Hi! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counseling in the state of Florida. I have been licensed for 11 years and have worked with all ages and all ranges of mental health concerns. I am a solutions-focused therapist who focuses on building strengths and incorporating humor into therapy.
I spend a lot of time making sure clients feel safe and comfortable in therapy and can find the joy in the difficult times.
My goal is to help clients work through roadblocks and find joy in their lives.
First session
In our first session, clients can expect to ask any questions they have about the counseling process and what to expect. Clients can share with me about their concerns and their goals for counseling. We will come up with a plan of how we can work through these concerns together.

I am fully trained in Trauma-Focused CBT and have been using it with clients for 10 years to process past traumas.
Child Parent Psychotherapy
I have 12 years experience in working with parents and children in strengthening their relationship and working through child behavioral concerns.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I use CBT with clients to work through a variety of mental health concerns.
