My counseling modalities include Cognitive behavioral therapy, Solution-focused, and Person-Centered therapy. When I counsel children, I use all of these in addition to Play therapy. Many of the therapeutic issues we work together on are Self-esteem, relationships, communication, trauma, PTSD, anxiety, ADHD, Social skills, and grief. I am a licensed therapist and have a Masters Degree in counseling. I have spent many years counseling children, adolescents, and adults. Although therapy may look different with each population, the process is equally meaningful in all sessions.

I graduated from the University of Miami with a Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling, I’ve helped numerous people who struggle with a variety of mental health diagnoses including depression, anxiety, trauma, complicated grief, amongst others.
