Hello There ! My name is Tanya Edwards. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have accumulated over 15 years of clinical experiences with diverse populations. My practice focus areas include issues attached to depression, grief, distorted self-image, career challenges, parental caregiving, friendship transitions, and entering new life stages. My practice is geared towards empowerment for growth, sustainment, and more growth!
I believe that every person has the capacity for growth, healing, and meaningful change. My role as a therapist is to provide a supportive, collaborative space where you can better understand yourself, navigate life's challenges, and move toward the life you want to create.
I work with individual adults in Colorado and Hawaii who are experiencing life transitions, anxiety, depression, grief, relationship changes, infertility, career decisions, stress, or simply feeling stuck. Sometimes clients come to therapy because of a specific event, while others have a general sense that something isn't working anymore. Wherever you're starting, we'll work together to identify your strengths, understand the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and develop practical tools for lasting change.
My approach combines evidence-based psychotherapy with a whole-person perspective. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy, mindfulness, and person-centered counseling while tailoring each session to your individual needs and goals. I believe emotional wellness is influenced by every part of our lives, and therapy should honor the unique experiences, values, and strengths that each person brings into the room.
Whether you're looking for support through a difficult season or seeking greater purpose, balance, and fulfillment, I strive to create a space where you feel heard, respected, and empowered.
Hi there! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Florida. I received my Master of Social Work from at the University of Central Florida. I'm a Florida native, where I've raised my children as a single mom and business owner. I have learned to roll with the punches and enjoy helping others not only survive, but thrive in adversity.
Hi! I am Mira Brady, a National Board Certified Counselor and Licensed Professional Counselor. I have been a high school counselor for 9 years, and a Licensed Counselor . I am a graduate of Prairie View A & M University, and I earned my Masters in Counseling and a Masters in Educational Administration.
I have experience working with individuals and adolescents. I have worked with clients dealing with anxiety, depression, family dysfunction, mental health issues, and so much more. Everyone deserves the right to a happy and healthy quality of life. As an educator for over 20 years, I possess a deep understanding of human behavior and emotional dynamics, coupled with strong communication and empathy skills, making me well-equipped to provide effective therapy and support to individuals in need.
My passion is helping you grow by reconnecting with your own internal wisdom. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Addiction Counselor, Certified Yoga Therapist, and EMDR trained. I received my master's degree in International Disaster Psychology from the University of Denver, and my experience spans community mental health, private practice, the criminal justice system, and working with asylum seekers. I bring an integrative approach tailored to meet the needs and goals of each individual I work with.
I’m a licensed mental health therapist with 5 years of experience specializing in trauma, self-care, and healthy boundaries. Over the years, I’ve worked in diverse settings: including jails, methadone clinics, and mental health agencies, giving me a broad understanding of different populations and their unique challenges. Outside of therapy, I enjoy reading, playing my Nintendo Switch, and binge-watching Netflix documentaries. I’m also a proud dog mom to Lucky, my 3 year old Yorkshire Terrier who brings so much joy to my life.
I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor trained and grounded between cultures—I'm Brazilian, based in Fort Collins with deep ties to Brazil, and I've built my practice around understanding the complexity of living across worlds. I work with adolescents and adults in English, Portuguese, and Spanish, which means I can meet you in the language and cultural context where you're most yourself.
My approach is warm and collaborative, but I won't shy away from gently pushing back when I see you selling yourself short or staying stuck in patterns that aren't serving you. Therapy with me means honest reflection—about your relationships, your anxieties, your life transitions, whatever brought you here. I specialize in working through anxiety, depression, grief, stress, and relationship challenges, and I bring my own experience navigating between identities and expectations to that work.
With over 5 years of counseling experience—including years as a school counselor and now running my own telehealth practice—I've learned that the best therapy happens when you feel truly seen and genuinely challenged to grow. I offer secure, confidential sessions so you can work with someone who understands your full story, cultural context and all.
My passion for this work spans over 6 years in the mental health and substance abuse field, and it is deeply rooted in my own personal journey with addiction and mental health recovery. This lived experience gives me a deeply empathetic, real-world perspective on the hurdles you face. I am living proof that everyone deserves quality mental health support, and that it is entirely possible to discover vital, healthy new ways of living. I work best with adult clients who are ready to navigate complex situations, find clarity, and transition into a healthier, more peaceful lifestyle. I have worked with many different types of clients, including those with addiction issues, and mental health issues ranging from anxiety to schizophrenia. In our sessions, you can expect a warm, accepting, and non-judgmental environment. I am a direct and collaborative therapist. I don’t just sit back and nod—I am an active participant in your healing journey. My therapeutic approach intentionally blends practical tool building with deep, compassionate reflection so you leave with real-world strategies. Additionally, for clients who are looking to process deeper history, I provide trauma-informed therapy through EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). Taking that first step toward therapy can feel daunting, but you deserve a space where you feel truly seen, heard, and supported.
Hi, I’m Alondra. I support individuals who are ready to heal, grow, and reconnect with themselves. My approach is holistic and trauma‑informed, honoring the mind, body, and spirit as we work together to create alignment and lasting change. I hold space with intention, compassion, and cultural awareness, helping you release what no longer serves you and step into a more grounded, empowered version of yourself.
Do you often see patterns in your life that you would like to change ,yet still repeat them? Counseling sessions will provide the support and guidance to understand and release emotions that keep you stuck. Relationships are key, whether it be your relationship with yourself, your partner, family member or friends, you will be able to develop self awareness and understanding of the influence of family culture and dynamics.
