Hi there! Welcome to my practice.
What would your life look like if anxiety, stress, or self-doubt no longer held you back? Do you find yourself overthinking, worrying about everything, or feeling emotionally drained? Life can feel challenging at times, and therapy can be a meaningful place to begin navigating those challenges with support.
You deserve a space where you feel heard, understood, and supported. You don't have to have everything figured out to deserve support, and you don't have to face life's challenges alone. If you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply ready for a change, therapy can be a place where you can finally focus on you.
I believe healing and growth happen one step at a time. Together, we can work toward celebrating the small wins, because those moments often lead to the biggest growth.
I support individuals experiencing concerns related to anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, stress, and personal growth. I bring a compassionate and culturally informed approach to therapy and welcome individuals from diverse backgrounds and life experiences.
My goal is to create a safe, affirming, and collaborative space where you feel respected, understood, and empowered to work toward your personal goals. Together, we can explore the challenges you're facing, develop healthy coping strategies, and work toward meaningful and lasting change.
I look forward to meeting you and navigating life's challenges together, one step at a time.
I am Shamona McFadden, a Licensed Mental Health Therapist. Hello, my name is Tabitha Cantu, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I’m a Hispanic therapist born and raised in the desert, surrounded by mountains that have always felt like home. At heart, though, I’m also a beach lover who finds peace by the ocean. I am licensed in Texas, New Mexico, and Florida and have lived and worked in each of these states. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of supporting communities from diverse cultural backgrounds and life experiences. My own Hispanic heritage has greatly shaped both who I am and the way I approach therapy. It has also inspired my private practice’s focus on cultural identity, life transitions, and the unique experiences that women and teen girls often navigate. Our cultural identity and the environments we grow up in have a profound impact on who we become. Family expectations, cultural values, generational beliefs, school pressures, and societal messages can all influence how women and teen girls view themselves, their relationships, and their sense of worth. In our work together, I honor your background and lived experiences while helping you explore what feels authentic to you. My goal is not to change who you are, but to help you feel more grounded, confident, and connected to the version of yourself that exists beneath the pressure, expectations, and roles you’ve been taught to fulfill.
I'm here to guide individuals, couples, and families through life's challenges, such as depression or trauma, especially those rooted in relationships or family dynamics. I believe in your inherent wholeness and resilience, and I'm here to help you rediscover that strength within yourself. Through our work together, we'll explore your experiences and uncover the courage to embrace change and vulnerability
My name is John A. Llauget. I hold a Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology from Stephen F. Austin State University and an Educational Specialist Degree in Counseling from University of South Florida. My career in mental health in 1977 working in a psychiatric hospital; and later as a outpatient therapist in a community mental health center working with children, adolescents, families, and adults. I was licensed in Florida in 1986 as a Mental Health Counselor and have maintained my license since that date. Also I have worked as an employee assistance counselor, school counselor, associate professor at an international university, and court evaluator for guardianship cases. For 20 years I worked as a cancer counselor with oncology clients helping them cope with illness, stress, and emotional distress.
Additionally I have maintained a practice and interest in Traditional Okinawan Uechi-Ryu, earning a Masters rank in that system of training. I have used martial training with children & adolescents to develop self-control and self esteem. Later when I began working with an elderly population and clients dealing with physical limitations, I taught Qigong and Mindfulness Meditation as a way to improve their health, well-being, and cope with stress. My therapeutic style centers around getting to know a client, develop trust, and talking more explicitly about issues before making any recommendations. I am a strong advocate of evidence-based treatments and teaching ‘tools’ to cope with stress and emotional difficulties. I have gained training in trauma treatment because we now know that it is prevalent in our life experiences. I value compassion, persistence, and patience in working towards change. I look forward to working with you. I also value your time and want to use it productively in assisting you to reach your therapeutic goals.
Being a kid today is a lot harder than most adults realize. I help youth and adolescents navigated pressures of academics, social circles, and shifting family dynamics. Together, we'll work on building emotional resilience, managing, stress, and discovering who you are. This is a space to vent, figure things out, and be your authentic self. I specialize in empowering youth to break free from anxiety, depression, and anger. Using evidence-based approaches like CBT and DBT, among others, we will focus on real-world tools to help you manage intense emotions, regulate stress, and improve communication with the people in your life. Let's team up to help youth process difficult emotions, buiold self-esteem, and learn coping skills.
Are you tired of feeling dyregulated, overwhelmed, or disconnected even as an adult? You feel exhausted after spending all day trying to keep it all together. You want to finally feel present, grounded, and at peace. We can work together to unpack root causes of imbalance. I use a variety of techniques to assist with you with becoming more self-aware, set healthy boundaries, and build sustatainable coping strategis.
I provide counseling for adults & teen boys exclusively. I also provide personal and professional coaching. I love what I do and got into this field to add value to people's lives the best way I could, with my mind and my words. I am authentic, down to earth, and committed to joining in on this journey with you or your loved one.
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. Let's face it: starting therapy can feel a bit intimidating, especially if you're skeptical it will even work or if you're carrying a lot of pain right now. I get that, which is why my first priority is simply building real trust with you—and yes, I bring plenty of humor, empathy, and insight into the room to keep things grounded.
