Hi, I’m Alondra. I support individuals who are ready to heal, grow, and reconnect with themselves. My approach is holistic and trauma‑informed, honoring the mind, body, and spirit as we work together to create alignment and lasting change. I hold space with intention, compassion, and cultural awareness, helping you release what no longer serves you and step into a more grounded, empowered version of yourself.
Hi, I'm Taylor. I'm so glad you're here. It’s no small thing making the decision to sign up to talk to a stranger about the overwhelming and very often draining circumstances that you’re in. I want to highlight how much being on this site, and looking through profiles is such a significant step toward your mental health goals.
Anxiety and improving self image are at the core of my work. I focus on helping clients develop flexible thinking and self-compassion — practical tools that help you step away from self-criticism and patterns that keep life feeling heavy. The goal of this work isn't about becoming a perfect version of yourself. It's about learning to navigate life's challenges with greater flexibility, confidence, and self-understanding.
My name is Susanne Neal, and I understand how life experiences and transitions can shape the way we see ourselves and move through the world. I work collaboratively with clients to explore patterns and coping strategies developed earlier in life that may no longer be serving them. Together, we identify meaningful goals, build insight, and develop healthier ways to manage challenges and create lasting change.

I’m a trauma therapist and addictions counselor; this is where my heart is. I have the unique ability to see beneath the stains in a person. I can help you heal as far as you’re willing to go. I am a therapist for everyone else. I have a laid-back style. I can treat most mental health needs. I have two master's degrees, post-grad endorsements, but more importantly, I have lived experience. I enjoy working with people who are navigating the heavy weight of past experiences, persistent self-doubt, or the feeling of being constantly on edge. If you often find yourself stuck in overthinking or out-running that inner critic, or just trying to keep your head above water, I’m here to help. My approach is grounded, collaborative, and entirely free of judgment. I don’t view myself as an expert diagnosing you from across the room; rather, I am a teammate walking beside you. We will go at your exact pace, focusing heavily on how your body and mind are responding to stress, while building a toolbox that actually fits your life.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a Doctor of Natural and Bioenergetic Medicine, I have dedicated my career to understanding the profound dialogue between the mind and the body. In my years of clinical practice, I began to see a recurring pattern: traditional psychotherapy is powerful, but it often reaches a ceiling when the body’s "biological battery" is depleted. I realized that to truly help my clients heal from the inside out, I needed to bridge the gap between psychological processing and the body’s subtle energy systems.
My approach is built on the premise that your life experiences—your joys, traumas, and daily stressors—do not just live in your memory; they live in your cells and your energetic field. By integrating my clinical LPC background with my doctoral training in bioenergetic medicine, I offer a unique, 360-degree therapeutic experience. We don't just talk about the obstacles in your life; we work to shift the underlying energetic and physiological patterns that keep those obstacles in place.
Whether you are navigating the heavy fog of depression, the constant hum of anxiety, or the complexities of unresolved trauma, my practice is informed by a deep understanding of human bioenergetics. This allows us to look beyond surface-level symptoms to explore how your environment, your lifestyle, and your body’s unique energy pathways are impacting your emotional resilience. My mission is to guide you toward "Integrated Health"—a state where your mind is clear, your nervous system is regulated, and your spirit is fully aligned.
Most of the people I work with look like they have it together on the outside but feel overwhelmed, stuck, or under constant pressure internally. They’re capable, driven, and tired of feeling like they’re just getting by. I’m a licensed counselor who helps adults and adolescents slow things down, understand what’s beneath the surface, and build practical tools that lead to real, lasting change.

For more than a decade, I have had the privilege of walking alongside people as they navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, chronic illness, chronic pain, and life's unexpected challenges.
My passion for this work comes from a deep belief that every person deserves to feel heard, understood, and supported without judgment. Creating a space where clients feel safe enough to be authentic, vulnerable, and fully themselves is at the heart of my practice.
I take a collaborative and compassionate approach to therapy, meeting each client where they are while helping them identify practical tools for lasting change. My work draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, and EMDR, allowing me to tailor treatment to each individual's unique experiences and goals. I have a special passion for supporting individuals living with chronic illness, chronic pain, high-functioning anxiety, depression, and the emotional impact of medical trauma.
I believe therapy is about more than reducing symptom; it is about helping people reconnect with themselves, build confidence, strengthen relationships, and create lives that feel meaningful and fulfilling. It is truly an honor to earn my clients' trust and to witness the courage, growth, and resilience they discover along the way.

