You feel like you are failing your partner because somewhere along this journey you just lost yourself. You want to be a better mom to your kids. And remember why you fell in love with your partner. I have spent the majority of my professional career in a military environment and consider it an honor to have helped individuals with significant trauma, depression, anxiety, and overall life stress. The integration of physical and behavioral health is the epitome of why I entered the mental health field. My approach helps bridge a gap that isn't often addressed in healing. I'm passionate about working with adults coping with depression, relationship difficulties, substance use/co-occurring disorders, complicated family dynamics, career or academic challenges, life transitions, and the effects of trauma. In our work together, I'll incorporate reflection, curiosity, and humor alongside therapeutic modalities such as solution-focused therapy, mindfulness, and cognitive-behavioral therapy. I'll hold a safe, shame-free space for us where we can explore new ways to address unhelpful patterns, move through uncomfortable feelings, and be kinder to yourself.
