New to Grow
I am a compassionate therapist who provides a supportive, nonjudgmental space for clients to explore challenges and work toward meaningful change. I believe therapy should feel collaborative, empowering, and tailored to each individual’s unique needs and goals. I have experience working with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, adjustment-related stress, grief, and major life transitions. I value meeting clients where they are and moving at a pace that feels comfortable and sustainable. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply looking for support during a transition, my goal is to help you feel understood, supported, and empowered as you move forward.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know each other and understanding what brings you to therapy. You’ll have space to share your concerns at your own pace. We will discuss your goals and what you hope to gain from treatment. We’ll also review how therapy works and create a plan for moving forward together in a supportive, comfortable environment.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
My therapeutic approach is client-centered and integrative, drawing from evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), supportive therapy, motivational interviewing, and trauma-informed care. I tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs, strengths, and goals, while respecting their values and lived experiences.
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
My ideal clients are adolescents and adults who may be feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, life transitions, or adjustment-related stress. You may be experiencing changes in relationships, work, family dynamics, or personal expectations and finding it difficult to cope. I work well with clients who are open to self-reflection and motivated to better understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Whether this is your first time in therapy or you’re returning for additional support, I welcome individuals who are seeking practical tools, emotional support, and a safe space to process life’s challenges.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I have nearly a decade of experience using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients identify and modify unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors that contribute to emotional distress. I enjoy working collaboratively with clients to develop healthy coping strategies, develop insight, and promote behavioral change through psychoeducation and goal-oriented interventions.
Motivational Interviewing
Through Motivational Interviewing I encourage clients to explore and resolve ambivalence by eliciting their own reasons, values, and goals related to their motivation to change. I also get to serve as a guide, supporting clients build confidence and commitment to themselves.
Supportive
By utilizing Supportive Therapy I can provide emotional support, validation, and encouragement to help clients cope with stress, life challenges, and mental health symptoms. My primary goal is to strengthen client’s existing coping abilities, improve emotional stability, and enhance overall functioning.