Hello ! Welcome to the exploration of the benefits of therapy. This may be your first time trying out this experience, or you may have worked with other clinicians in the past. People often think of therapy as scary; a luxury; an unnecessary expense and/or use of time; no better than talking to friends and loved ones; to be sought out only if things get really BAD. But in the decades I have been working as a psychotherapist with people just like you - they have found, as I hope you will, that it is a dynamic opportunity to start addressing the needs of the most important resource you have - YOU ! And YES, starting with someone new is scary, and sometimes anxiety-producing. I applaud you for taking this step.
Therapy is an educational process in which you are learning about you. I follow the pace of the client and can say that each person's journey to healing is different. I may have a compass to guide the process, but you are rowing the boat. There can be hard work on this exploration !
My experience as a therapist began in New York City, working in the field of domestic violence as a therapist and advocate. Living in New York City at that time, I had the opportunity and honor to work with people of various nationalities and cultures. I completed my Doctorate in Counseling Psychology at New Mexico State University in 2000. I worked for, and directed, several community- based , not for profit agencies before I took the plunge to start my own business in 2005. I was in private practice off an on for 20 years, and since that time I have worked as a contractor in many capacities, with diverse populations.
Are you struggling with feelings of anxiety, depression or other uncomfortable emotions? Has something happened in your life recently (or even long ago) that is causing you distress, interfering perhaps with your work, school, relationships or otherwise? To begin with, you're not alone! Also, there is help available.
I'm Lynn, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the states of Maryland and Florida. I've been a practicing psychotherapist for the past 25 years. Having worked in private practice, hospitals, mental health centers and hospice, I am familiar and comfortable working with all ages, stages of life, sexual orientation, cultural and ethnic backgrounds. I have found the single most important factor in achieving successful outcomes in counseling is the connection between therapist and client. Therefore, I strive to bring my authentic, caring, and non judgmental self to each and every encounter I have with my clients.
My diverse therapeutic background allows me to use multiple modalities in counseling clients. I strive to tailor my counseling techniques to match each individual's needs. Typically, using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as well as Dialectical Behavior Therapy help clients grow, gain insights into their behavior(s) as well as others and gain tools and skills in managing difficult emotions or situations in their lives.
Deciding to enter into counseling can be a scary thought for many. If you are thinking about therapy, I encourage you to give yourself the gift of self-care and good mental and emotional health by taking that first step. I look forward to meeting and working with you!
My style is deeply collaborative and person-centered—you are the expert on your own life. I am honored and enjoy helping adults in individual counseling to navigate various life experiences, stressors and challenges to become a more productive, healthy version of themselves.
If we draw a circle around ourselves and then begin working on the person in the middle of that circle, we recognize that is the only person we have control over to make changes, then we begin to grow.

Do you find yourself constantly overthinking, feeling anxious, stressed, or emotionally exhausted? Maybe you’re the person everyone else depends on, but no one realizes how overwhelmed you feel. If so, you’re not alone. You don’t have to figure it all out by yourself.
Hi, I’m Ash! I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Massachusetts and a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Colorado. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, life transitions, relationship challenges, self esteem, perfectionism, people pleasing, and difficulties with emotional regulation.
I believe therapy should be more than just a place to vent. It should be a place where real change happens. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and goal oriented. Together, we’ll explore what’s keeping you stuck, develop practical coping skills, gain insight into unhelpful patterns, and create meaningful, lasting change.
I integrate evidence based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness based interventions, and Motivational Interviewing. Every client is different, so I tailor therapy to your unique needs, goals, and experiences rather than taking a one size fits all approach.
While empathy and validation are essential, I’m not a therapist who simply listens and nods. I’ll provide honest feedback, ask thoughtful questions, gently challenge unhelpful patterns, and help you build practical strategies you can use outside of our sessions. My goal is for you to leave each appointment feeling heard, supported, and equipped with tools that make a difference in your everyday life.
Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, struggling with relationships, navigating a major life change, or simply feeling stuck, we’ll work together to help you build confidence, improve emotional well being, and create a life that feels more balanced and fulfilling.
