I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I completed my registered internship at a private practice specializing in working with the youth population and Autism population. My ideal client is someone ready to make a positive change in his or her life, working through self-improvement. These clients wish to improve/develop skills they are having difficulty with and/or are not able to develop on their own.
I have always been empathetic towards others and have a passion for providing a helping hand to those in need. I understand that unfortunate situations in life can sometimes be unexpected. The hardships that we experience can make it difficult to cope, without the proper support.
I am able to relate to the community I serve and understand that we all have difficulties that may require the support of others. I believe that my life experiences have given me the compassion and dedication needed to make a difference in the lives of many.

My experience includes working with young adults and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, stress, relationship challenges, chronic illness, and behavioral health concerns. I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida who works with adults and couples navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, life transitions, self-esteem, and emotional overwhelm. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that therapy should feel both supportive and practical.
I draw from person-centered therapy, CBT, ACT, psychodynamic approaches, mindfulness, and other evidence-based tools depending on what fits each person best. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Some clients benefit from learning concrete skills and strategies, while others need space to better understand their patterns, relationships, emotions, and past experiences.
My goal is to create a space where you can be honest without feeling judged, gain a deeper understanding of yourself, and work toward meaningful changes that actually fit your life. Whether you are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply ready to understand yourself better, we can work together to figure out what is getting in the way and what moving forward can look like for you.

Welcome! I'm Denise Billings.
Take a moment to acknowledge you've taken the first step towards bettering your mental health because let's be honest - starting therapy can be empowering, confusing, or scary, all at the same time.
I strive to create a safe and welcoming environment that allows clients to explore obstacles with concerns related to anxiety, depression, and/or self-care. I focus on helping clients develop assertive communication & boundaries with themselves and those around them that can help improve their quality of life.
Counseling can foster personal development in whatever way you may be seeking and help build the life you so deeply deserve. If that's what you're looking for, I'm here when you're ready to share.
Being the one who holds everything together can be exhausting, especially when your own needs go unnoticed. Perhaps you hold yourself to impossible standards, constantly questioning whether you've done enough. Maybe you're easily irritated, quick to anger, or carrying resentment you don't fully understand. You might avoid conflict, struggle to say no, or feel responsible for keeping everyone else happy. Or perhaps your struggles are quieter, showing up as harsh self-criticism, shame, or a persistent feeling that you're somehow not good enough.
My practice focuses on supporting women navigating these experiences and the emotional exhaustion, relationship difficulties, and disconnection from self that may accompany them.
Sometimes, understanding how we feel today involves exploring the experiences and relationships that have shaped us. Difficult childhood experiences, emotional neglect, abuse, painful relationships, and ongoing stress can influence how we view ourselves, manage emotions, and connect with others.
Through a compassionate, collaborative, and nonjudgmental approach, we can explore the patterns that may be contributing to your struggles while developing healthier ways of responding to life's challenges.
Together, we can work toward strengthening emotional awareness, establishing boundaries, building self-trust, and cultivating a more compassionate relationship with yourself.
You deserve more than simply getting through each day. Therapy can be a space to begin moving beyond survival toward a life where you feel more grounded, connected, and able to thrive.
Life presents many challenges and sometimes those challenges require that we have assistance along the way. I partner with my clients on their journey toward wellness; in mind, body, and spirit. I provide compassionate care in the treatment of depression, anxiety, PTSD, trauma, grief, grief group support, and stress-related problems. My practice welcomes first responders; people of all backgrounds; and those seeking a professional environment in which they can work toward healing and wellness.

Hi, I'm Elizabeth Guinea, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida with 19 years of experience working with adults and couples navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Over the years, I've worked with people from many different worlds, facing different expectations and pressures. Beneath those differences, familiar patterns often emerge: beliefs, habits, and ways of relating that once served a purpose but now keeps you repeating the same problem, and situations.
I focus on changing the pattern underneath the symptoms. One of my strengths is recognizing those patterns quickly and helping you do something about them.
Together, we'll connect insight with practical changes that fit your life. My goal is simple: for you to leave each session better than when you walked in -with greater clarity, a useful skill, or a concrete next step. I offer in-person sessions in Tampa and online therapy throughout Florida.

