Hi, I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and I'm here to support you through life's challenges with care, understanding, and a collaborative approach. I work with adults who may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck or emotionally drained due to anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, or relationship challenges. Many of the clients I work with are balancing multiple responsibilities and are looking for a space where they feel understood while also gaining tools to move forward and improve their relationships with others and themselves.
I understand starting therapy can feel like a big step, and my goal is to create a space where you feel safe, heard and genuinely supported. Together, we'll explore what's been weighing on you, make sense of patterns that may be limiting you, and begin building practical tools to help you feel more balanced and in control of your life journey. I use evidence-based approaches and incorporate mindfulness techniques to help you stay present, build self-awareness, and manage overwhelming thoughts and emotions.
My approach is collaborative and goal-oriented, focused on helping you build insight, strengthen coping skills, and feel more in control of your emotions and daily life. Together, we can work toward improving communication, setting healthy boundaries, and creating more balanced fulfilling relationships.
Overtime, my goal is to help you feel more confident, grounded, and equipped to handle challenges in a way that aligns with your values. You don't have to go through this alone, meaningful change is possible, and I'd be honored to support you along the way.
It's easy to overlook our need for self-care when we're busy taking care of other aspects of our lives. Our priorities often revolve around work and our family's well-being, leaving us at the bottom of our list. My aim is to encourage self-determination through therapy. During our therapeutic relationship, we will work together to achieve your goals and find new ways to overcome obstacles and crises. We'll collaborate on identifying your strengths, as it's important to recognize how your current mindset and decisions are impacting the challenges you face in life.
My goal as a therapist is to provide support and encouragement to you during challenging times. I believe my role is to use my education and experience to help you achieve your desired outcome and help you find ways to learn to live with your present life circumstances.
I specialize in evidence-based treatments for a wide range of conditions including anxiety, depression, career issues, difficult life transitions, adverse childhood experiences, grief & loss, relationship issues, anger management & domestic violence, and athletic performance.
I grew up in a small coastal town in Northern California, and graduated from Humboldt State University. From there I moved to Redding California and started my career as a Marriage and Family Therapist.
Welcome! If you are struggling with daily stressors, the state of the world or traumatic experiences, I welcome you to contact me to explore how I can support and help in your healing.
Therapy is a space dedicated to exploring your life and mind with the hope of something brighter and lighter. It is to alleviate that tension that may have been weighing you down for some time.
I see the therapeutic space as a puzzle that begins with the pieces you put on the table but slowly comes together, through our work, to see the final clearer image. As your therapist, I will help empower and guide you towards unlocking tools to improve your mental well-being.

Hello! I am Dr. Efrain Zepeda. I am a bilingual (English/Spanish) Licensed Clinical Psychologist and Clinical Social Worker. In the past 23 years of working as a mental health professional, one important lesson I have learned is that the most powerful therapeutic intervention is found in the interpersonal experience that occurs in the client-therapist relationship. Together we can analyze the past to co-create a new meaning to achieve healing. I strongly believe that therapy is not about labeling or judging, but rather about personal discovery.

Hi, I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, practicing in Northern California for 20+ years. I believe everyone has inner wisdom that is often difficult to access when we have dealt with trauma, fear, shaming and abuse. My goal is to help clients access the parts of themselves that they feel disconnected from or would like to develop further. I believe very strongly that healing and change are possible at any age! I like to teach skills that help with finding the strong parts of each person, that may have been suppressed or cut off, due to life circumstances.
Reaching out for therapy can feel vulnerable, especially if you were taught to handle things on your own or if mental health wasn’t openly discussed in your family or culture. I offer a collaborative, trauma-informed space for adolescents (13+), adults, couples, and families who are navigating anxiety, depression, relationship stress, life transitions, or the lasting impact of difficult experiences.

