I help thoughtful adults build self-trust and break old patterns by turning insight into lasting change. I'm a licensed clinical psychologist with a doctorate (PsyD) from Pepperdine University and over 11 years of experience working with individuals navigating anxiety, depression trauma, life transitions, and identity/spiritual development. I've worked in a range of settings, including outpatient clinics, schools, and residential treatment programs, and have supervised teams of therapists in high-acuity environments. I specialize in supporting teens, young adults, and professionals who are seeking deeper self-understanding, improved emotional regulation, and greater clarity in their lives. My style is warm, direct, and grounded, and I aim to create a space where you feel both supported and empowered.
My passion for therapy is rooted in a deep desire to connect with others. Growing up in a family rich in cultural diversity, I have had the privilege of hearing stories from relatives of various backgrounds, which sparked my curiosity and appreciation for different perspectives. This experience has inspired me to continually learn about others—their thoughts, motivations, and unique journeys. I believe my purpose is to support clients as they strive to reach their fullest potential. For me, being a therapist means walking alongside individuals, couples, and families as they navigate challenges and embrace growth. It is both an honor and a privilege to serve my community in this meaningful way.
As an Integrative Psychotherapist, I focus on helping you to achieve balance in Mind, Body, and Spirit. Are you struggling with feeling sad, down, and/or anxious? Have you suffered trauma and/or abuse? Do you feel ashamed and/or guilty? Do you struggle with liking/loving yourself? Do you feel unworthy? Do you compare yourself to others and view yourself as less than and/or behind? Are you finding it difficult to keep up with all the responsibilities and challenges of life? If so, I want you to know that you are not alone, I understand, and I am here for you to create a safe space wherein you can express yourself and be truly seen and heard.
I specialize in toxic shame, Type 2 Diabetes, and autoimmune-related health conditions such as Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Fibromyalgia, Irritable Bowel Syndrome & Inflammatory Bowel Disease, and Psoriasis.
I wholeheartedly believe in you and your capacity to work through your struggles and create a life of joy and passion.

You might be at a turning point. Drained by work or the people around you, running on empty after years of giving more than you had to give, or trying to find your footing after a major life change. Maybe you're realizing how much of yourself you've set aside for others, or you're not sure who you are outside of a role you've outgrown. These are the crossroads I help people navigate, along with the depression, anxiety, and substance use that so often travel with them.
I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in California. Before becoming a therapist, I spent 15 years in the nonprofit sector, where I saw up close the burnout that people who give a lot of themselves often carry quietly. It's a big part of why I do this work today. My clinical background spans community mental health, crisis intervention, and residential addiction treatment, including work with veterans, so I'm comfortable working with substance use, whether it's your own or a loved one's. I bring a trauma-informed approach focused on stability, insight, and understanding the patterns we carry from early relationships into the present. Our work together is collaborative, and we move at a pace that feels right for you.
I also work with men who feel isolated or disconnected, and with anyone who has felt alone in carrying it all.

I am a LPCC based in California, offering bilingual therapy in English and Spanish. With over ten years of experience, I provide culturally responsive, evidence informed care to adults and parents. I support clients navigating anxiety, depression, grief, identity development, and major life transitions, including relationship changes, loss, and shifts in family, work, or personal roles. Many of the individuals I work with feel disconnected from themselves, stuck in familiar relational patterns, or uncertain about how to move forward after a separation or significant life change.
My work is shaped by both professional training and lived experience. As a Latinx immigrant, I bring a deep understanding of cultural identity and the complexities of navigating multiple cultural contexts into my work. I also draw from my lived experience as a parent to a nonbinary adult, which informs my commitment to gender-affirming and inclusive care. I enjoy working collaboratively to develop goals that are realistic, meaningful, and lead to positive change. I view therapy as a journey—one that helps you find steadier footing and supports you as you move along your unique path. Hi there, I'm Jaenai.
You made the right decision to seek someone to talk to, as we all deserve a neutral space to share our thoughts and feelings without judgment and to be accepted for who we are. Are you currently struggling to understand your emotions, behaviors, relationships, work or school life, or health? Is it difficult to practice kindness toward yourself and others?
I help with managing trauma, depression, and anxiety. Together, we can identify what's not working and get you back to balance. We'll use a whole self, client-centered approach, addressing the needs of your mind and body. I also integrate mindfulness to help you develop a stronger relationship with yourself and others.
Whether you're dealing with overwhelm, relationship issues or cycles of anxiety and depression, I'm here to help. Seeking therapy at all can feel intimidating, but you're making the right decision. You deserve a safe space to talk to find yourself to heal and grow. In our sessions together, I'll meet you with compassion and we will use evidence-based techniques so you can overcome the hangups and habits holding you back. Schedule your first appointment today. I also speak Spanish. Unfortunately, I am not accepting couples for couples therapy at this time.
Through connection, empathy and a non-judgmental approach, I offer ways to help you discover what may be blocking you from finding your true path in life. By not seeing an individual for what symptoms they have or what is affecting them, I am more interested in helping you find what is the cause of symptoms and how to process them.
I work with adults from all backgrounds. I am also open to any culture, belief, identification or orientation. All are welcome. I base all individual therapy on a client-focused approach and adapt sessions to the needs of each person.
It's easy to overlook our need for self-care when we're busy taking care of other aspects of our lives. Our priorities often revolve around work and our family's well-being, leaving us at the bottom of our list. My aim is to encourage self-determination through therapy. During our therapeutic relationship, we will work together to achieve your goals and find new ways to overcome obstacles and crises. We'll collaborate on identifying your strengths, as it's important to recognize how your current mindset and decisions are impacting the challenges you face in life.

