As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over a decade of experience in the mental health field, I’ve had the privilege of supporting clients across the lifespan, including children, teens, and adults. I’m certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy, and I integrate mindfulness as a core component of my therapeutic approach. I hold specialized certifications in treating anxiety, depression, and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), with a particular focus on working with veterans. I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCPT). My goal is to create a safe, compassionate space that fosters trust and open communication. Together, we’ll develop a comprehensive, evidence-based treatment plan tailored to your unique needs and symptoms. Outside of my professional work, I enjoy reading and traveling with my husband.
I have lived a long and colorful life. Like everyone else, I've made good and bad choices and learned from each. I have 22+ years experience in the mental health and substance abuse treatment field. I DO NOT JUDGE, AT ALL, PERIOD. I can be both blunt and gentle as appropriate. My role is to offer another perspective, a way to see life more fully and function better, no more, no less. I don't pretend to have all the answers but only one slice of wisdom. I just share what can help someone. Some people are not yet ready to be helped. Yet for those who are feeling lost on life's journey and are willing to listen and learn, I'm here to assist. My life work can be summed up in three words, "offering people hope. "
"The wound is where the light enters." - Jeladdin Rumi
"A coward dies a thousand deaths, a brave man only once." Martin Luther King Jr.
"Wouldn't take nothin' for my journey now." - Maya Angelou
"The past is gone, and there is left only a blessing." - Kahlil Gibran
"Be true to yourself, and you will be false to no one else." - William Shakespeare
"How very lucky are we, for just a moment to be, part of life's eternal rhyme." Charlotte's Web, movie
"Not all who wander are lost." J.R.R. Tolkien
From day one, I create a space where people feel genuinely seen, heard, and safe to be themselves. I combine deep empathy with clinical insight, allowing me to connect with clients on a human level while still providing thoughtful, evidence-based care. I listen carefully—not just to what is said, but to what’s underneath—and I help clients put words to experiences they may have carried alone for a long time.

Hi, I’m Paul. I am a Licensed Therapist and my goal is to help you discover ways forward through distress towards wellness. While we can't change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve challenges in your life. Distress is experienced in many different ways that impact our ability to function and cope within a healthy framework. By applying complementary therapy approaches and techniques, we will unearth behavioral patterns and pain perceptions that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
If you're looking for extra support and guidance through a challenging situation or are just ready to move in a new direction, I look forward to working with you to achieve your goals. Please feel free to reach out with any questions or to book a session.
Thanks. Hope I can be a resource.
I’m an attachment-based therapist, which means I believe that relationships—past and present—shape how we see ourselves and others. Whether you're an adolescent navigating the complexity of growing up, or an adult facing life’s challenges, I’m here to support you in understanding your experiences and how they’ve shaped your emotional world.
I take a holistic approach to therapy, honoring the spiritual aspects of life while also grounding our work in compassion and connection. I understand that everyone’s story is unique, and I bring cultural sensitivity to my work to ensure that your background, identity, and lived experience are respected in our sessions.
If you're dealing with anxiety, grief, trauma, or any other emotional or life challenge, I’ll work with you to unpack those feelings in a safe, supportive space. I use a blend of therapeutic approaches, including psychodynamic therapy and EMDR, tailored to what’s most helpful for you. Our work together is rooted in creating a space where you feel seen, heard, and empowered to make meaningful changes.
My goal is simple: to help you explore your emotions, gain insight into what’s going on inside, and discover or rediscover your strengths. I want you to walk away from each session feeling a little more grounded, a little more whole, and confident in your ability to heal and grow.
I work well with people who are ready to do the work—whether that’s unpacking painful past experiences or making sense of current struggles. You might be someone who is struggling with anxiety, grief, loss, or the effects of trauma. You might be looking for clarity in your relationships, or searching for more self-understanding and self-worth. Whatever you’re going through, I’m here to help guide you through it with care, respect, and patience.

