Hi there!
My name is Merlyndia Bellevue and I help women create meaningful shifts in therapy. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor based in South Florida serving women who speak English, French and Creole via Telehealth.
Whether you are experiencing daily stress, anxiety, life transitions/changes, or other women's issues, I am here to support you.
I believe in a collaborative approach that will essentially lead women to a life worth living. Your healing and wellness journey awaits. I look forward to supporting you and getting your needs met.
I am a licensed clinical social worker with over 22 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in a variety of settings. I specialize in helping individuals navigate life transitions, such as moving from adolescence to adulthood, gaining independence, and coping with major life changes like breakups and divorces. I also support clients dealing with depression, anxiety, everyday life challenges, and crisis intervention, using a compassionate and collaborative approach to promote healing and growth.
I am passionate about helping Millennials and Gen Z overcome hopelessness, exhaustion and self-doubt. My clients feel like they’re forcing a smile but deep down they feel depressed and defeated. It’s confusing and scary. I’ll help you shed a light on your sadness so you don’t have to feel like a fraud or a crazy person. I get it, we can figure this out together. My clients describe me as warm, caring and authentic. Even though what we talk about is important, I believe it’s our genuine connection that will allow you to create true and lasting change.
Since becoming a counselor, I have worked in a variety of community counseling settings. I have worked with clients from ages 3 through 80 and with individuals, couples, and families. With that breadth of experience, very little shocks or surprises me and I have gotten a pretty good sense of where the types of counseling that play to my strengths as a counselor overlap with the types of counseling that are helpful for my clients. This sense (along with learning about lots and lots of research into what helps people find and maintain mental health) has led to the following guiding principles that shape all the counseling I do:
1) The client is always in charge. I know a lot of things but you will always be the one who decides what you want to get out of counseling, how we work towards that goal, whether or not what we’re doing seems to be working, and when we’re done.
2) Change and health happen through relationships. No matter what you come in for, there are always relational implications of change and relational factors that contribute to whatever it is that you came to counseling to change.
3) Counseling should be efficient. Counseling has significant costs in time and money. I think the benefits far outweigh the costs but if I can give you the benefits while helping you save on the costs then I want to do that.
Welcome—I'm so glad you're here.
Whether you're navigating a challenging season, healing from past wounds, or simply searching for a safe space to grow, I want to honor the courage it takes to reach out for support.
My name is Victoria, and I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a passion for helping individuals find clarity, healing, and peace.
In our work together, you’ll find a nonjudgmental space where you are seen, heard, and supported. I take a trauma-informed, person-centered approach that respects your lived experience while drawing from evidence-based practices tailored to your needs—whether that includes cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Christian counseling, or other supportive modalities.
My goal is to walk alongside you as you make sense of your story, reconnect with your strengths, and move toward the life you desire.
Whether you’re ready to begin or simply exploring your options, I’d be honored to connect with you.
Hello, my name is Deidre.
I work with individuals and couples experiencing concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma-related symptoms, grief and loss, substance use, and relationship challenges. Common concerns include racing thoughts, difficulty concentrating, low motivation, decreased interest in activities, intrusive thoughts or memories related to trauma, and ongoing relationship distress.
I have over 8 years of experience in the mental health field providing therapeutic support across a range of clinical presentations. My approach is collaborative, client-centered, and evidence-based, with a focus on improving emotional regulation, insight, and overall functioning. I strive to create a supportive, structured environment where clients feel safe to explore challenges and work toward meaningful change.

Anxiety spiraling? Stuck in survival mode? You’re not broken—just burnt out.
I’m Stacey, a licensed therapist who helps adults break free from substance use, anxiety, and emotional overload. Using proven tools like CBT, DBT, and solution-focused therapy, we’ll build real-life coping skills that actually work. No judgment, just support. Let’s take the first step toward feeling grounded, clear, and in control again.
As a counselor, I believe that healing begins with understanding — both of ourselves and of the patterns that shape how we live, think, and feel.
