(she/her)
Narcissists weaponize by their reactivity. If you do something they don't like they make you feel guilty. Guilt is associated with having done something wrong and the guilt is the glue that holds these relationships together. I work with clients who suffer from narcissistic abuse, addiction, anxiety, depression, and trauma. Ive had the pleasure of helping my clients gain awareness and heal from trauma. In addition I also provide supervision for licensure.
In our first session together we can discuss s you want to address and gather some history and background to figure out why these issues may be occurring.
Having worked with women and trauma for the past 28 years I have developed a deep understanding of issues that you are facing and how to go about helping you create healthy change and begin to live a more free and full life.
I love working with clients who want to change old patterns and are feeling stuck in relationships that cause them emotional pain. Do you wonder why you have difficulty leaving relationships that cause you emotional pain? These relationships can be with romantic partners, family members, friends or even in the workplace. Do you experience anxiety, lack of sleep, decreased focus, over spending, over eating and or depression? Very often women feel overwhelmed by repeating old patterns and not understanding how to break the cycle. I am honored to help guide you and be part of your journey.

Attachment-based
I've been helping clients overcome their challenges using Attachment based therapy, DBT and CBT for over 15 years. Everyone views the world through their own unique lense and sometimes it's helpful to look at things from other perspectives. I help people get break painful relationship patterns and heal from narcissistic abuse . I also do assessments for ESAs and Substance Abuse Evaluations.
Eclectic
I like to adapt my approach to meet the needs of my client individually. Sometimes it is helpful to use multiple approaches to tackle more complex issues, especially if they overlap into different areas of your life.
Trauma Informed Care
My last position was operating a trauma informed program. There I was able to provide a safe space for victims of trauma to learn how to heal and help reset their nervous system to alleviate symptoms of anxiety, nightmares, depression, substance misuse, depression and other symptoms of trauma.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
Many times our depression and anxiety is related to our perspective. How we perceive things influences our feelings. Using CBT enables us to reframe our perspective and see things from different angles which can provide us much needed relief. Looking at our ideas differently helps us to restructure our thoughts which will in turn have a positive outcome on our feelings.

She's compassionate and has a sixth sense for what is going on. She's intelligent and well-educated in human behaviors and how to address them within one's self and with others.