I specialize in working with teens, adults, couples, and families who are tired of being stuck in the same painful cycles.
My approach skips the clinical textbook jargon to focus on practical, personalized strategies that actually make sense for your life, helping you find relief and create real change as quickly as possible.
I believe therapy should be a place where clients feel supported, understood, and challenged to grow. My approach is collaborative, direct, and goal-oriented. I work with clients to identify patterns that may be keeping them stuck, develop healthier coping skills, and build the life they want. I strive to create an environment where clients can be honest about their experiences without fear of judgment while also remaining accountable for the choices they make. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, or life transitions, I look forward to helping you move toward meaningful and lasting change.
Hi there, I'm Lakesha.
Do you feel pulled in a million directions, unable to fit it all in? Are you struggling to keep up with your relationships, work, and health? Is it hard to be kind to yourself?
Let's work together to identify what's no longer serving you and discover the tools to help you find greater balance. I take a whole-person approach, recognizing that our thoughts, emotions, relationships, and life experiences are all connected. Together, we'll explore the patterns shaping your experiences while building practical skills through cognitive restructuring, emotion regulation, and mindfulness.
Whether you're navigating overwhelm, relationship challenges, anxiety, or depression, you don't have to face it alone. I'll meet you with compassion, curiosity, and evidence-based care, creating a space where you can better understand yourself, strengthen your relationships, and make meaningful, lasting change.

Hi, I'm Lucas, and I'm really glad you're here.
I have 8 years of experience in addiction and mental health, including directing an Intensive Outpatient Program. In 2023, I graduated from Arizona State University with a Master's Degree in Social Work, and I am now a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I primarily work with clients experiencing anxiety, addiction, depression, and ADHD.
I'm passionate and engaged; I bring real energy to every session, yes, even through a screen, and I practice what I teach because mental health is something we all work at. I draw on CBT, DBT, trauma-informed practices, biofeedback tools, behavior-change strategies, and research-backed habits that make a real difference in daily life. I work hard to break through the virtual barrier so it feels like we're genuinely in the same space, working together as a team.
Expect me to be direct, and don't be surprised if I send you home with "homework." Growth happens in the everyday moments, not just the hour we spend together. My job is simple: help you reconnect with your strengths, build real confidence, and move toward the life you actually want. You're worth that work.

Hi, I’m Kelly Tamburro, LPC. I’m a trauma-informed therapist who helps high achievers, caregivers, and young adults break out of anxiety, perfectionism, and burnout. I rely heavily on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you understand your patterns, challenge unhelpful thoughts, and build practical skills that actually make life feel lighter.
Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from themselves. On the outside, you might be the responsible one, the strong one, or the one people rely on, but inside you may feel exhausted, anxious, or unsure of how to slow down. You don’t have to keep holding everything by yourself.
My style is warm, calm, and collaborative. I provide a nonjudgmental space to process trauma, gain insight, and learn tools that support long-term healing. While my Grow practice is fully virtual, I bring a nature-informed perspective to therapy, using grounding, mindfulness, and nature-based reflection to help you feel more centered and connected wherever you are.
If you’re ready to understand yourself more deeply, find relief from stress and trauma symptoms, and rebuild your sense of balance and confidence, I’d love to support you.
My name is Corina Forte, and I am a bilingual mental health counselor providing therapy in both English and Spanish. For the past 15 years, I have supported adults navigating anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, relationship difficulties, emotional overwhelm, major life transitions, mood concerns, and the impact of serious illness.
Many of the people I work with are capable, caring, and accustomed to holding everything together for others, yet feel anxious, exhausted, disconnected from themselves, or unsure of what they need. Therapy can offer a space to slow down, better understand the patterns shaping your emotions and relationships, and begin responding to life with greater clarity and intention.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and honest. I strive to create a nonjudgmental environment where clients feel genuinely understood, while also offering thoughtful guidance and gentle challenge when it may help them move forward. I believe therapy should provide both deeper self-understanding and practical tools that can be applied in everyday life.
I tailor my work to each person rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach. I draw from evidence-based, trauma-informed, cognitive behavioral, existential, Gestalt, mindfulness-based, and expressive approaches, depending on each client’s needs and goals.
My goal is to help you feel more grounded, develop a healthier relationship with your emotions, make choices that reflect who you are, and create meaningful changes that feel sustainable beyond the therapy room.
Hi, I'm Carolyn Dower, LCSW, LISW with 36 years experience working with adults, teens, and couples to find inner peace, better health, happier relationships, and more fulfilling work.
Would you like to understand yourself better so that you can feel better and get more of what you want in life? I help with the range of problems that people can have -- depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, grief, spiritual conflicts, and relationship problems -- or whatever is troubling you. I don't see couples with Domestic Violence issues because I don't have experience in that area.
We'll begin by listening deeply to your thoughts, feelings, and needs as you are comfortable sharing them. Together we can find solutions to your problems. We may choose to learn some simple and effective relaxation methods, empowering communication skills, and techniques to heal childhood hurts. All of this works together for good self esteem, good energy, and a good life.
Thank you for taking the time to learn about me and how we might work together. Hoping to meet you soon!
