Hello! I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) licensed in both New Jersey and Colorado, with over 27 years of experience. I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside people through some of the most challenging and meaningful moments of their lives. Over the years, I’ve learned that effective counseling isn’t about having all the answers—it’s about creating a space where people feel truly seen, heard, and supported as they discover their own path forward.
My style is eclectic, drawing from a variety of therapeutic approaches so I can tailor treatment to each unique client’s needs and goals. Whether through exploring emotions, building practical skills, or understanding deeper patterns, I’m committed to partnering with you to help you grow and heal in ways that feel authentic and effective.
Do you find yourself over-apologizing or carrying responsibilities that don't belong to you? Did you grow up in a home where feelings weren't tolerated? If that resonates, you are not alone. I work with adults who grew up in challenging, dysfunctional, or abusive environments and still feel the effects on their relationships and self worth today. We will explore these dynamics and how they have come to shape your life and sense of self. Together, we'll build the insight, confidence, and self trust needed to heal one step at a time.
When we work together, you will be welcomed with curiosity, warmth, empathy, and a genuinely nonjudgmental space. You'll be supported in exploring and breaking generational pattens, learning to navigate difficult emotions, and challenging your inner critic. My goal is to help you grow stronger, more resilient, and more empowered along the way.
Clients describe me as warm, easy to talk to, and authentic. Therapy with me is a space where can show up fully as you are and start creating a life that feels more peaceful, connected, and your own. Starting this journey can be hard, but you're not alone.
Hi, I'm so glad you're here. Taking the first step toward therapy can be one of the hardest.
I welcome clients from all walks of life and have a special passion for supporting women of all ages, teens, young adults and children. My approach is warm, compassionate, and person-centered. I believe in meeting you where you are and honoring the unique experiences that have shaped your story.
My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel seen, heard, and understood as we work together toward healing, growth, and meaningful change.
If this feels like the right fit for you, I'd be honored to connect and schedule an intake.
I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation to help determine if we're a good fit.
My clinical experience has been providing individual therapy services to adolescents, adults and seniors. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, grief and family issues.
My goal is to create a space where clients can authentically express themselves without fear of judgment or misunderstanding and to empower individuals to present their true selves confidently to the world.
I aim to help clients embrace all parts of themselves as they heal and grow.
You are the narrator of your story and I am here to guide and help support you through your journey.
I understand that seeking therapy can feel like a big step, and I want to meet you where you are. With over three years of experience, my goal is to create a supportive, non-judgmental space where you can feel heard and understood. I deeply value the connections I make with my clients and believe that personal growth happens when you feel safe to explore your feelings, challenges, and aspirations. While not every therapist will be the right fit for everyone, my commitment is to walk alongside you and help you find the tools you need to move forward, whether you’re facing a specific challenge or simply seeking personal growth. Together, we can work toward a healthier, more fulfilling life.

Hi! I'm Katie, a licensed professional counselor in Colorado. I enjoy working with people to overcome trauma and other challenges in life; to encourage growth, and realize their strengths. Hello! I am Vanessa Martinez, a licensed professional counselor and certified perinatal mental health therapist in Cortez, Colorado. I have been a therapist for 4 years. I graduated in 2022 with my master's degree from Capella University. My primary work has been in community mental health, which means I am confident and capable of handling various situations with care and compassion. I would love to work with you if you are a new mother, a seasoned mom, or just needing some additional support through parenting. Let me know how I can be of service to you!
I grew up in Las Vegas, NV in a big, blended family.
During my internship and following graduation, I worked at an inpatient treatment facility for teens dealing with high suicidality, self-harming behaviors, and psychosis. It was during this time that I began to recognize how much work can be done to prevent crises before they strike, rather than trying to figure it all out afterwards. Also, it isn't just big things like suicide that can be prevented-working to decrease stress, anxiety, increase fulfillment..these are worthwhile too.
If you feel nervous/weird/awkward/anxious about therapy, that’s normal.
All I can say is, you matter. You are an important part of the world. Let’s work together and see if maybe, just maybe, things could get a little better.

