Nice to meet you, I am Jackson.
I’m a therapist whose journey to this work began behind the bar, where I learned the art of truly listening and connecting with people from all walks of life. My clients often tell me that talking with me feels like catching up with a good friend—comfortable and real—while also knowing they’re in the hands of someone clinically grounded and thoughtful.
I draw from psychodynamic and relational approaches, always emphasizing the importance of genuine human connection in the healing process. I’m trauma-informed and bring my own lived experiences into the room, helping clients feel seen and understood without judgment. My lifelong commitment to health and wellness—including earning a black belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, surfing, and practicing yoga—deepens the mind-body awareness I bring to my work and has been pivotal on my own path. Whether we’re unpacking the past or navigating the present, I strive to create a space that is compassionate, authentic, and attuned to your whole self.
You may have spent your life showing up for everyone else, navigating spaces where you have to work twice as hard to feel seen. You deserve a space where you don’t have to translate your experience or explain the weight of 'the hustle'—a space where your culture and identity are honored, not just acknowledged.
I provide expert, culturally-attuned support through evidence-based therapy to help you work through barriers and live fully. Vulnerability isn’t a weakness; it’s your greatest tool for change. You’ve got the vision—let’s build the path to get you there.
I am an eternal optimist with a heartfelt passion for caring for others, something that has been part of who I am for as long as I can remember. I feel deeply honored to walk alongside people as they learn to cope, heal, and reconnect with themselves. Supporting clients in regulating their nervous systems and building effective coping strategies is not just my work, but my greatest joy.
I primarily work with children, teens, and families, while also supporting individuals across the lifespan. There is nothing more meaningful to me than witnessing the moment when hope returns and the light begins to shine again after life’s many transitions and challenges.
My areas of focus include ADHD, anxiety, depression, personality disorders, and oppositional or conduct-related concerns. I approach therapy through a strengths-based, trauma-informed CBT lens, thoughtfully integrating somatic practices to help clients move out of “fight or flight” and into a place of safety, balance, and genuine enjoyment of life.
Are you struggling to find a competent therapist who does more than nod in agreement? Are you looking for someone to help battle depression and anxiety and maybe some unresolved trauma? Look no further!

Hi! My name is Brianna Stallings, and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I received my Master's Degree from the University of Central Florida and have been working with adult trauma survivors and elementary aged students for 5 years now. I want you to feel comfortable through the counseling process and know you are in control of your healing. I am here to help, and it is an honor to sit with clients and assist them in reaching their mental health goals! I am also a Christian therapist, and I am more than happy to bring faith into our sessions by request. It's important to me to provide the care you are seeking, so bringing faith into counseling or leaving it out is entirely up to you.
Ever since my early years, I've drawn to the enigmatic depths of the human mind. The infinite complexity of our thoughts, emotions and behaviors has always fascinated me, igniting a passion for psychology that burns brighter with each passing day. It's a passion that led me to dedicate my life to this field, and it's my genuine pleasure to share my insights and experiences with you.
I began my work in the field in 2007 and have been fully licensed since 2017. I consider myself to be an exceptionally empathetic and caring counselor who meets my clients where they're at. I will push my clients to experience emotions and to sit with them in ways they haven't before. However, I do this in a safe manner where we simply expand the limits each time and create safety in each session to fully allow the client to embrace the process. I strive to help my clients make sense of their life and the experiences they've had. I have great respect for each individual's journey and understand there is value in all of us. I strive for all of my clients to feel seen, heard, respected, accepted, and not judged. From the very first session, my clients feel heard through my exceptional empathic listening skills. I ask evocative questions to get to the heart of the matter and to push the client to think more in depth and perhaps even with a different perspective about struggles or experiences that have caused them strife.
DeMarkus Grayson-Rhule has been practicing systemic therapy since 2019, utilizing this training in various contexts, such as crisis intervention and school-based care. My approach to therapy is a collaborative and solution-focused one, where we tackle the set goals together. I believe client's already have the tools necessary to confront their problems and that we tend to forget that. Thus it is my goal to help my clients figure out which tools to use when facing problems.

Hi, I’m Stephanie—a therapist who helps overwhelmed parents of young children (ages 6 and under) feel calmer, more connected, and more confident in how they show up.
If you’re navigating the sleep-deprived, overstimulating, “why is my child melting down again?” years (been there!), or moving through a major life change and worried about how it’s impacting your child, you’re in the right place.
I specialize in the emotional side of early parenthood—helping parents understand both their child’s behavior and their own patterns, triggers, and emotional responses through a developmental, relationship-based lens. Many of the parents I work with come in feeling stretched thin—burnt out, reactive, guilty, overstimulated, or stuck in patterns they swore they’d break. If you’re feeling this way, you’re not alone—and it makes sense given how much you’re carrying. Therapy can help you feel more grounded, less reactive in hard moments, and more confident in how you respond to your child.