Over 30 years as a therapist, I have worked in a variety of settings , with a wide spectrum of ages and cultures . This experience has deepened my respect for each individual's journey and the influence of their family beliefs. I help clients to acknowledge these beliefs and gradually transform and expand them to enhance rather than limit their lives.
I have enjoyed working with children and adolescents and bring this experience with me , yet I am currently working primarily with adults which includes a special enjoyment to help couples to successfully transform limiting patterns and develop clear communication and listening skills. I have learned so much about life transitions through my work with trauma, hospice, death and dying, treatment foster care, eating disorders and liaison work with educational and community. These experience have strengthen my belief in human resiliency.
All of the sessions are remote and I provide a phone call prior to beginning sessions where you will be able to ask questions to see if we are a good "fit" to work together.
It can feel like addiction is writing your story, but it doesn't have to! We all have the strength to learn how to work with our brain and not let it have all the control. My goal is to help you hone the skills needed to find that strength and to help begin writing the story of the life that you have always envisioned for yourself.
Using skills from DBT, Attachment Theory, Nervous System Training, and Solution Focused therapy I make it my goal to help people navigate the stressors that come with life whether big or small.
My specialties include, but are not limited to: substance use, anxiety, depression, grief, self-esteem, and trauma.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who provides affirming, trauma-informed and trauma-focused therapy for adults navigating anxiety, trauma, life transitions, identity exploration, and religious trauma. Hi, I’m Demetria Agharese, and I help people who are tired of feeling overwhelmed, stuck, anxious, or disconnected from themselves find their way forward.
My ideal clients are adults who may look like they have it all together on the outside but are quietly struggling on the inside. You may be the person everyone depends on while privately battling anxiety, intrusive thoughts, OCD, self-doubt, burnout, relationship difficulties, or the pressure to constantly “hold it all together.”
Maybe your mind won’t shut off. You overthink every decision, question your feelings, replay conversations, worry about what might happen, or feel trapped by thoughts you wish you could turn off. Maybe you’re navigating a breakup, divorce, major life transition, low self-esteem, or simply wondering, “How did I lose myself?”
You don’t have to continue living that way.
I offer a warm, genuine, culturally responsive, and judgment-free space where you can put down the weight you’ve been carrying and talk openly about what’s really happening. I don’t believe therapy should feel like sitting across from someone who simply checks boxes on a diagnosis list. I believe you deserve to feel heard, understood, challenged when needed, and supported throughout the process.
Using evidence-based approaches such as CBT, ERP, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, behavioral strategies, and mindfulness, I help clients break unhelpful cycles, face fears, manage difficult emotions, build confidence, establish healthier boundaries, and become less controlled by anxiety and uncertainty.
Most importantly, therapy with me is collaborative. I’m not here to tell you who you should be. I’m here to help you discover who you are, understand what matters to you, and develop the confidence to live accordingly.
If you’re ready to stop simply surviving and start creating a life that feels more peaceful, authentic, confident, and meaningful, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
Life can be challenging, and it's easy to feel stuck in patterns that no longer serve you. I believe therapy isn't about eliminating every difficult thought or emotion - it's about learning how to respond to life's challenges in ways that align with your values and help you build a rich, meaningful life.
My approach is warm, practical, and collaborative. I strive to create a space where you feel heard, understood, and accepted while also helping you identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck. Together, we'll explore your values, build on your strengths, develop practical tools, and work toward meaningful, lasting change to help you move toward the life you want, feeling more balanced and fulfilled even when life feels uncertain or difficult.
I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor in Colorado specializing in couples therapy, particularly couples caught in the pursue-withdraw cycle — one partner chasing the conversation, the other shutting down. I also work individually with men who go quiet during conflict. My approach is active and coaching-based: you'll practice new skills in session and bring real issues from your week so we can work them live. The goal is change you can actually feel, not just insight.
I accept insurance for individuals. I only take private pay for couples counseling is $200 for 53 minute sessions.
Hello!
I'm a bubbly, laid-back person who also believes in the importance of assertive communication. I love meeting new people of different cultural backgrounds.
In my practice, I enjoy working with people who are adjusting to a new life, including teenagers, young adults, and older adults. Transitions can be extremely difficult leading to trouble making decisions, worry, depression, and substance abuse. It can be difficult to function well or thrive while adjusting to life right outside of college or adapting to retirement life after a full-time career of many years. Finding your way can be an exciting journey yet also bring about anxiety you may have never experienced before.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the states of Texas and Colorado. I received my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at The University of Texas at Austin and obtained my Master of Science in Counseling at The University of North Texas. Hello, I'm Cheryl.
I believe healing is most effective when we care for the whole person—mind and body together. After more than two decades as a counselor, I returned to school to become a Nurse Practitioner so I could provide more comprehensive care. Today, I combine both perspectives to help people find lasting improvements in their mental and emotional well-being. My background allows me to look at the bigger picture. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, sleep concerns, the emotional impact of a medical condition, or navigating a difficult life transition, we'll work together to understand what is contributing to your symptoms and develop a treatment plan that fits your goals, values, and lifestyle.
I believe every person deserves to be treated with respect, compassion, and genuine curiosity. Rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach, I tailor each session to your individual needs. My work draws from evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, psychodynamic principles, and other therapeutic approaches when appropriate. The goal isn't to fit you into a particular treatment model—it's to find what works best for you.

