I have successfully helped people to walk through loss and grief. I provide solution-oriented therapy. I teach relaxation and mindfulness exercises to people experiencing anxiety and cognitive behavioral techniques to people experiencing depression. For persons experiencing trauma, we will work together, giving a nod to the past, learning how it is impacting the present. My practice is open to all regardless of religious affiliation, race, ethnicity or disability. I incorporate faith-based Christian counseling into the counseling experience, to those seeking.
