Hi! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in New York and Florida. I have 30 years experience in the helping profession and 7 years as a therapist. I believe that insight without action leads to stagnation and frustration. It is valuable to talk about problems and issues but without a plan of action, clients often become discouraged. Much of my work will involve helping you identify a next right step in addressing challenges.
My name is Olga and I am a licensed professional counselor in the state of NJ, AZ and FL. I am eclectic in my approach to therapy and some of the alternate treatment modalities that I use include cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, solution focused brief therapy, mindfulness based therapy, etc. I hope to build a strong and trusting relationship with all of my clients and I believe that therapy should be a safe and non-judgmental environment where client's can work toward their goals.
Hi, I'm Katie, a Licensed Clinical Social.
Helping and supporting others has been a driving factor in my life; therefore, I began my career as a teacher. My education and experience in the classroom greatly influenced me; however, I saw how difficult it is to learn when one is struggling with many emotional and mental health needs. While in graduate school, I transitioned to working with families in more of a case management role. During that time, I started noticing how the adults I worked with were often struggling and had not received the help they needed. After completing graduate school, I began working in an inpatient hospital that treats mental health and chemical dependency. After several years working with patients individually and facilitating group therapy, I transitioned to managing an intensive outpatient mental health program for senior adults. In this role, I facilitated group therapy and met with patients individually at times. I greatly enjoyed getting to know my clients and cheering alongside them as they made progress. While I value group therapy, I recognize that it is not the right fit for everyone. Therefore, I have set up a private practice to meet the needs of individuals in ways I was unable to do in previous roles. I believe change is possible and that each person has strengths and life experiences that they can draw upon to help themselves move forward. My passion is helping clients utilize what they already have, learn additional tools for coping, and develop healthier ways of thinking.
Therapy isn't just about talking. It's about getting results. I offer the kind of therapy which provides my patients with the results that they are seeking.
I am an experienced Psychotherapist (25 years) who is licensed to provide therapy to individuals, couples, and families.
I am an honors graduate of Northwestern University , The Family Institute at Northwestern University, and The Chicago Institute for Psychoanalysis. While completing my graduate studies, I was chosen to be mentored by several of the top Family Therapy Theorists in the United States.
I have taught at Northwestern University, as well as, Lake Forest College as a faculty member. I have been a Clinical Fellow at the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy for over 20 years. My goals for each patient are individually thought out according to a collaboration between patient and therapist. I can teach you how to become your own best advocate. My objective as your therapist is to assist you in becoming the best you can be in the environment in which you live. People start to heal the moment they feel heard. I look forward to joining you as your therapist.
I am a warm and caring therapist who feels truly honored to walk alongside people on their journey toward healing and growth. My own diverse life experiences have shaped how I connect with and understand others, allowing me to offer genuine empathy and support. Over the years, I have been blessed to work in many different settings, including medical facilities, schools, and private practice, giving me a deep appreciation for the many ways life can impact our mental and emotional well-being. I strive to create a safe and welcoming space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported as you work toward positive change. It is my privilege to be part of your journey and to help you discover the strength and resilience you already carry within you.

I’m compassionate when you need support and willing to gently challenge you when growth requires it.
Whether you’re trying to heal from something that happened years ago, navigate something happening right now, or simply become more intentional about the life you want, you don’t have to figure it all out alone. We’ll work together, one step at a time.
I specialize in working with clients who are motived, courageous, and open to exploring their inner world. My goal is to help others achieve their goals. As a licensed clinical social worker, I offer a warm, grounded, and collaborative space where clients can slow down, reflect, and better understand themselves. I help clients by navigating anxiety, relationship struggles, or life transitions. Most people are overwhelmed by pressure. What they tend to want most is clarity, peace, and to feel more connected. They're seeking safe, nonjudgmental space where they can explore their thoughts freely and begin to moe toward a life that feels more aligned and intentional.

My practice is grounded in the belief that you already carry wisdom within you, and my role is to help you access it with greater clarity, compassion, and confidence.
I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, identity, self-worth, and the emotional demands of leadership and everyday life. My approach is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and centered on the whole person. Depending on your needs, our work may include mindfulness, somatic awareness, reflection, emotional regulation, and practical strategies for creating meaningful change.
I strive to create a therapeutic environment where you can show up authentically, without judgment or pressure to have everything figured out. My guiding philosophy is simple: You Hold the Answers, I Hold the Space™.
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, trained in systems theory, and work to incorporate as many aspects of my client's system into therapy as possible. I work primarily from an MRI perspective, seeking out patterns of interactions in client relations which result in problems, and working to change those patterns of behavior for their benefit. I believe in working collaboratively with my clients to create change where they want change to occur. My primary interventions are EMDR, IFS, and DBT-based.
Licensed in Georgia and Florida. For more information, go to www.kristigodwin.com.
I love the potential benefits therapy can yield. Therapy is about discovery and healing. I have a decade of experience working with counseling services. I am a first generation American, the daughter of Jamaican immigrants and love helping persons navigate their therapeutic goals as historically receiving mental health services is stigmatized. I also love working with adult women and men who are looking to find healing from past trauma. I am here for your therapeutic journey towards healing.
As a Latino war veteran and Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), I bring both cultural understanding and firsthand experience with resilience, transition, and recovery to my work as a therapist. I am dedicated to supporting individuals navigating crisis, depression, PTSD, and anxiety, offering a compassionate and empowering space for healing.
My approach integrates Crisis Stabilization, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Motivational Interviewing, helping clients build coping strategies, strengthen emotional well-being, and rediscover balance in their lives. Drawing from my military and cultural background, I strive to connect authentically with each client and guide them toward meaningful growth and stability.
I look forward to meeting and working with you. I am a licensed mental health counselor with a certification as a clinical trauma professional. I moved from Pennsylvania in 2019 as I could not handle winter anymore and needed to be somewhere warm! I have two Master of Arts degrees from Kutztown University - one in Counseling Psychology (obtained in 1995) and the other in School Counseling (obtained in 2004). I started in mental health therapy in 1995, moved into substance abuse counseling for several years, then to school counseling while I raised my son for 18 yrs, and now have returned to mental health/substance use counseling as that is my passion. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband doing outdoor activities - especially riding the Harley and going out on the water. I love to exercise and walk daily and enjoy knitting in my spare time.
Everyone in life (including therapists at times) need someone to talk to in order to help resolve problems, manage stress, process trauma or enhance coping skills. I believe in looking at what you want to accomplish as the goal of therapy and then working on skills to achieve that goal. I utilize trauma stabilization and reprocessing strategies, cognitive-behavioral techniques as well as person-centered and solution focused techniques. I believe everyone has the tools inside them to achieve their goals; it is just about unlocking them and utilizing them.
I have worked extensively with trauma survivors in addition to clients dealing with depression, anxiety, eating and substance use disorders. I have worked with the LGTBQ+ community. I enjoy working with all clients but prefer working with those ages 8 and older. I offer individual, couples, and family counseling.