Hi, I'm Juliana! I have been a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist since 2014; graduated from Cal State Northridge in 2008. I value the importance of human connection and collaboration. Hi, I'm Sarah, a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, and I'm so glad you're here. If you've been carrying the weight of anxiety, burnout, trauma, life transitions, or simply trying to hold everything together for everyone else, you don't have to do it alone. My approach is warm, genuine, and down-to-earth. I believe therapy should feel like a conversation where you can exhale, be fully yourself, and know you're accepted without judgment. Together, we'll build on your strengths, process what's been weighing you down, and help you move toward a life that feels more grounded, connected, and authentically yours.
Outside of the therapy room, you'll usually find me cheering at a soccer game, trying a new recipe in the kitchen, or enjoying live music with family and friends. I believe healing happens through connection, and I strive to bring that same authentic, human approach into every session. I'm so glad you're here, and I'd be honored to be part of your journey.
Hello, I am a therapist who focuses on improving the lives of his clients. I will help empower them to enrich their lives. I identify as queer, fat, femme and have a mixture of indigenous and colonizer DNA. I share this first because the way we identify matters. Many reasons and factors stop us from being ourselves around others and often, when we can't fully live who we are, our mental health suffers. If that's you, I'm here to help. We can work through body image issues, disordered eating, anxiety, depression, trauma, conflict management together if you're willing to do the work of honestly engaging in therapy with me.
I grew up on the East Coast to immigrant parents from Colombia and lived in SoCal for 15 years and recently moved back home to be near my parents. I have a rescued pitbull that brings me lots of peace and joy and you might see him napping behind me via telehealth sessions. I enjoy hiking, cooking, reading (fiction for fun), and taking care of my indoor plants. I love learning about indigenous wisdom/practices from all over the world, herbalism, tarot, and other healing practices and beliefs that folks use to find meaning and wellness. Last but not least, I really love my job! And I do it because I believe in it and have witnessed many people shift, grow, break patterns and learn new ones that significantly improve quality of life.
If you're curious but unsure if I'd be the right fit for you, email me and we can schedule a 15 minute chat (free of charge) where you can get a better idea and ask a few questions to find out if this would be a good option for you. Please keep your email short and only include your interest in scheduling a 15 minute call and 1 or 2 sentences of what you're looking for. My email is: ericaarizalcsw @ gmail.com

I’m committed to creating a safe, supportive space where you can express your feelings openly and feel genuinely heard and validated. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Orange County, CA. For almost 10 years, I have worked in various settings with teens and adults to help them build resilience, healthy coping mechanisms, and learn to process emotions. I create a non-judgmental environment to support each client in their exploration of what led them to seek therapy. Through insight and awareness, clients can feel more empowered and find a deeper sense of self.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in California. I have over 20 years of experience providing bilingual, culturally responsive psychotherapy in a variety of settings, including community-based therapy, counseling centers, and within hospital & medical facilities.
In my practice, I create a compassionate, non-judgmental and welcoming space to help clients navigate life's challenges, and uncover and maximize their own strengths. I received my Masters of Social Work degree from San Francisco State University and a Bachelors of Science in Psychology from Holy Names University.
I’m Allan, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who believes therapy—especially for kids—doesn’t have to mean sitting on a couch talking about feelings for 50 minutes. Sometimes the best conversations happen over LEGOs, games, art, play, or while doing something that makes it easier to simply be yourself. Online, it could mean processing trauma, playing online therapeutic games with children (or adults if you want to).
I especially enjoy working with children and teens, including kids who are anxious, overwhelmed, navigating trauma, struggling with big emotions or behaviors, or having a hard time putting what’s happening inside into words. I use play, creativity, humor, and evidence-based approaches to build connection and help kids develop skills without therapy feeling like another place where adults are telling them what to do.
I also work with adults navigating trauma, mood concerns, relationships, identity, major life changes, and life’s more complicated chapters. My style is warm, humorous, direct, and genuinely human. I draw from DBT, EMDR, Trauma-Focused CBT, play-based interventions, Theraplay-informed practices, narrative therapy, and trauma-informed care, adapting therapy to the person in front of me rather than expecting them to adapt to therapy.
My professional experience includes inpatient psychiatry, juvenile justice, child welfare, family services, and community mental health, so I’m comfortable working with both everyday struggles and situations that feel especially complicated.
Whether we meet in my Eureka office or online, my goal is to create a space where you—or your child—feel safe, understood, and comfortable showing up exactly as you are. My practice is LGBTQIA+ and gender-diverse affirming and neurodiversity-affirming.
And yes, there are credentials behind the LEGOs.