My approach is person-centered, strength-based, and compassionate. I deeply believe in meeting clients where they are, and I honor the pace at which each person is ready to move. Growth takes time, and every step forward is meaningful. I hold the belief that we each already carry the strength, wisdom, and resilience we need within us — sometimes we just need help uncovering it. By gently shifting away from unhelpful patterns and learning to embrace more empowering ways of thinking and being, we make room for courage, clarity, and transformation.
Most importantly, I want clients to know that this deep and necessary inner work doesn't have to be done alone. As a counselor, my goal is to walk alongside you — with honesty, care, and encouragement — as you navigate life’s challenges and rediscover what’s possible for you.
Hey, I'm Toni! Do you struggle with anxiety? Perhaps you have racing or repetitive thoughts that you just can't shake? Or maybe you constantly struggle with fixating on "worst case scenario"? Do you just feel overwhelmed?
I empower high-functioning adults to overcome the struggles of anxiety. Whatever the cause of your anxiety may be, I utilize a variety of different techniques, from a holistic approach, to help you overcome these uncomfortable symptoms of anxiety. Together we will focus on you as a whole, looking at all areas and aspects of your life. I integrate nutrition, movement (yoga, pilates, aerobic exercise, and even walking), mindfulness and self-awareness to focus on the root cause of your anxiety.
Seeking therapy can feel scary but you're making the right choice. You deserve a safe space to heal and grow. In our sessions together, I'll meet you with compassion and evidence-based techniques so you can overcome the hangups and habits holding you back. Let's work together!
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Florida, Virginia, Pennsylvania, and Illinois and have been practicing for 23 years. Within my holistic practice, I incorporate mindfulness techniques such as deep breathing exercises, meditation, positive affirmations as well as utilize creative arts and movement during sessions. I work with clients who are feeling overwhelmed, overstimulated or anxious. I provide support as well as pride myself in a person centered approach, meeting my client where they are, and helping them to meet goals that they wish to achieve. I am compassionate about working with individuals facing infertility or health issues.
I believe in the power of connection and provide a warm, comfortable environment where you can explore your thoughts and emotions freely. That said, I also know that growth often requires us to face hard truths and step outside our comfort zones. Together, we’ll work through difficult topics and push past barriers, with compassion and the insight needed to build healthier patterns and more meaningful relationships.
I have been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for 25 years. I am passionate about helping my clients overcome their perceived challenges and find their inner strength. I help my clients find confidence, joy, and improved connections with others.
I grew up overseas and have lived around the world, giving me the opportunity to learn about other cultures and beliefs. This global experience has given me compassion and a greater understanding of situations beyond my own.
Welcome, I’m glad you’re here! Bienvenido, servicios en Espanol! I’m a licensed clinical social worker with over 20 years of experience supporting adults, children, and families through life’s most difficult challenges. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, family stress, or major life transitions, I offer a compassionate, grounded space where healing and growth can take root. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with a wide range of individuals and families, including those within the military community. I understand the unique pressures and sacrifices that come with military life.
My career started as a classroom teacher and school counselor. I currently have over 20 years of experience working with students and families. In addition to my school counseling career, I am a crisis clinician in a major hospital in the DFW metroplex and work in over 32 emergency rooms providing on-call patient care. My role as a therapist is to assist and support clients as they learn new ways of coping and adjusting to life’s challenges. Counseling will vary depending upon one’s personality, stage of life, strengths or particular concern. Getting started can feel overwhelming. You have no idea where to even begin. You’ve been putting off therapy because you’re afraid it won’t help. More than anything you’d like to be able to feel happy again. You’d like to be able to put yourself out there more and to create deeper, more meaningful relationships with others. You want to have the courage to be your authentic self without hiding behind a mask.
I am a 2nd generation Korean American from Baltimore, MD living in Miami, FL providing in person and telehealth therapy services in MA and FL. I graduated from Yale University and worked in pastoral care for 7 years before returning to graduate school for my master's in counseling psychology.
