In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, where I will use tools such as flexible thinking to help you heal from the inside out. I utilize solution-focused therapy, where I will work on identifying and utilizing your strengths to help resolve and overcome issues.
I take an empathic but direct approach in therapy to highlight accountability.
I truly enjoy collaborating with individuals who are eager to become more intentional about setting and pursuing goals, as well as making well-informed decisions. It's fulfilling to guide those who recognize their potential but currently lack the necessary tools to achieve these aspirations. I understand that the process can sometimes feel overwhelming, leading to feelings of anxiety and, at times, a sense of shutting down.

Too soon for a in depth review, however I like working with Andrea Sandoval. Therapy, has been a means to speak out loud my internal reflections to someone outside of my mind and to have a professional opinion about where they are most likely sourced from. I am currently aiming to have more consideration of my emotions, regarding my thoughts and moreover what constitutes healthy thoughts regarding my emotions. Very good so far.

Andrea is a great fit for me. She challenges my unhelpful ideas in a constructive and non-judgmental way. I really enjoy my sessions with Andrea because she's sincere, great at listening, but also direct when necessary. I find her therapy style approachable yet empowering, and overall incredibly professional; I recommend her VERY highly.