I earned my B.A. and M.A. in Psychology from Pepperdine University, and my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (with an emphasis in Families and Couples) from the California School of Professional Psychology in Los Angeles. I have specialities in family systems, relational difficulties, perimenopause/menopause as well as depression, anxiety, and trauma.
Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here.
Whatever has brought you to therapy, you don’t have to navigate it alone. I believe that meaningful healing begins with connection - with others and with ourselves. In a world that often asks us to do more, be more, and hold everything together, it can be difficult to slow down and listen to what we truly need.
As a therapist, I strive to create a warm, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel understood, explore your experiences, and reconnect with your authentic self. I specialize in working with women navigating OCD and phobias. My approach is collaborative and individualized, honoring your unique story, strengths, and pace as we work toward a life that feels more meaningful, fulfilling, and aligned with who you are.
Hello! I am delighted that you have considered me to be your new therapist. Over several years, I have found a special place in therapeutic services and have been amazed in how certain treatment methods or techniques significantly help clients and their families find healing. I have worked with children, adults and families and find that we, (yes, even myself), all have one thing in common: to feel better.
Whether that is wanting to feel better about a decision needing to be made, overcoming heavy feelings from a traumatic event or accepting how you were uniquely designed and that your existence matters. I believe that everyone deserves to have professional support at any given moment in their lives and truly honor your commitment to yourself by seeking that support here and now.
I’m Juliana Mott Fabio, LCSW, and I specialize in supporting adults who are navigating grief, life transitions, anxiety, and the quiet emotional weight that can build when life feels overwhelming. Many of my clients come to therapy during seasons when they feel unsteady—after a loss, during a major shift in identity or relationships, or when old patterns of coping no longer feel sustainable. My role is to offer a grounded, compassionate space where you can slow down, reflect, and understand what you’re carrying with gentleness rather than judgment.
With a background in hospice, bereavement counseling, crisis work, and somatic practices, I bring both clinical experience and a deep respect for the human experience. I blend talk therapy with somatic and mindfulness-based tools to help clients reconnect with their bodies, regulate their nervous systems, and feel more present and supported in daily life. Together, we explore what is no longer serving you, strengthen your resilience, and identify new ways of relating to yourself and others.
My hope is that therapy becomes a place where you feel seen, understood, and empowered—where you can process your emotions, rebuild your sense of self, and move forward with clarity and confidence. You don’t have to navigate these transitions alone.

Together, we’ll work at a pace that feels right for you, build practical tools, and create meaningful change that supports the life and relationships you want.

Hi! My name is Alexis Kuney and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Southern California. Therapy and meeting a new therapist for the first time can be a little scary, but you've taken the first step, which is great! While depression and anxiety may be reasonable responses to your life experiences and the state of the world, that doesn't mean you have to suffer alone. You deserve support. I strive to create an environment where you can safely lean into difficult feelings and process your past and present without shame or judgment. We will work collaboratively to unpack the impact of systems, relationships, and intersectional identities (i.e. women of color, immigrant background, cultural stress) on your well-being. Together, we’ll explore healing as an act of empowerment and transformation.

Perhaps you've been considering reaching out for some time. Are you noticing the past affecting your current relationships, or that strategies that once worked for you no longer do? You might even find yourself dismissive of inspirational content on social media.
I help people understand the origins of their communication patterns and learn how to communicate more effectively. This reduces unnecessary conflict and misunderstandings at work, home, and in relationships.
Whether you're facing relationship challenges, workplace stress, the demands of parenthood, or struggling with past trauma—or a combination of these—you've found a place of support and optimism. Together, we will use your strengths, my expertise, and evidence-based techniques to help you achieve your treatment goals.
Let's begin your new journey together!
Greetings!
