I earned my Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Florida Gulf Coast University and have been working in the field for over six years. I work with clients of all ages, from teenagers to older adults, helping them tap into their strengths, build self-esteem, and navigate the challenges they’re facing. My goal is to support clients in creating a life that feels fulfilling and meaningful—a life they’re truly excited to wake up to each day.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than 15 years of clinical experience in mental health services. I currently have active licenses from Florida and Massachusetts States. The approach I use in sessions of Telehealth psychotherapy is eclectic, including cognitive behavioral system, solution focused, relational approach with a strength base foundation. My areas of clinical work are adolescents and adults, who are experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma related symptoms and struggles with life transitions including but not limited to divorce, retirement, parenting children with special needs, grief and loss, non-binary gender clients, complex medical conditions and women issues. Hi, my name is Cathrine. I am a licensed therapist in FL with over 20 years experience in the field. I hold a Masters degree in Counseling and Psychology and a Masters degree in Social Work. I help young adults, adults, and seniors, struggling with family, stress, marital problems, career burnout, anxiety, depression, and many others. I strive to help my clients become the best version of themselves, while ensuring that they feel safe during their therapy journey.

I am Dr. Andre. I hold a bachelor's degree in theology, a master's degree in clinical Mental Health Counseling/Marriage & Family Therapy, and a Ph.D. in Marriage and Family Therapy. Looking back on my previous experiences of priestly ministry, crisis prevention, community mental health services, private practice, Part-Time faculty, therapeutic skills in various systemic approaches, and Corrections, I am well equipped to journey with you and assist you in making positive changes as designed. As a professor, I teach multiple approaches, including solution-focused theory, cognitive behavior therapy, narrative therapy, and systemic approaches. I employ the intervention based on the client's needs, strengths, and stages.

I will like to take this opportunity to introduce myself as a licensed mental health therapist. I want to tell you a little about myself and my fieldwork experiences. I worked in this field for several years, along with various training, to assist clients in different areas. In the last several years, I worked in a mental health hospital with adolescents, substance abuse, and crisis intervention in various settings. People with trauma, depression, anxiety, OCD, bipolar disorder, and schizophrenia were some of the people I helped at work. I worked with individuals on career choices to increase their career paths to maximize success. I support individuals in their desire to become independent, and I do this by helping them identify their true potential.
