I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who helps clients navigate anxiety, depression, substance use, addiction, and life's challenges with compassion and practical support. I believe therapy should be a collaborative, judgment-free space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered. Together, we'll build the skills and confidence to create meaningful, lasting change while working toward the goals that matter most to you.
Are you struggling with overwhelming worries, feeling weighed down by the heaviness of depression, or feeling unable to move past painful life experiences? I provide a safe, compassionate space that offers the support necessary to heal, overcome obstacles, and reconnect with a meaningful life. With interest and empathy, I honor clients' life experiences and their values. I'm driven by curiosity and a strong drive to make meaningful connections with people, and I believe that feeling understood and accepted is an important part of the therapeutic process. I strive to bring openness, authenticity, and compassion to the therapeutic relationship and to meet each client where they are.
Hi! I'm Rachael, an LCSW, with a passion for people. I love the work I do. I think that there is so much value in introspection and self development. I have been working with adults, teens, and families for 8 years, licensed for about a year, and am honored to be in this field. I have worked primarily with people with substance use issues, the justice involved, and those with a variety of emotional difficulties. If you are someone who comes from a dysfunctional family, has a history of self-destructive behaviors, or simply just feel like you want to figure yourself out, I am ready and willing to chat with you.
Valerie Veza, MSW, LCSW, CHT,

I provide a Psychotherapy Practice that is Supportive, Interactive, and Holistic to explore change. With twenty years of experience, serving Adult, Individuals. You’re the one everyone counts on. Who’s holding you up?
You show up for your job, your family, your aging parent, your friends, and you make it look easy. Inside, you’re exhausted, stretched thin, or not quite feeling like yourself.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who helps overwhelmed, high-functioning adults and caregivers understand how stress is affecting their mind and body, so they can feel steadier, more grounded, and more like themselves again.
Here’s what makes my approach different. Stress doesn’t only live in your thoughts. It shows up in your sleep, your shoulders, your patience, and your energy. As a certified yoga teacher currently training to become a yoga therapist, I combine practical talk therapy tools with mindfulness and body-based practices, so you leave sessions with something you can use that same night.
I grew up between two cultures and worked overseas as an NGO worker, and I’m fluent in English, Korean, and Japanese. If you carry expectations from more than one world, such as the dutiful child, the reliable one, or the one who “should” be able to handle it, I understand the in-between, and you won’t have to translate your story for me.
My role isn’t to tell you how to live. I ask thoughtful questions, offer fresh perspectives, and help you reconnect with strengths you already have, even when stress, grief, or change make them hard to reach.
You don’t have to wait until you hit a wall. Reach out today and let’s start where you are.

Therapy can be both restorative and preventative, and I work with clients across all stages of that process.

My clinical background includes experience with higher-acuity and complex cases—such as forensic populations, individuals in psychiatric settings, and those managing co-occurring mental and medical conditions. While my current practice is fully virtual, I am comfortable addressing difficult or sensitive topics and provide a space where clients can speak openly without hesitation.
My approach is direct, engaged, and collaborative. I prioritize building strong, trusting relationships and creating a setting where clients feel understood and supported. I recognize that progress is not always linear and work consistently with clients through both setbacks and growth.

Hi! I am Anne Gimbel, licensed marriage and family therapist, and I begin by meeting you at your place of growth or need for healing. My goal with individuals, couples, or families is to explore and identify the thoughts that have a direct impact on your emotions and behaviors. Whether dealing with life-cycle issues, trauma, abuse, grief, recovery, or other changes that are occurring, I am active in the process to help you overcome these challenges. We will build a life you deserve by learning better communication and setting boundaries for your future.
All things are interconnected. To feel better, you have to act better. To feel better, you have to think better. To think better, you have to feel better. To act better, you have to think better. To think, feel, and act better, you have to care for your physical health. To care for your physical health, you have to think, feel, and act better. Each has a corresponding effect on the other. However, the aspect of ourselves that we have the most direct control of is what we do, our acting. While we can influence other people, we cannot control other people. A great source of conflict and unhappiness results from our efforts to control others. If you want better relationships, the only thing we can control is what we do, how we choose to relate. We are responsible for what we do. Others are responsible for what they do. Accepting this fundamental reality and thinking, feeling, and acting in accordance with it is how we increase our experience of power, freedom, belonging, meaning and, very importantly, fun.
My professional experience includes over 30 years of post-Master’s clinical work, including leadership experience in foster care, chemical abuse and addiction, inpatient and outpatient mental health services, and crisis intervention, de-escalation, and hospitalization. I am experienced in working with ages three through the elderly. I have worked extensively with youth and families, diverse populations and life issues, providing services in various settings, including family homes, schools, juvenile detention facilities, jails, outpatient clinics, and inpatient psychiatric facilities.