Abeke "Kay" Baker, LMFT, is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a 2011 graduate of Mercer University School of Medicine’s Master’s program in Marriage and Family Therapy. With a career in mental health and social services that began at just 14 years old, Abeke brings over 18 years of hands-on experience to her work. She began as a youth counselor with the Red Cross Lock Key Kids safety program and has since served in diverse roles, including Program Director for Howard County Parks and Recreation in Columbia, MD—supporting youth and young adults with developmental disabilities, autism, and maladaptive behaviors—as well as working in inpatient crisis stabilization settings for both adolescents and adults.
Founder of All 1 Family, Inc.
Abeke is the founder of All 1 Family, Inc., a nonprofit community mental health organization based in Atlanta, GA. The organization is dedicated to supporting the mental wellness of LGBTQ+ individuals—especially people of color—by offering a safe, affirming space for clients to explore their identities and experiences with the support of culturally competent therapists. All 1 Family provides low-cost counseling services, including individual, family, group, and couples therapy. The clinicians—many of whom identify as LGBTQ+ or allies of color—bring lived experience and deep empathy to their work.
Founder’s Statement
“While working across inpatient and community-based mental health settings—providing crisis intervention, assessments, and psychotherapy—I noticed a troubling pattern: many LGBTQ+ individuals were seeking support but struggled to find providers who were affirming, empathetic, and nonjudgmental. This gap often led individuals to delay or forgo much-needed care. All 1 Family was born from the belief that everyone deserves a safe space to be seen, heard, and supported.”
Let me guess: You've been thinking about therapy for a while now. Maybe months, maybe years, but something kept stopping you…too busy, too expensive, "it's not that bad yet," or maybe just the fear of opening up to a stranger who might judge you or not really get it.
Here's what I want you to know: You're already doing the hardest part by being here, you don't need to wait until things get worse, you don't need permission to ask for help, and you definitely don't have to figure this out alone. That's literally what I'm here for.
As a board-certified bilingual therapist (MS, LMHC, LPC, NCC) licensed in Florida, Texas, and New Jersey, an Army veteran, and the founder of Time to Talk Therapy, I have spent over 10 years supporting more than 3,000 clients through trauma, anxiety, depression, and major life transitions that once felt impossible to navigate. I've worked everywhere from crisis units and corrections facilities to refugee shelters and quiet therapy rooms, supporting people through chronic mental illness, personality disorders, abuse, trauma, ADHD, OCD, addictions, and some of the hardest moments of their lives... and here's what I know for sure: healing doesn't require perfection, it requires honesty and someone who actually gets it. You're not broken, you're dealing with hard things, and you deserve help that feels supportive, not cold, not judgmental, not like one more thing you're supposed to "fix" about yourself.
I specialize in trauma and PTSD, anxiety and depression, self-sabotage and recurrent patterns, complex PTSD and personality disorders, as well as life transitions.
📣 I know life can get busy, so I offer weekend availability, early-morning sessions, and after-hours appointments (6:00 AM–10:00 PM), along with self-pay options to give you a little more flexibility.
Welcome!
I’m so glad that we found each other! My mission is to help alleviate the weight of your current stressors, assist in processing past experiences, and guide you in developing the new skills and practices that will illuminate your path forward.
My approach to therapy is integrative, drawing from various models and methods to tailor the treatment to your unique needs.
I employ techniques that encourage you to identify patterns of behavior and observe how you relate to yourself and others.

Hi, I’m Stephanie—a therapist who supports parents who love their kids deeply and feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure how to show up the way they want to. If you’re navigating the sleep-deprived, overstimulating, “why is my child melting down again?” years (been there!), or you’re moving through a major life change and worried about how it’s impacting your child, you’re in the right place.
I specialize in the emotional side of early parenthood and in helping parents understand both their child’s behavior and their own—patterns, triggers, and emotional responses—through a developmental and relational lens. Many of the parents I work with come in feeling stretched thin—burnt out, short-fused, guilty, overstimulated, or stuck in patterns they swore they’d break. You’re not alone, and you’re not failing. Therapy can help you feel more grounded, connected, and equipped to support both yourself and your child.
