Hi! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Florida. I received my Masters from Saint Leo University and have over 20 years of clinical experience serving children, teens, adults, and families in a variety of settings: Community Mental Health and School Social Work. Especially helping clients with stress, relationship issues, parenting, family conflict, addictions (eating disorders and/or substance use), depression, anxiety, grief, ADHD, low self-esteem, women's issues, trauma, behavioral concerns, and mood disorders. Using a holistic approach, I assist my clients to effectively face life challenges in a safe and connected environment. I also integrate mindfulness, yoga, and meditation into the session if my client is open to these practices.