I know finding a therapist in todays society can be difficult but you've made it this far, and so it's a pleasure to meet you!
Do you feel like something inside is broken? Do you feel less-than-whole emotionally, physically or in relationships and want to learn to put the pieces together to create your optimal life? Do you feel like your own worst enemy, tearing yourself down with negative self-talk?
This is where I come in. Working together as your guide, I help you learn the skills, insights and strategies so that when future situations arrive, you will learn to trust yourself to confront challenges mindfully and compassionately.
I received my Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Southern California and have worked with a range of clients from those with acute crises to those who want a mental health accountability partner to check in with. I’m a holistic psychotherapist who takes the time to make sure you are on the best path to healing. I approach the practice of therapy as a mutual relationship, one that is based on integrity and trust. I conduct each session with a calm, empathetic and attuned presence. My goal is to provide a safe container for you to fully experience all parts of yourself and to foster your personal growth.
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with 9 years of experience working with adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, stress, and life transitions. I provide a supportive, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, and challenges at their own pace.
My therapeutic approach is collaborative and grounded in evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based techniques. I help clients understand patterns that keep them feeling stuck, develop practical coping skills, and build emotional flexibility so they can respond to life’s challenges with greater confidence and clarity.
I believe therapy should feel both supportive and empowering. My goal is to help clients gain insight, strengthen resilience, and make meaningful changes that align with their values and improve overall well-being.
My work centers queer/trans, BIPOC, chronically ill or disabled, and other multiply marginalized clients navigating individual, interpersonal, and intergenerational trauma shaped by systemic violence and survival within inequitable conditions. I am deeply inspired by Black feminist sci-fi writer Octavia E. Butler, whose storytelling shaped my belief that healing is a practice of imagining and building ways of living beyond forces that dominate, dehumanize, and disconnect, such as white supremacy, cishet-patriarchy, and capitalism. My therapeutic approach is relational and depth-oriented, influenced by abolition and disability justice, which reject punitive mindsets, value every body, and attend to how systemic forces shape our internal worlds, relationships and sense of self.
I seek to support this work by gently uncovering coping strategies that were once necessary for survival but may no longer align with who you are becoming or how you want to relate to yourself and others. This approach resonates with people seeking honest self-reflection, emotional accountability, ongoing exploration and deeper self-understanding.
I'm Tobey Allen, a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 20 years of experience walking alongside through life's biggest transitions. My own path has included more than one reinvention, from a career in graphic design to becoming an art therapist, and that experience shapes how I support clients navigating change today.
Whether you're facing a career shift, caring for aging parents, adjusting to chronic pain or illness, or working through grief, I bring both clinical training and lived experience reinventing my own path. I also spent years as a bereavement therapist in hospice care, so I understand grief deeply, both as a clinician and as someone who has sat with families through some of their hardest moments.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and genuinely non-judgmental. Together we'll work to uncover the patterns keeping you stuck, whether in relationships, at work, within yourself, and build toward a life that feels more balanced and true to who you are.

I have a Ph.D. in Counselor Education and Supervision from Ohio University, a masters degree in Clinical Rehabilitation and Mental Health counseling from UNC-Chapel Hill, and a bachelors of science degree in psychology from North Carolina State University.

I have always found it to be a powerful tool in allowing me to process my thoughts and feelings, both about my past and my future. As a result, I chose to become a therapist, to provide the same support and guidance to the people I work with!

A Place to Talk, Process, and Find Your Way Forward
Life can be complicated. Sometimes you need a space that is just for you—to talk, process, reflect, and figure out what comes next.
I’m a licensed therapist in California with more than 20 years of experience supporting individuals and couples through depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, parenting concerns, communication struggles, and major life transitions.
Therapy can be a place to slow down and make sense of what you’re experiencing—whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious, stuck, discouraged, or simply unsure of what comes next. Sometimes you need a place outside your usual circle of friends and family where you can be completely honest, talk things through, and gain a fresh perspective without judgment.
Together, we can explore relationships, boundaries, communication, emotions, life experiences, and patterns that may be keeping you stuck. My goal is to help you better understand yourself, develop practical tools, and feel more confident moving forward.
I also work with couples who want to improve communication, strengthen their connection, work through recurring disagreements, or navigate different parenting styles. The goal isn’t about deciding who is right or wrong—it’s about learning to listen, understand each other, and work together more effectively.
My approach is warm, compassionate, practical, and down-to-earth. I’ll meet you where you are and work alongside you as you navigate whatever life is bringing your way.
You don’t have to be in crisis or have everything figured out before starting therapy.
Sometimes you just need a place to talk. Sometimes you need a fresh perspective. Sometimes you’re ready for a change.
Whatever brings you through the door, we can start there.
Please note: My practice is not able to provide services for individuals with current or past self-harm, suicidal ideation, or suicide attempts.