I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, past trauma, and co-occurring substance use, especially those who want to better understand how their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are connected. I’m particularly well-suited for clients who are motivated for change—even if they’re unsure where to begin—and are open to a collaborative, skills-based approach to therapy.
In my practice, I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients identify and challenge unhelpful thinking patterns, such as catastrophizing or all-or-nothing thinking, and replace them with more balanced, realistic perspectives. I incorporate techniques like cognitive restructuring, behavioral activation, and practical skill-building to support lasting change. I also utilize Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), an evidence-based approach that helps clients process traumatic experiences and reduce the emotional distress tied to those memories. This approach has been especially effective in helping clients experiencing trauma, PTSD, anxiety, and substance use challenges achieve meaningful, lasting relief.

Hello! I'm Jess, and I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I am licensed in both Colorado and Florida. I have been practicing therapy for over 10 years now, and am grateful to say that I genuinely love what I do. I know finding a therapist can feel overwhelming, and it's always a privilege to be able to earn a new client's trust.

I believe in being genuine and present with my clients, while gently challenging patterns that may no longer serve them. Together, we’ll build greater self-awareness, confidence, emotional regulation, and skills you can use beyond the therapy room.
I was drawn to this work because I know the impact that support from others can have. At different points in my life, I have benefited from people who helped me face challenges, understand myself more clearly, and move through difficult seasons with more honesty and direction. Those experiences taught me how powerful it can be to have someone help you feel less alone while also encouraging growth, accountability, and change. That shaped my desire to offer the same kind of support to others.

It’s truly an honor to support people through difficult times and be part of their journey toward healing and growth. My approach is warm and grounded in evidence-based practices. I strive to help you feel safe, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes. The work we do together can help you reconnect with yourself, build resilience, and create a life that feels more balanced and fulfilling.

I bring a wealth of experience and specialized training in addictions and mental health to my practice and there is one common theme I have noticed throughout my career, which is our self-talk. We are our own worst enemies, and this wreaks havoc on our self-esteem.
As a mature therapist, I bring together advanced clinical training, accomplished therapeutic skills, and extensive lived experience to support adults of all ages but specifically those who are 40 and older facing anxiety, trauma, depression, addiction, grief and major life transitions. I believe meaningful change happens through a collaborative therapeutic relationship built on trust, respect, and a genuine understanding of each person's unique journey.

Hi! I am a LPC with fourteen years of experience in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, interpersonal struggles, and poor self-esteem. I specialize in using CBT based therapies. I also have a lot of experience treating trauma with EMDR and narrative-based methods. I believe that trauma plays a big role in the lives of people. Trauma comes in many forms and levels of impact. If we are able to process trauma and find healing, we can experience growth, wisdom, and strength of character. If not processed and healed, trauma can become a source of depression, isolation, anxiety and loss of identity. Secondary to the trauma treatment is focus on coping, communication, connections, identity building, and problem solving. We will work to build a better sense of power and control in your life, which is the core of emotional and psychological well-being.
If you are feeling tired, overwhelmed, and wondering when life will feel normal again, please know that hope and healing are possible. Whether you are navigating past trauma, relationship struggles, or the anxieties of everyday life, you deserve to live with confidence and eager anticipation for the future. You don't have to carry this weight alone.
As your therapist, my heart’s desire is to partner with you, meet you exactly where you are, and create a safe, supportive environment for your growth. Over the years, I have had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients addressing concerns such as addiction, anxiety, depression, relationships, and trauma.
My approach to counseling is eclectic and holistic, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to your unique journey. I incorporate modalities including:
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
EMDR and Trauma-Informed Care
Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)
Additionally, if integrating faith into your therapy is important to you, I am happy to incorporate biblical principles into our work together. I offer flexible scheduling and look forward to walking alongside you on your journey to hope, healing, and restoration.