Since then, I have worked at a residential treatment center for latency aged and adolescent youth in state care and at college counseling centers. Although no longer a Christian counselor, I view moral formation as one of the primary developmental tasks of adulthood.
I have over 10 years of experience specializing in depression, anxiety, issues of acceptance and belonging, spiritual/religious transitions, identity/moral formation, career issues, relationships, stage of life issues, and family of origin issues.

If you’re here, chances are life feels heavy right now, and maybe you’re tired of pretending you’re okay when you’re not. I get it. Being a teen or young adult can feel like too much sometimes; emotions are big, people don’t always understand, and everything seems to be changing all at once.
Hi, I’m Shimyne Homidas, LCSW, and I’m glad you’re here. Reaching out for support is a powerful first step, and you don’t have to do this alone. I am the heart behind In Your Space, a place for real conversations, real emotions, and real growth.
Hello, my name is Justine Nyman.
I want to thank you for taking the time to seek support. It is not easy to reach out or even realize that counseling/support is needed. So, I welcome you to therapy.
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Florida. I have 10 years' experience and continue to grow in my therapeutic approaches and my knowledge as a therapist.
I create an environment where the client feels comfortable and open to emotional vulnerability. In order to express ourselves and be open with our struggles we need to feel comfortable in the therapeutic process. I use acceptance with my clients and don't judge them based on their history or their current choices. I want the client to feel that they can start their journey, set goals, use coping skills, and improve their overall well-being.
Counseling is a process and takes time. Some individuals require more time than others and that is okay. I believe in moving with the pace of the client, through setting goals and practicing tools is essential for change. In order to feel change, we need to make changes in our everyday lives. If we don't initiate changes, it becomes a struggle to move forward.
"Practice makes permanent"
I look forward to working with you on your journey of growth, mastery, and success.

Hi, I’m Dr. Catherine T. Revak, DSW, LCSW—but please, call me Cate. My path to becoming a therapist wasn’t a traditional one, and each chapter of my life has shaped how I show up for clients today. I served in the United States Air Force and spent many years in the financial services industry, experiences that taught me how to navigate complexity, hold difficult conversations, and remain present during times of stress and uncertainty.
Later, I returned to school at the University of Pennsylvania, where I studied Gender, Sexuality, and Women’s
Studies, and completed both my master’s and doctoral degrees in social work. My clinical training focused
on veterans’ mental health, grief, loss, and bereavement. My time working at the VA and in hospice care
deeply influenced my approach to therapy, reinforcing the importance of compassion, attunement, and the
healing power of being truly witnessed.
In therapy, I strive to create a space where you feel safe, seen, and supported. I draw from psychodynamic,
narrative, and trauma-informed approaches, but at the heart of my work is the therapeutic relationship
itself. Whether you are navigating grief, transition, or uncertainty, I walk alongside you as you find meaning,
connection, and a way forward that honors your experience.
I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the State of Florida. I'm experienced working with individuals, groups, couples and families. When working with an individual, couple or family I assess and addresses the entire family history, the sum of its parts, and not simply the individuals that comprise it. The distress or problem that originated may not solely be within an individual but a natural reaction to a family dynamic that creates the distress. By using Family Systems Theory I'm able to help the Client have a deeper awareness of their personal conflicts, how to resolve them, and live a more fulfilling life without addictions.
I have a Bachelor’s from the University of Arizona and a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Southern California. Im experienced working with Adolescents, LGBTQ+ Community, HIV/AIDS, Domestic Violence, Sex and Love Addiction, and 12 Step Recovery.

Since receiving my masters degree, I've worked in various settings including inpatient, outpatient, and the Department of Juvenile Justice residential programs working with children and adolescents. I've obtained my licensure in mental health counseling in 2024. I believe in making my clients feel comfortable by spreading positivity as well as humor in sessions. My approach to therapy consists of cognitive behavioral therapy and solution focused therapy. I will tailor a treatment plan based on the client's specific needs.