Hi! My name is Laura. I've been licensed for twenty years. I have an eclectic work history from private practice to healthcare work to non-profit agency work. In addition to my Masters of Social Work and being a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I have a Master's in Education with an emphasis in Early Childhood Education. My broad background and yes, I'll claim it, my maturity combines to help me meet you where you are and together take you to where you want to be.
I am a grounded yet curious lifelong learner. I am currently studying the brain and the central nervous system and their impact on our body mind spirit connection. I am a holistic practitioner. In my own life, like you, I have been able to navigate most of life's challenges on my own or with the help of a good friend or loved one but there have been other times when I too have reached out for support. As you review provider profiles trust your heart. One will speak loudest to you.
Are you tired? Wishing you could do more but are not sure how? My focus is with teens and adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, life changes, and nonstructural chronic pain. Your mental health can be debilitating. It can keep you from reaching your goals, enjoying the things you love, and from the things that you need. If you are reading this, you are not ready to give up. Call, email, or schedule your first session and take the road towards recovery.
My background in public schools and private practice has allowed me to support clients across many stages of life and experiences. I use a variety of evidence-based approaches and tailor therapy to your individual needs. My goal is to create a supportive, collaborative space where you feel heard and empowered to make changes at your own pace.
All sessions are conducted remotely, allowing you to participate from the comfort and privacy of your own space. In our first session, we’ll talk about what brought you to therapy and what you hope to gain from the process, then work together to create a plan that feels realistic and encouraging. If you’re ready to begin I’d be glad to connect with you.
I work best with high-achieving adults who are used to being the strong, capable person others rely on but feel exhausted from constantly pushing through. Many of my clients once felt active, motivated, and confident, but stress, caregiving, work, parenting, or major life transitions have left them overwhelmed and disconnected from themselves.
You may struggle with anxiety, burnout, low energy, perfectionism, people-pleasing, difficulty setting boundaries, or feeling guilty when you rest. Even when you are accomplishing a great deal, your inner critic may continue telling you that you are not doing enough.
As someone who values movement, the outdoors, personal growth, and the connection between physical and emotional health, I understand the importance of reconnecting with the parts of yourself that stress has pushed aside. My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, compassionate, and direct, with room for honesty and humor.
Together, we will quiet self-criticism, establish healthier boundaries, and develop realistic strategies that fit your life. Therapy is not about pushing harder. It is about finding your ground, reconnecting with yourself, and moving toward your next summit with greater balance, confidence, and self-trust.

Hello, and welcome. I am Dr. Samuel Hickson, PhD, LCSW, a licensed psychotherapist, neuropsychotherapist, clinical researcher, educator, and healthcare consultant dedicated to providing evidence-based psychotherapy for adults. Greetings! I’m Letitia, a Licensed Professional Counselor based in Georgia, and also licensed to provide therapy in Colorado and Florida. I’m passionate about helping clients discover their purpose, break through barriers that hold them back, and begin living the life they’ve always imagined.
Before becoming a counselor, I spent 12 years as an educator, which gave me a deep understanding of the academic, social, and emotional challenges that young people face. Today, I work with clients ages 10 through 35, supporting them through the pivotal transitions of adolescence, young adulthood, and early professional life.
I understand how it feels to struggle with fear, depression, anxiety, low confidence, or a lack of purpose — because I’ve been there myself. These personal experiences allow me to bring empathy, authenticity, and real-world perspective into every session.
With over a decade of experience in the mental health field, I’ve had the privilege of helping individuals overcome depression, anxiety, ADHD, PMDD, phobias, PTSD, and trauma. I also work with clients coping with grief, relationship challenges, and substance use concerns, as well as those seeking clarity in college, career, and personal growth.

I use humor, authenticity, and flexibility to create a space where clients can feel comfortable being themselves while working toward lasting change.
Clients can expect a warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative environment where we’ll uncover strengths, challenge limiting beliefs, and develop practical tools for emotional balance and growth. Together, we’ll create a path toward a more confident, fulfilled, and purpose-driven life.

I'm David Rothman, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) offering telehealth therapy for adults and couples throughout Colorado. I work with clients facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and major life transitions, using a warm, collaborative, attachment-focused approach centered on creating a safe space where you feel genuinely heard, understood, and respected.
I believe meaningful therapy starts with a strong therapeutic relationship. Together, we'll explore the experiences, emotions, beliefs, and relational patterns contributing to your distress — not just to reduce symptoms, but to help you build a deeper understanding of yourself and create change that lasts.
My work draws on several evidence-based and insight-oriented approaches, including Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and psychodynamic therapy. Depending on your goals, we might focus on building practical coping strategies, shifting unhelpful thought and behavior patterns, understanding how past experiences shape the present, or strengthening emotional connection and communication in your relationships.
For couples, I help partners uncover the emotional patterns beneath conflict and disconnection. By building greater emotional awareness, improving communication, and fostering a deeper sense of security, couples can move toward a healthier, more fulfilling relationship.
Whether you're navigating anxiety or depression, processing trauma, working through relationship difficulties, or facing a significant life transition, therapy offers a space to slow down, gain perspective, and discover new ways of responding to life's challenges.
I strive to meet every client where they are — without judgment, with thoughtful guidance and practical tools. My hope is that our work together helps you build self-awareness, strengthen your relationships, grow resilience, and create lasting positive change.

I create a relaxed atmosphere with an informal, friendly communication style, allowing you to express yourself freely. I work alongside you, guiding and supporting your journey with an approach tailored to your needs, and your feedback is invaluable for productive sessions. In our sessions, you will find a compassionate and non-judgmental space where your thoughts and feelings are valued. My goal is to support you as we work together to uncover insights, develop coping strategies, and empower you to live the life you desire.
Please note, the first session you schedule will be a 30 minute "intake" appointment. This will serve as a consultation to evaluate our fitness as client and provider. Your insurance will not be billed and you will not be charged for this as it is not considered a clinical service. Thank you!
