change.
During our first session, we’ll discuss what brings you to therapy, your concerns, and what you hope to achieve. Together, we’ll explore your expectations, answer any questions you may have, and begin creating a plan tailored to your needs. I want you to leave the session feeling heard, understood, relieved, and with greater clarity about the next steps.
I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where every person feels heard and respected. When working with couples, I remain objective and do not take sides, helping each partner understand different perspectives while working toward shared expectations and healthier communication. My approach is compassionate, straightforward, and honest, offering both support and gentle accountability to help clients make meaningful, lasting changes.
I enjoy working with adults who are healing from difficult relationships with narcissistic, emotionally immature, or emotionally unavailable parents and are ready to break unhealthy patterns, build self-esteem, and create healthier relationships. I also enjoy working with couples who want to improve communication, rebuild trust, strengthen their connection, and prevent their relationship from reaching a breaking point. Whether you’re healing from the past or working to strengthen your current relationship, I provide a supportive, compassionate space to help you move forward with confidence.
I help clients recognize unhelpful thinking patterns and replace them with healthier, more balanced ways of thinking. Together, we develop practical coping skills that reduce anxiety, depression, and stress.