Hi, I’m Fabiola Serrano, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and a first-generation Latina who understands the unique responsibilities and pressures that often come with being the first in your family to navigate new opportunities, expectations, and challenges. I also recognize anxiety as part of the human experience and have personally learned how important it is to develop healthy ways to manage it. I work with first-generation adults and teens who struggle with anxiety, low self-worth, and relationship difficulties, especially those who feel overwhelmed by strong emotions, family obligations, or the need to “hold it all together.” My approach blends evidence-based therapies with compassion, cultural sensitivity, and practical coping strategies, including the importance of staying active. Hi, my name is Karin (pronounced Ca-Lin). I am bilingual in Burmese and English and am both a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a Licensed Professional Counselor. I strive to create a warm, inclusive environment where individuals from all backgrounds feel heard, valued, and respected. My approach is grounded in cultural awareness and appreciation, recognizing and honoring the unique experiences and perspectives each person brings to our work together.
Are you feeling overwhelmed, anxious in social settings, or experiencing persistent sadness? Are you finding it difficult to balance your relationships, work, and overall well-being? Do you struggle to show yourself the same kindness you offer others?
I support individuals who are experiencing anxiety and depression. Together, we will explore what may not be working and identify ways to help you regain a sense of balance. My approach integrates a whole-person perspective with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), focusing on the connection between mind, body, and spirit.
I’m Dr. Claudia Nuñez a licensed clinical psychologist with over a decade of experience supporting adults through anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and major life transitions. I believe therapy is not about reliving pain for its own sake. It is about understanding what your suffering has been signaling and bringing that understanding into the present so you can live with more clarity, self-compassion, and choice.
Many of the people I work with feel caught in anxiety and overthinking, people pleasing, guilt, burnout, or a deep sense that something needs to change but they cannot quite name what. Others are moving through grief or life transitions that have shaken their identity, relationships, or sense of direction. Some are navigating a spiritual calling or values shift, and feeling both pulled toward meaning and exhausted by the weight of it all.
My approach is integrative, trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and grounded in Internal Family Systems and liberation psychology. Rather than viewing symptoms or recurring patterns as personal flaws, we explore them with curiosity and consider how they may have been shaped by your history, relationships, culture, environment, and ways of adapting. Together, we identify what is no longer serving you, clarify what you need now, and develop responses that feel more intentional, sustainable, and aligned with your values.
Alongside talk therapy, I may incorporate mindfulness, somatic awareness, narrative exploration, and evidence-informed cognitive and behavioral strategies. Grounding and breath practices are offered collaboratively and adapted to your comfort—not to bypass pain or minimize the realities around you, but to help you remain present and build greater capacity for choice. My style is warm, honest, and collaborative. We move at a pace that respects your boundaries while supporting meaningful reflection and change.
Hello and welcome! I’m glad you are here.
A little bit about myself, I have been working in the mental health field for over 15 years, and it has been a meaningful journey. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, with a focus on Mental Health. I gained an understanding of the importance of accessible and compassionate care.
As I gained experience, I developed an interest in family systems and decided to further my education by pursing a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. Since then, I have had the privilege of working with individuals, couples, families, and children, providing both individual therapy and group facilitation.
In 2020, I became a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). Through this journey, I have had experiences that allowed me to better understand the broader systems that impact people’s lives and to focus on finding collaborative, strength-based solutions that support real, lasting change.
Are you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or exhausted from trying to keep it all together? You don’t have to navigate it alone.
I’m Matthew C. Volzer, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 20 years of experience in mental health and 12 years helping individuals, couples, and families create lasting change through evidence-based therapy. I specialize in working with people who are struggling with anxiety, depression, anger, relationship challenges, or the emotional weight of past trauma.
My approach is practical, compassionate, and results-oriented. Drawing from CBT, trauma-focused therapy, and family systems work, I’ll help you understand the patterns that keep you stuck and give you tools to move forward with clarity and confidence. Whether you’re looking to quiet your inner critic, build stronger relationships, or simply feel more like yourself again—I’m here to support you every step of the way.
If you’re ready to start feeling better and make meaningful changes in your life, I’d be honored to work with you.
Are you feeling stuck, disconnected, or unsure of who you are becoming?
Life transitions, relationship struggles, anxiety, grief, identity questions, and existential pain can leave us feeling overwhelmed or lost. Therapy offers a space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with yourself in a deeper way.
I help individuals of all ages better understand the unconscious patterns that shape their emotions, relationships, and sense of self. Together, we explore what may be keeping you stuck, uncover deeper meaning in your experiences, and create space for healing, growth, and lasting change.
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in Depth Psychology and Integrative Healing Practices, I offer a holistic approach that honors the connection between mind, body, and spirit. I believe each person carries an innate capacity for healing, and therapy can help bring that inner wisdom forward. My role is to support you with compassion and insight as you move toward greater clarity, authenticity, and wholeness.
Choosing a therapist can be challenging and confusing and one might ask, what does therapy involve? From my experience Therapy involves developing a very special relationship between a professionally licensed practitioner called a therapist and one or more people seeking to collaboratively define and achieve constructive change. This relationship is referred to as the therapeutic bond and is considered one of the most important parts of successful therapy. As such our first step in therapy is, from day one, to form that bond by establishing a trusting, non-shaming environment where any adolescent, person, couple, or family will feel safe and sense the therapist listens, cares, responds appropriately and understands.
Therapy on my behalf will involve empathy, genuineness, and mindful acceptance while we collaboratively establish therapeutic changes / goals which you feel are both desired and are ready to work forward and achieve. Our sessions will involve the language of change as perceived by you the client(s), and constructive finding of solutions. You will be able to present your story without fear of rejection dismissal, guilt or shame.
I enjoy working with individuals, couples, and families. I am very effective with adolescents and young adults, and people working in the stressful world of business, hi tech and active military service members, and veterans. During my time as a therapist, I have built a reputation as a caring, effective therapist who has my client’s best interests at heart. If you feel a connection or that contacting me could be of value, I would be very happy to hear from you. Until such time I wish you the very best in your quest.
Sincerely,
Mike