Hi, and welcome. I’m really glad you’re here.
Taking the first step toward healing isn’t always easy, and the fact that you’re exploring support says a lot about your strength. Life can throw unexpected challenges our way, and sometimes those challenges make even the day‑to‑day feel overwhelming.
I’m a licensed clinical social worker and qualified supervisor in the state of Florida. Since 2014, I’ve worked as a medical social worker in transplant, dialysis, and with individuals managing complex chronic and behavioral health needs. These experiences have taught me the importance of meeting people exactly where they are and honoring their lived experience.
If you’re looking for a provider who will work with you to clarify your goals and create meaningful change, I invite you to schedule an initial consultation.
If you keep getting stuck in the same worries, the same arguments, or the same low mood, you don't have to keep carrying it alone. Maybe anxiety is holding you back at work. Maybe tension at home keeps flaring up, or a big change like a shifting relationship, caregiving, retirement, or a loss has thrown you off balance.
I'm Carla Leslie, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with more than 10 years of experience helping teens, adults, older adults, and families with anxiety, depression, stress, family conflict, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I offer virtual therapy anywhere in Florida, so you can meet with me from home.
My style is straightforward and collaborative. Together, we'll find the patterns that keep you stuck. We'll build practical skills for handling hard emotions and communicating more clearly, and we'll work toward changes that fit your life and goals.
When you're ready, book a first session and we'll start there.
Welcome to the start of a new chapter in your life; Having the vulnerability to begin this journey is a huge step in the right direction, and I am proud of you!
While working together, my approach will be warm and collaborative. I believe YOU are the expert on your own life, and in our work together, I’ll provide a supportive, non-judgmental space to help you tap into your inner strength and build a toolkit for lasting change.
I help high-achieving adults who seem to have it all together. They have promotions, busy schedules, and always say, "I'm fine," but still feel anxious, tense, or quietly worn out. You might be the person everyone counts on. Maybe your life looks impressive from the outside, but it leaves you feeling drained inside.
My approach is direct, approachable, and warm. I ask honest questions, share what I notice, and avoid vague therapy language. You don’t have to put on a front or worry about my feelings during our sessions. Together, we’ll figure out what’s really behind your anxiety, such as perfectionism, taking on too much, fear of falling behind, people-pleasing, or burnout, and practice real skills you can use right away.
I also help with trauma and depression, even when it doesn’t look like the usual idea of "struggling." Sometimes, what seems like anxiety is actually a nervous system that’s been on high alert for a long time. It’s important to understand this, not just try to manage it.
I draw on psychodynamic and psychoanalytic therapy to help us understand how your patterns started and why they continue. I also use CBT to give you practical tools you can use now. I’m trained in Brainspotting (Phase 1), which can help when anxiety or tension shows up in your body and talking hasn’t helped enough. I help high-achieving adults who seem to have it all together. They have promotions, busy schedules, and always say, "I'm fine," but still feel anxious, tense, or quietly worn out. You might be the person everyone counts on. Whether you are navigating emotional challenges, relationship or family conflict, questions surrounding gender identity or sexuality, attachment and codependency concerns, or the effects of trauma, my goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where you can explore your experiences without judgment.
As a therapist, I bring compassion, curiosity, authenticity, and an affirming approach to the therapeutic relationship. I believe therapy should be collaborative and individualized, recognizing that healing looks different for everyone. I strive to meet you where you are, help you understand patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and empower you with tools to navigate emotions, establish healthy boundaries, and build more fulfilling relationships.

Hi, I'm Olivia Lauzon, LCSW/LICSW and Certified Perinatal Mental Health provider. I specialize in working with mothers navigating trauma, anxiety, burnout, and the deep identity shifts that come with parenthood. We’ll move at your pace, with room for what matters most to you.

Hi, I'm Ashley, a Licensed Professional Counselor and Reiki II practitioner. I believe that somewhere underneath the anxiety, the self-doubt, and the patterns that keep repeating, there is a version of you that already knows the way. My job isn't to fix you. It's to create a space steady enough that you can actually hear yourself. Together we get curious about the thoughts that won't quiet down, the emotions that feel bigger than the moment, the behaviors that keep showing up even when you don't want them to, and what all of it is actually trying to tell you. I utilize a holistic approach, bringing tools into our work that help you understand what's happening in your mind and body when you're overwhelmed, so you can actually do something about it instead of just surviving it. But more than any method or modality, I show up as a real person walking alongside you, trusting that you are the expert on your own life. If you're ready to listen to that wiser part of yourself and create meaningful change, I'd be honored to walk with you.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LMHC) and Educator in Florida. I have a counseling and mind-body healing practice in Miami and work for the Miami-Dade County Public School system as a School Counselor. I have mostly been working with and serving Miami-Dade youth and Miami-Dade educators over the last 20 years, helping them overcome self-doubt and anxious tendencies that keep them from self-awareness and connecting with their most peaceful, loving, and best versions of themselves.
Are you experiencing frustration, confusion or turmoil in your life? Even to the point where you see no sense of direction while trying to navigate through life? At times, this can be overwhelming for individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, PTSD, including other mental health disorders. Hi! My name is Stephaney and I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida with almost a decade of experience in treating adults and adolescents for various mental health challenges and co-occurring diagnoses.
I was inspired to become a therapist by my unique experience migrating to the United States at the age of 13 and attending middle school which was very challenging for me. Culture shock became my reality and one that would eventually lead me to “Severe anxiety.” Even with a very strong family support system, I felt alone and trapped by my own inner fears and self-defeating thoughts. Constant worry and fear of being bullied by my peers became my everyday experience.
Through all these obstacles, I was able to process my feelings and experiences with my faith in Jesus Christ, supportive family, and a few good friends. To this extent, I have come to recognize the benefits of a strong support system and the need for social and relational connection.
As a mental health counselor, I’m privileged to be a part of that support system for many people. I work with my clients to connect the dots between their thoughts, emotions, and actions, all while providing sound strategies to promote healthier thought processes. I believe that every human being deserves a chance to be heard and understood, and therapy has taught me that as human beings, we are more alike than different. So as your therapist, I’m excited to be a listening ear for you and help guide you toward your goals.
Life can be challenging! Whether you are struggling with stress and worry, trying to break free from toxic relationships or habits, or just looking to nurture and care for yourself, let’s take on this journey together! I have over 15 years of experience in the mental health field working in various settings with various populations, including those struggling with severe and persistent mental health issues. My vast experience has created a solid foundation in helping individuals with the unique struggles they may face.
I utilize a strength based approach while integrating various modalities to individualize care as not one story is the same. My extensive experience working with interdisciplinary teams has also expanded my knowledge and familiarity with various resources and interventions that can also support the therapeutic process.
By utilizing a warm and compassionate yet direct approach, my hope is to empower and guide you in finding the key to unlock the passage to freedom within your own mind. I am confident that with the power of our therapeutic relationship, trust, and vulnerability, we can get there together.
