Hi there! My name is Natalie, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have worked in the mental health field for 12 years. I would say my strong suit is working with clients dealing with: mens Issues, military populations, prenatal/postpartum depression and anxiety, low self- esteem, and social anxiety. My passion is working with people going through their toughest moments and watching them transform into the best version of themselves in the process. I really believe that each client deserves individualized treatment, not just a "cookie cutter" approach. I take my time building trust with my clients so they feel safe to be vulnerable in sessions with me. My ultimate goal is to create an environment where healing can happen.
Have you or your child been feeling overwhelmed lately? Have you been looking for a therapist who is open-minded, compassionate, and creates a safe space for you or your child to be vulnerable? Hello, I'm Rose-Marie, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. Life can be stressful at times and it can be hard to cope with the everyday changes and curve balls thrown at you. Sometimes we don't think about the importance of our mental health. We struggle with adjusting to the changes life sends our way and may end up becoming anxious or depressed. In today's busy world we find ourselves playing multiple roles that require a lot of our time. We may even find it hard to communicate our feelings, emotions, wants and needs in our various relationships. As a result we may neglect to take care of ourselves or may focus more on one of our roles while neglecting the others. As a working mother of two, I totally get this and I am passionate about helping other parents navigate these demands. I can help you explore and find ways to cope. I use cognitive behavioral therapy to help address the thoughts that led to depression and increased persistent anxiety. I also use Solution Focused Therapy to look at what worked and how to do more of it.
The great thing is that you took the first step by seeking a therapist. This can be scary, but I believe in creating an open and safe environment for you to share issues and feelings without feeling judged. I work with you at a pace you feel comfortable with while building the therapeutic relationship.

Hi!
I was born in Puerto Rico, but I have been living in the United States since 1990. I graduated with my Bachelors of Arts in Psychology from D’Youville College in Buffalo NY, then with my Master in Social Work at the University at Buffalo. I started my career as a Bi-Lingual Dual Disorder therapist at an outpatient agency in Buffalo NY. Moving to Florida in 2014, I worked with individuals who have been diagnosed with alcohol and/or substance misuse who have been linked with the court system, as well as working with children, adolescents, and adults who have experienced complex trauma. I have experience in working as a program manager providing guidance and clinical direction to other therapists, as well as providing therapeutic services to individuals within the LGBTQAI+ community and those who have been impacted by an HIV diagnosis. Throughout my career I have been able to gain knowledge on different types of diagnoses and resources in order to assist in improving individuals overall well-being in a holistic way.
Welcome! I am Kamitra. Do you have depressive, negative or self-defeating thoughts that make life hard to enjoy? Do you feel as if you are not good enough or that your traumatic past is holding you back from achieving your best self? Trust me, you are not the only one. I assist minorities with overcoming those overwhelming thoughts associated with anxiety, depression and trauma.
I love channeling those inner feelings and processing thoughts to get to the core of your struggles, all while creating structure in your daily life, setting goals and increasing self-esteem. This is your safe space and I am here to assist you with creating the best version of you. Therapy may seem scary however, we will take it one session at a time. When you are ready, let's get started!
Do you feel stuck and don’t know what else to do? Are you seeking change to help reclaim your joy, health, and well-being? I will help you to genuinely access what exists inside you to help you become clear and confident in yourself and therefore make effective choices aligned with your true self. I draw from various therapeutic approaches to illuminate underlying issues, free up blocks, and heal old wounds.
I'm a seasoned Therapist with a varied background and multiple modalities of treatment. Aside from Florida I am currently treating clients nationally and internationally in many countries all over the world. From London to Spain, from Saudi Arabia to Australia. My experience spans families, couples and individuals young and older. Culturally sensitive and non judgmental. Clients leave my session feeling empowered towards change.
Maybe you’re the person everyone counts on, the one who handles things, keeps going, and appears to have it all together. But underneath that, you may be anxious, emotionally exhausted, constantly overthinking, or struggling in relationships. You may find yourself people-pleasing, feeling guilty for saying no, putting everyone else’s needs before your own, or wondering why the same patterns keep showing up even when you know you want something different.
I work with adults who want to understand where these patterns come from and begin changing them. Often, our work explores how family dynamics, childhood experiences, and past relationships have shaped the way you view yourself, manage emotions, set boundaries, and connect with others. This isn’t about blaming the past. It’s about understanding what you learned to do to cope or feel connected and deciding what still serves you today.
For some clients, these patterns become even more noticeable after becoming a parent. Parenthood can bring up unexpected emotions about your own childhood, your relationship with your parents, and what you want to carry forward or intentionally do differently with your own family.
I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, National Certified Counselor, Certified Perinatal Mental Health Professional (PMH-C), and EMDRIA Certified EMDR Therapist. My approach is warm, collaborative, and genuine, with a focus on helping you understand yourself more deeply, heal from experiences you may still be carrying, and create healthier patterns in your relationship with yourself and others.
A warm, compassionate, genuine therapist, who believes to live a full life one must be balanced physically, mentally, and emotionally. I am very mindful of how culture, identify, and lived experiences shape how we navigate the world. I also genuinely believe in meeting each client where they are, and creating a space where they feel safe, respected, and empowered to show up just as they are. So, I approach the therapeutic relationship with the understanding that my clients are the experts in their lives, and I am the explorer helping them change course in their journey. As a therapist in Private Practice for over 8 years, I have learnt that therapy works best when it feels real and human — when clients can feel that I am not just listening, but genuinely present with them.

Hello, my name is Justine Nyman.
I want to thank you for taking the time to seek support. It is not easy to reach out or even realize that counseling/support is needed. So, I welcome you to therapy.
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Florida. I have 10 years' experience and continue to grow in my therapeutic approaches and my knowledge as a therapist.
I create an environment where the client feels comfortable and open to emotional vulnerability. In order to express ourselves and be open with our struggles we need to feel comfortable in the therapeutic process. I use acceptance with my clients and don't judge them based on their history or their current choices. I want the client to feel that they can start their journey, set goals, use coping skills, and improve their overall well-being.
Counseling is a process and takes time. Some individuals require more time than others and that is okay. I believe in moving with the pace of the client, through setting goals and practicing tools is essential for change. In order to feel change, we need to make changes in our everyday lives. If we don't initiate changes, it becomes a struggle to move forward.
"Practice makes permanent"
I look forward to working with you on your journey of growth, mastery, and success.

Do you find that you tend to dwell on the past and things you can’t change? Do you worry about the future, the what if’s and things you cannot predict? That’s where I can help.

Hi, and welcome. I know that looking for a therapist can feel intimidating, especially when life has already thrown so many challenges your way. It’s normal to feel overwhelmed, uncertain, or even hopeless in the process. But I want you to know—you're not alone, and support is here.
After facing my own personal challenges with relationships, parenting, and identity, I felt called to help others move through the same struggles. With over 15 years of experience, I work as both a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). My work integrates clinical therapy with behavioral science to support individuals, couples, and families in navigating their lives with confidence, clarity, and compassion.
I provide a safe, non-judgmental space where we can explore what’s holding you back, understand long-standing patterns, and begin building new skills and perspectives that support sustainable change.