I believe therapy is a journey inward—one that honors the mind, heart, and spirit and that manifests outwardly as greater life satisfaction. My goal is to help clients reconnect with their inner strengths and their Best Self: the part of you that is grounded in clarity, resilience, and compassion. At any stage of life, your Best Self remains present—offering wisdom, healing, and the possibility of deep inner peace even in the presence of significant life transitions, deep pain or long-standing challenges.
I hold a Master of Arts in Spiritual and Counseling Psychology and have trained in grief and loss, community mental health, psychiatric settings, and addiction treatment. In my private practice, I am deeply committed to creating a safe, shame-free, and growth-oriented space that honors each client’s unique healing process.
My therapeutic approach is integrative, relational, and grounded in deep caring and lived experience. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to identify and shift unhelpful patterns; mindfulness and acceptance-based practices to cultivate present-moment awareness and self-compassion; and humanistic and spiritual perspectives that invite exploration of meaning, authenticity, and purpose.
Therapy is a collaborative process. Together we work in a compassionate space to reconnect with your Best Self—honoring a lifetime of experience while cultivating peace, resilience, and self-compassion in all seasons of life.
As a Trauma-Informed therapist, I believe Transitional Age Folx deserve support. I support clients who are dealing with past trauma or other disheartening experiences and want to rebuild confidence. I always start from a brave look at their unique strengths to develop and implement coping strategies that actually work.
I have experience supporting adults, youth, and families from marginalized and institutional backgrounds. As a mental health professional, I advocate to break the stigma and bring awareness to emotional wellbeing & mental illness/instabilities, particularly within communities of color.

My name is Dr. Perynn D'Alba and I am a clinical psychologist. I enjoy working with clients who are ready to make changes. These can be big or small, this is your life and your time, I am here to help you figure out what isn't working quite right. I enjoy being creative in my interventions and really figuring out what will work best for you. I use humor where appropriate because it can be an important intervention and give space to dig deeper. I have had various jobs in my life in quite a few different fields but the common thread was that I enjoy empowering others and helping people figure out what they want and how to get that.
