I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, trained in systems theory, and work to incorporate as many aspects of my client's system into therapy as possible. I work primarily from an MRI perspective, seeking out patterns of interactions in client relations which result in problems, and working to change those patterns of behavior for their benefit. I believe in working collaboratively with my clients to create change where they want change to occur. My primary interventions are EMDR, IFS, and DBT-based.
Licensed in Georgia and Florida. For more information, go to www.kristigodwin.com.

Whether you need to work through some heavy stuff from the past that's been weighing you down or you just want to process some day-to-day work or relationship stress, therapy can be a major step in the right direction toward self-care!

Hello! I’m Jennifer Wasik, formerly Jennifer Font IMH3728, a bilingual (English/Spanish) Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida and a Licensed Professional Counselor for the state of Texas, with over 20 years of experience working with children, teens, and adults. Do you feel confused, misunderstood, or lost? Are you struggling with your friends, family and/or work relationships? Do you lack confidence or feel overwhelmed? Are you dealing with childhood trauma that was never addressed?
I help with identifying obstacles that can get in the way of living a productive life. I strive to connect, understand, and support my clients through the healing process by providing a safe environment to build a trusting relationship.
Growth, Relationships, Abundance, Balance, Peace and Harmony. These elements often contribute to a fulfilling and meaningful life.
I use a person-centered approach while integrating mindfulness and developing skills that can be used to last a lifetime.
I use evidence-based techniques to help overcome what’s holding you back.
Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship or parenting issues, I’m here to help.
You've made an important decision to start therapy. I'm glad you're here. It has been said therapy with me is like talking to your "auntie". I will help you see yourself but in such a nurturing way you receive it, and it allows you to do your work.
My gifting is in assessment and working with adults and couples. I have always worked in some form of mental health assessment in my career. Most recently I spent 5 years in Grady’s Psychiatric ER. Allowing me to quickly assess needs and develop a life plan with the client.
Couple work is also a skilled area for me. Especially when communication has broken down evidenced by constant arguing. Therapy can break couples out of the destructive tit-for-tat cycle. Broken trust, infidelity and unforgiveness are also areas I specialize in.
Women’s concerns and issues are important to me. I’ve done extensive work in healing their “father wound”. Tapping the spiritual relationship for healing. Topics include relationships, self development and growth. Another very successful service is my therapeutic walkthrough of popular books. Titles have included RC Blakes’ Queenology and Sophia Nelson’s The Woman Code. Currently, I am authoring The Majestic Woman Mindset, which comes from a woman’s empowerment curriculum I developed.

Howard is a highly trained, experienced Licensed Mental Health Counselor, specializing in treating and providing therapy for a co-occurring disorder, dual diagnosis population. Howard has been treating clients from a variety of diverse cultural backgrounds. They struggle with drug/alcohol addiction as well as sexually addictive behaviors, pornography addiction and symptoms associated with depression, anxiety, unresolved trauma, bipolar disorder, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder and obsessive-compulsive disorder. ‘I've employed evidenced based treatment modalities for clients since 2008, many of which having an underlying mental health concern or diagnosis (co-occurring disorder) that has not been addressed’. The work Howard does with clients goes beyond relapse prevention and coping skills to ‘survive’. Howard enjoys teaching client’s how to ‘live’. ‘I utilize a ‘systemic’ approach to treating addictions and will teach family member’s how to actively participate in their love ones treatment and at the same time teach them specific techniques to eliminate codependency, as well as maladaptive, dysfunctional and enabling behaviors, to establish healthy boundaries, so the entire family gets well’. We learn from experience how one family member can impact and affect the entire family.
Striving to find joy during these uncertain times? Struggling to be kind to yourself or others? Difficulties keeping up with your relationships, work, and health? Allow me to walk alongside you as we work through these challenges together. I will empower you to identify and achieve your goals through a client-centered, humanistic approach tailored to your needs.
My background includes clients working through issues of anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship issues, guilt, fears, self-esteem, career/school and life uncertainties, and those just looking for an empathetic ear to listen. Together, we will craft and develop the best plan for your needs. Join me in a completely safe, judgement-free and confidential space to share, heal, smile, grow, succeed, and become your best self. No better time than the present to create your desired future.
My mission is to inspire others to live their purpose. For over 30 years, I have counseled individuals, couples and families with their relationships. The #1 relationship problem goes beyond communication. It is learning to resolve conflict and becoming stronger through it. It is about accepting differences as different and not wrong. Whether you just want a stronger relationship or you are in a crisis and do not know which way to turn, the only thing holding you back holding right now is probably fear. Ask yourself: What would love do?
It is important for us to have conscious relationships so that our children will have a better chance of being successful in their own relationships. Otherwise we will watch them repeat our mistakes.
Do it for you; do it for them.
My education is in psychology, counseling psychology, spirituality and hundreds if not thousands of hours in continuing education on multiple additional topics.

Through my work, I aim to provide a safe and nurturing space for you to explore your feelings, particularly those affected by addiction and co-dependency. I firmly believe that art, not in the traditional sense but as a personal expression of one's emotions, holds the key to authenticity and self-discovery. My focus is on the process rather than performance, making it a soulful and liberating experience I call "soul art."
As part of my commitment to excellence, I am currently pursuing my certification in Creative Journaling Expressive Arts with the CJEAItm. This additional training allows me to integrate journaling and expressive art techniques into our sessions, offering you a dynamic and creative approach to healing and personal growth.

My name is Carlos Izquierdo, and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida. I work with individuals who are struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and other difficulties that may leave them feeling stuck or overwhelmed.
I believe that many psychological struggles are not signs of something being “wrong” with us, but rather the result of patterns and strategies that may have once served a purpose but are no longer helping us move forward. Therapy can provide an opportunity to understand these patterns, develop new perspectives, and discover more effective ways of responding to life’s challenges.
My goal is to create a supportive and collaborative space where you can explore what is holding you back, recognize your strengths, and develop more flexible and creative ways of navigating difficult situations. I see challenges not simply as problems to eliminate, but as opportunities for greater self-understanding, personal growth, and meaningful change.
Change is hard, but when it’s needed, you feel it. Marital strain, career dissatisfaction, or lingering pain from the past can leave you feeling stuck, even when you know something has to shift. Taking those first steps toward change can feel daunting, but you don’t have to do it alone. Therapy offers a safe, supportive space to gain clarity, process emotions, and reconnect with your sense of purpose. Healing becomes possible when you have an empathetic and attuned witness to your story; someone who helps you uncover insight, strengthen emotional regulation, and find new ways forward.
I’ve worked in a variety of settings as a counselor, educator, and clinical supervisor, and I’m passionate about helping people create meaningful, lasting change in their lives. My approach is collaborative, emotioanlly-focused, practical, and rooted in respect for each person’s unique journey.
If you’re ready to do the inner work; to feel more grounded, balanced, connected, and fulfilled- therapy can help you get there. Prioritize yourself. This is your moment for growth.
